Just discovered this place thanks to other yelpers - stopped in again for lunch today to try some menu items ...nice variety to choose from! I placed my order at the counter for their Turkey, Avocado, & Bacon Flatbread, substituting a side salad for the chips. Oh ...and Energy Bites® for dessert;) Sat down in the cafe area (there is seating outdoors, but it was raining;) In just a coupe of minutes, out came my flatbread - it was FANfreakin'tastic! Turkey was still hot and mixed well with the rest of the flavors sitting on top of the tasty bread - a great combo. And the salad with their homemade vinaigrette was awesome as well - don't often fawn over salad, but theirs is outstanding! And the Energy Bites (yummy sweetness) ...well, I think I'm now addicted to those things! Everything I've tried so far feels light & fresh - if this is what healthy eating is about, count me in! They offer homemade snacks, meals, vinagrettes, etc. They also make fresh prepared meals and offer a meal service plan where you can customize the meals and order for pick up or delivery. You can choose from a fixed menu, and they are accomodating with making adjustments for allergies. M's special salad has a good mix of sweet, tang, salt, and nutty from the craisins, homemade balsamic vinagrette, feta, and sunflower seeds. A hidden gem! From the outside, it's literally a hole in the wall next to the Enola Giant Foods. Inside it's light and airy. In the summer their take out windows will be buzzing, and inside it's comfy and a great place to meet friends for lunch or breakfast. The ingredients are fresh and thoughtful. I enjoyed a croissant with ham, cheddar,spring mix greens and honey mustard at a recent catered event. The pickle-potato salad was creamy, with dill and al denté potatoes. I eat here frequently and recommend the soups (chicken corn soup especially), because the broth is well- seasoned and flavorful, not watery and salty. Green salads are perfectly crafted, with toppings like home made croutons, glazed pecans​, craisins and Butternut squash. Healthy You Cafe is a cute little hidden gem. It is open Monday thru Friday until 4pm, hop on over for breakfast or lunch! The parking lot is huge, so there are no issues with finding a spot. The menu has a wide array of different foods to choose from all healthy. They also have some delicious drinks like blackberry hibiscus tea. The owner is super nice as well, and she offers weekly or daily meals for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner that they make on site for you to pick up or deliver to your home if you spend $50. Healthy you is a great concept with great food. I recently attended an event here and loved the M's signature salad and Tuscan chicken and energy bites (although I do wish it would've been organic oats to avoid higher levels of glysophate). Michele, the owner, is so sweet and passionate about her business. My only wish is that they were closer or had later hours, as I work full time and live in Camp Hill. Sorry to burst your high rating but we were not so impressed. The Henny Penny was not so special, very small and had plain dry chicken with no real flavor. I had the spicy, honey chicken salad which was quite disappointing. Also small but must have been made yesterday. Ya know you can't toss salad with dressing and keep it for another day and then sell it to someone. oh but I guess you can especially someone who is not local and won't be coming back to complain. Also with that salad it was very sweet, I thought from the description it wold be only the chicken that was a bit sweet from the sauce it was cooked with but no, no sauce noticed, it's the dressing that's real sweet. First time here today got the spicy spiracha chicken salad, which was very good. It was under 500 cal which I liked everything is 500 cal or less in the café. The price of the salad was $14 for the size of what I got it was not worth the price. With this being insurance company backing the restaurant you think it would be better priced. this is why poor people can't always eat healthy because it's so expensive. I do carry capital blue insurance and i was Feeling boggy from the stressors of work. I came to get a protein packed smoothy for breakfast and got a quick "health assesment" They are friendly, helpful and informative. Navigating insurance info can be overwhelming and confusing. I was offered free (to members) fitness classes, dietary consultations and fun kids activities. This is so much more than a healthy food cafe! What a pleasant surprise inside a building I otherwise thought was just an insurance office! I had the opportunity to have lunch here for a business meeting and really enjoyed the experience of the Healthy You Cafe. I had a Flatbread Turkey and Bacon sandwich, with blue tortilla chips and a green tea. The Flatbread was very tasty and it was prepared super quick! It was a decent portion size - I didn't leave hungry, and I finished it all. The bread wasn't too crispy or too doughy - it was one of the better flatbreads I've ever had! Pricing was a little high, but reasonable - I didn't feel like I overpaid for my meal (~$10 for my sandwich and drink). They have plenty of space for small group meetings, so if you're looking for a change of scene for lunch, I'd highly recommend stopping into the Healthy You Cafe! read more

Concept - Great. They change their menu seasonally. Use healthy ingredients which nowadays most of us would go for. Food - Choices were varied and presentation was good. Have a good selection of salads, flatbreads, Paninis, wraps and side dishes & few breakfast items also. Also they have few things on the menu for kids too. This was my first time here and I ordered from their week's special menu - got the Tuscan Chicken Flatbread and their Mexican Chicken Soup. The presentation of the Flatbread was good - there were three individual square pieces on which they had the chicken, dressing and melted cheese. Their was a choice of blue chips or salad for a side - I took the chips. Wasn't particularly thrilled with the dish - the ingredients seemed ok as they say but it tasted like it was just assembled and reheated and not made fresh as if in a café. The soup portion size was huge and again was just average. Service - Great. Servers brought out the soup and answered all my questions about the ingredients - also gave me their list of 4 weeks special menu list in advance. Ambience - Good. Modern and bright colors. But again the feeling there wasn't like we were in a café but rather sitting in an extension of their contemporary Blue Cross Office. It is called Healthy You café but they do not have the calorie count displayed for any of the dishes. I asked the ladies behind the counter about this and was told that they have thought of putting it but maybe at a later stage. Delicious! What a great pit stop when traveling. It's located inside the Capital Blue Cross store so there's bathroom's, games for kids and lots of healthy food options. It's also right off the highway, which is a plus. I got the goat cheese chicken salad which was amazing! My husband got the turkey bacon avocado wrap with blue corn chips. Fast, friendly and fresh! We were really happy to find a place with such close access to the interstate that served healthy foods instead of the usual roadside fast food. Kind of a weird location but, you don't need to be a member of Capital Blue or even talk to anyone who works at Capital Blue to eat at Healthy You! My favorite sandwich is the Henny Penny, it has grilled chicken, cranberry, feta, and lettuce. It's so fresh and healthy. They also make smoothies and cater events!
