He walked around with a light pointing at the carpet He started telling me if there was urine stains and that he had a pre-treat to break up the enzymes and a deep cleaning would be required and to do the deep cleaning the price went up to almost $300. I proceeded to tell him that I could not afford it that all I wanted was a basic cleaning of my carpet he said that he could not do that without spraying the chemical for the urine stains and using a deep carpet chemical cleaning would be needed. I insisted that I cannot afford that that all I wanted was a basic carpet cleaned and he said they didn't have That type of service. I told him that he was way out of my budget. Needless to say he was here for a total of 15 minutes and my carpet does not even look clean. So I'm not sure what he did This company needs to explain what the process is and mislead people that they Clean Carpet for $89.50 for 3 rooms when in reality it's almost $300. I'm very disappointed because I feel I got ripped off and paid almost $200 for just a chemical treatment spray and no cleaning of any sort. He used to treat for urine stains to break up the enzymes but no cleaning whatsoever. I will never use this company again nor do I recommend it. when you call this company, make sure you ask what is included in the $89.50 because it's very misleading.
