I hope that this review is seen first before someone decides to support this business. I have never in my life felt so compelled to write such a negative review but after the treatment I received from the Owner Reyna, it's outrageous. If you have curly hair, DO NOT come here to get your hair cut. If you know curly hair, you know how traumatic getting a bad cut can be ruining years of growth and hard work into our hair. I'm not even writing this about the stylist, she was very nice just simply doesn't know curly hair well enough. This is about the owner whom argued with me on the phone for 20 minutes when I requested my money back. I have never had to fight with a business owner over a validly incorrectly done service. Reyna was beyond condescending, rude and dismissive. She continued to then claim that I actually now owed her money! She nitpicked the service that I received (a cut/wash and style) and how long the service took (1.5hr) actually makes it that I should've been charged more and actually owe her money now. My curls were beautiful before and I feel extremely humiliated with what I have now, curly hair can be a very emotional subject due to how often we deal with individuals who don't know about shrinkage and shape, how it looks wet is not the same as how it looks once it's dry. It will take a very very long time for this grow out enough to fix, yes hair grows back but it's emotionally damaging having a reminder of something so negative in the mean time. The owner had no regard for this being expressed and only continued to argue with me. She then lies and says that she would give me her personal phone number for me to send the photos of my proof of before and after, to then be sent a phone number that wasn't even hers. The first 2 photos are the before, the rest is what I have now. I've never dealt with someone so beyond unprofessional, please do not support this business. Times are getting tougher for individuals and feeling inclined to save some dollars by going somewhere less expensive should not mean you should have to sacrifice your respect and customer service. $65 for a blow out and 2 hours later my hair is a big puffy frizz ball, if you have a lot of thick frizz prone hair do NOT go to Rene. She cannot handle that type of hair. Because she was not able to blow dry my hair with a round brush as requested she used a curling iron ... which she didn't ask me if I was okay with it, I only noticed because my hair kept getting snagged so I turned around to look what she was doing and it was because she was using a curling iron and just left a bunch of dents in my hair ...initially my roots were damp so I had to ask her to finish drying my hair - Do not recommend... it's shame because not a lot places are open on Sundays read more

Booked an appointment worth 400$ of service and when I showed up they said I could only get a consultation no services. Was very disappointed I booked time for my hair and they booked others in my place. To the owner: yes I committed to the 400$ of services so I could book that much time. A consultation would be done prior to the services I am not paying separate for a consultation and then booking another appointment. Not all of us can do multiple days at a salon. Easy to book an appointment, salon will suggest to go in for a consult before day of beauty pampering. Had an under cut, hair cut and hair dye done by Reyna and it was great. Extremely happy with the outcome. She is very talented and knowledgeable, she explains the process of what she will be doing and makes sure you're getting what you want. Other hair stylist that were there, were incredibly nice and welcoming. Heavenly salon is clean, stylist licenses are displayed and current. Clean bathroom with a very cool collage of artist on the wall. Very cute salon. Hair styling/cutting chairs are comfortable, chairs in washing station are also comfortable, hair dryer machine (don't know the proper name) looks modern and it was clean and comfortable. Do Not go to this salon...The owners are crooked. False advertising on accepting military discount and sales pitch. Stylist Felicia ended up charging me $400 instead of the agreed $150 for a hair cut and root touch up claiming it took 6 bottles of toner for my hair without ever communicating with me. Their stylists reach out on social media to new clients advertising discounts and after all done, the owners Brian and his wife change fee and threaten to call cops. Booked on their website for a 'group appointment' (my daughter and I) for haircuts and was able to get a same day appointment (on a weekend!) This was our first time getting our hair cut locally (we are new in town) and we weren't disappointed! