I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.

Hannah will send daily text messages along with pictures which makes my heart happy. It's always fun to be on vacation, but it's also always stressful too because i miss the fur baby. I know that at the beginning and the first few days that they're a little bit sad and scared, but after the first couple of days, they seemed to warm up nicely to Hannah. I asked her if everything was ok and she replied yes and that she was just getting the old dog out for some fresh air. I asked if I could visit with them and then noticed the doggie stroller. She told me that the dog was old and could no longer walk. During our conversation I learned that she was not the dog's owner, but a pet sitter. She said that she loved caring for this dog. I was so touched by her genuine concern that I asked her for her business card even though I do not own a pet. Her name is Lauren McCall with "A Girl's Best Friend". She wants to help other working women with pet services so that they can have peace of mind about their fur babies. I may get a dog now!
