During teh Covid years, this was one of the few groomers who were operating and had appointments. And I like that the groomer Miranda has been there for years and is familiar with our baby. The staff have always been caring for my dogs and they have a webcam that you can access from your phone so I could watch my dogs the whole time they were there!! Tio always does such an amazing job on my dogs! I rescued a stray that was left at 7/11 a few months ago and Tio did an amazing job of caring for his badly irritated skin by bathing him in oatmeal and aloe. The owner is super sweet and always pays extra attention to the care of the dogs and the needs of the customers and you can tell that they really love working with animals. I will only be taking my pets here. They have private suites available too for your pets if you want them separate from the other dogs.

Our cats recognize her, and are excited to see her! Each time Robin arrives and leaves, we receive a notification based on her GPS location, so we're able to track how long she spends with our cats. Each time she visits, she spends at least 30 minutes with them. She also sends us a comprehensive report each time she visits, which includes a write-up, pictures, and other important information. She's also done little things to go above and beyond - she swept the floor before we arrived home because our cats had tracked some litter throughout the house. They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. I highly recommend this service for peace of mind and your pets will be happier at home and less stressed. :)

The staff seems to be interested in the nonhuman clients. Dec 2018: 4: I have used this Carrollton location on a few additional instances since I last posted a review. The follow up visits warrant an update for this location. The personnel here are stepping up their ability to show better effort to care for my feathered child. I used this place to board my first hatched feathered child and was allowed to use a small cat cage at a reasonable cost for nine days while we were at an overseas destination. Check-in/out was easy. I provided an eating list and food and the medical records for Alex. Weekend staff wasn't really doing anything to care for my pet as all the lights were off at 12:30 in the afternoon in a room with no windows. There is a connection to a Facebook Page that gives visual updates, but dogs and cats were featured in updates more often than other pets. I received two updates over nine to ten days that showed a photo or two. I did want the caregiver to at least indicate that Alex was eating regularly, any behavior observed, or just sleeping a lot. I wasn't impressed, but had no choice but to leave her here.

First bonus upon walk in there is zero smell, as horrid smells in a facility is an instant deterrent for me. Trip was delayed due to inclement weather the week of 1/26/26. I was delayed in Galveston for an extra 3 days. Phoned Wags informed of situation, they extended the dates and provided extra food as I prepared enough and one extra meal. Updates were provided at minimum once a day. Mason will definitely return when boarding is needed.

Our mini-goldendoodle Lulu has been going there for over a year, 3 days a week in the mornings. The staff is absolutely great. Heather runs the front desk, and she's perfect for that job. Bee and Val are so caring and loving to the dogs, and so is Keisha, who works afternoons, but whom we see occasionally.
