We faced intermittent issues with our furnace sometimes not turning on and considered whether it was time to replace it completely based on the age of the unit and prior repairs. Henos and his team are great! Our heater broke down several months ago and we found out it would need to be replaced. The heat wave hit along with a bunch of unforeseen circumstances, and we weren't able to find someone until recently. Henos and his team are very communicative and honest. We currently rent our place and had to go through our landlord, but he sent several estimates with different options. My thermostat/heater was caput. I called Heavenly the day before thanksgiving. Every other company was booked out at least two weeks. Henos said he could be here in a few hours! In under 5 minutes, he was able to diagnose that my thermostat had reached the end of its life (which was good news -- the furnace would have been much more $$$). He arranged for his assistant Eric to come out on friday who then said he'd rather come on thanksgiving (!!!) so of course I said yes. When Eric arrived the next day (on thanksgiving), there was a slight glitch in that he thought I would have the new thermostat and I thought he would. Oh well. I don't trust Henos. He looked at my HVAC and told me I needed an electrician. The electrician he referred me to declined the job when I asked for a license number (seems fishy). When I got a legit HVAC person to look at my system, he said the last person had pulled out a wire, causing the electrical issue, which I later visually confirmed. He also said the previous HVAC person probably didn't want the job because it was labor-intensive. Fortunately, the other HVAC company was able to complete the job. read more

Henos is knowledgeable, professional. and very honest. Last year, my furnace heater stopped working and two companies came out to take a look at it. One company was a 3rd party used by Costco. Both companies said the furnace needed to be replaced($10,000-12,000 with installation). Henos looked at the furnace and within 5 minutes he said, "The furnace ignitor is broken, but furnace itself is in good condition." He replaced the ignitor and charged me $400. This year, my water tank stopped putting out hot water. It was old and needed to be replaced. Again, a 3rd party through Costco quoted me at approximately $6500. We used Heavenly to install an AC unit to our existing heater set up. Henos is super knowledgeable, transparent about process and pricing.