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived, and we were immediately cared for. Heavenly Hair is by far the WORST hair salon i have ever been to. i had originally booked a balayage (quoted at $260 on the website) at 12:30 and when i got there i told the stylist her recommendations on what she thought would be a better blend for the brown hair i already had, she told me a balayage and full highlights would "take too long", so SHE SUGGESTED partial highlights (quoted $140 on the website). considering "she's the professional" i told her to do the partial highlights if she thought it would be best to blend properly. i gave her a picture reference and said i want that same color or maybe a LITTLE LIGHTER (the picture reference was a darker carmel color) and she said okay. i was there for FIVE HOURS and all she did was make my hair PLATINUM BLONDE. and while i was visually upset with the results she told me "she didn't want me to leave unhappy" so she attempted to fix HER MISTAKE. and yet i still left the store BLONDE. before paying i asked if there was anything we could do about the price since it was $350 total for the most HORRENDOUS HAIR EVER, she told me no and that her "discount" to me was $20 off a $60 trim (keep in mind haircuts are quoted $45 on the website and i have short hair and cut off an INCH) so not only did she lie about the discount, she gave me no type of apology for a mistake she made. when i inquired for a manager she said she was the manager and that she "recommended next time i go to a salon i liked" and then she tried to give me directions to a salon that she said charges $1,000 for what i did. once i got home i saw the receipt and realized she charged me $260 for a BALYAGE i never got, but as well charged me $49 for toner since she had to fix her own mistake. for the partial highlights i did receive it was only on the top portions of hair that are visible. everything underneath the blonde is the color i came in with. so exactly how did that take five hours? to top it all off, she didn't even style my hair at the end, she said it would take 2 extra hours and an additional $140. the audacity to not even offer that small courtesy to a customer who was clearly dissatisfied and overcharged. the first time i visited this salon i got a haircut and the lady styled it, so exactly what am i doing different here? (and yes, the first time i ONLY booked for a haircut, nothing else and the other lady styled it for me at the end). REYNA clearly does NOT know how to work with thicker hair and tried to make that her excuse for everything. next time tell a customer you're obviously incompetent with a specific hair type so they don't "waste your time". i advise anyone reading this to go ANYWHERE else. do not bother with this salon, you will deeply regret it. I had a great experience @ Heavenly Hair from the moment I stepped inside to inquire about pricing for a color and cut. I met a wonderful stylist, named Zinnia who quoted me reasonable prices and scheduled it for the following week. When I returned for my appointment I brought my granddaughter with me and asked if she could possibly give her a cut & Style and she was kind enough to adjust her appointments to accommodate my request. Zinnia did such an excellent job coloring my roots and then applied a glaze that really made my hair look and feel great! The cut and style was on point and I walked out of there feeling really happy about the results! My granddaughters was also happy with her cut and style. I've never had a haircut that was this horrific. I went in with a reference photo and the stylist didn't even get it remotely right. The owner? and her then proceeded to have an awkward argument in front of me. Then proceeded to ignore my request to have the sides be the same size as the back and she gave me a skin fade instead. A couple of weeks later I made an appointment to get my hair cut (I am a stickler for who cuts my hair) so I thought I'd give it a try because I like to get my hair cut dry. I don't know if it was the day that I went or not, but since no one said anything and it seemed like a "typical" day in a salon, I'm assuming it was typical. It smelled absolutely horrible it there. From what I saw it was one big room with tall ceilings, and they added on additional rooms with walls that do not touch the ceiling, hence the smell of the bathroom following the entire facility. This alone would make me not want to come here but the haircut I got was not what I asked for. This would have been fine but when I talked to what I assumed was the owner to make the appointment, she told me it would be $75, and so when my stylist asked if I wanted to talk about prices I said no. She rang me up to $125. I understand I asked to get it styled, but the stylist used a thermal brush that you can get on TikTok shop, and left my roots damp. This place did a great job on my haircut! I came here last minute, when I realized my hair was getting too long. I had a picture of what it looked similar to before and ended up just showing it to the hairstylist when I came in. The hairstylist was attentive and always kept checking up on me to see if I was satisfied with the length of hair and style. It was greatly appreciated because I wear glasses, and without them it always feels like I'm wearing a blindfold where they expect me to correct them as they continue to cut my hair without asking.
