He let me handle almost every gun under the counter with no pressure, and was more than happy to help me out even though I was just doing my research that day. Well stocked with almost all the standard stuff. Even small AR parts (pins and etc) if you ever need a new detent pin cuz one flew across the room =). Price was Decent. Healy definitely lives up to the 5-star rating. We were dropping our dogs off at the kernel close by and decided to stop in. My husband was looking for a repeating rifle and we were greeted by several friendly and knowledgeable people. He was very patient and respectful, answering the numerous questions my husband asked. Awesome group of people that work there. They knew what they were talking about and gave me a great deal on my firearm. Also they don't charge extra to the customer whether they use cash or credit card. AZ guns in Chandler had a little lower prices, however they charged a fee to use credit cards which means it's roughly the same price when everything is said and done. Also they originally offered me a trade in value for my 9mm for me to purchase a new handgun and then once the owner came in they withdrew their offer. I setout today to purchase a Ruger 22/45 and started at another location due to their web site advertisement. when I got to that site the price was about 30.00 more. when I asked about the difference they stated "yea the web site is about 30.00 cheaper and it will take a few days for it to get in. no thanks!!! I bought a Ruger 9E 9mm from this shop approx 3 or 4 months ago. I think the owner dealt with me. Very nice guy and showed me how to field strip the gun before I left. I have not shot the gun. Been sitting in my safe. I pulled it out yesterday and noticed the bottom of the trigger guard was jacked up. Scraped bad. I'm not blaming them because its my fault for not inspecting the gun properly. I guess I was too excited because my wife let me buy it. Great store! I've been here two separate times and have always walked out with what I came for. The most recent time, I called ahead to see if they had a certain firearm in stock, and they let me know they only had one left. I asked if they could hold it for me until the end of the day and they had no problem! Came in later that day and bought the firearm(lowest price in the valley, too!). I've been to many firearm stores and I have to say most places I have visited do not have good service or friendly staff. Most of the time you are trying to chase someone down to help you. Went here looking for a Glock G45 MOS on blue label because they popped up as a blue label dealer. Was immediately greeted pleasantly upon entering the store and got help quick. Asked about the blue label one since they had the G45 MOS in stock and they said they didn't have any currently for blue label because as anyone knows Glock sells the blue label stock separately. I was told they would have to order it but then was also told because of their listing that Glock did not offer the G45 MOS under blue label so it couldn't be ordered. I said that was odd because another gun shop in Tucson where I live quoted me a blue label price but again they didn't have any one hand. They guy helping me at the counter go very indignant with me and said because his listing didn't say it I couldn't get it blue label so I left. Went to C2 Tactical and they had them blue label at an awesome price. C2 also informed me that only the G44 was not blue label because it was already so cheap being a .22 and all. I would think someone certified as a blue label dealer would be up to date on Glocks policy. read more

Brought my wife in to purchase our first firearm for home protection. I grew up around guns and am very comfortable with them however my wife has never been around a pistol. Mark took the time explain the differences in manufacturers as well as find a gun that both my wife and I were comfortable with. He spent almost 2 hours with us on a busy Saturday but never rushed us or made us feel hurried. We left with a very nice XDm that was priced less then I found at some of the big boxed stores. He made sure we had everything we needed including a safe and a referral for a trainer to teach my wife and I the basics. So I took my wife in to get her first gun. I hung back and had Mark tell her about all the different guns that they had.
