When the gentleman showed up in an unmarked car with a small machine he plugged into the wall, that should have been a clue. it doesn't even look as good as when I do it myself with my home carpet cleaner. usually when we have the carpets and upholstery done the house smells really fresh and clean. Everything smells the same. I no have to do it over again a week before we have a house full of people and we are out a lot more money than we should have been. Steer clear. After a million excuses of why this is normal, I said look I have had this floor before he responded with "I don't care what you had before we are not replacing this floor." Let's not forget to mention this took over a year to get to this point to come out and look at the floor. Use any place besides this company they will not backup the work or the product. Also, one last thing I kept calling the company and the person who answers the phone asks you for your name every time which is normal. What's not normal is I say my name and magically the manager never calls me back. I didn't even bother calling anyone else and went for it. I mentioned I would pull up my own carpet to avoid extra fees but when Allen told me the cost for removal I decided to have them do it as it was extremely reasonable. They even offered to help move furniture. Within the week they were onsite to do the job and Allen was right there project managing the crew. It was great to see someone with so much knowledge and expertise right there with the crew pushing them along and getting the job done.
