Unfortunately, after my experience today, I walked out without even getting a massage. The front desk receptionist was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in. I politely asked if someone could massage my feet without gloves, something I've had done several times there before. She immediately responded with an attitude, "Everyone here uses gloves, but I'll ask." She asked, and they said it was perfectly fine. Because I was under a time constraint, I then simply asked how long it might be before I was assigned a therapist. Instead of giving me an estimate or politely saying she wasn't sure, she responded, "I don't know, but you can leave if you don't want to wait," and actually shooed me toward the door with her hands. I was stunned. So I did exactly that--I left. I've supported this business for years and have been coming here since they opened. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable or demanding special treatment. I asked two very simple questions and was treated as though my business was an inconvenience. A longtime customer should never be spoken to or treated this way. The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I hope management addresses it, because one person at the front desk can undo years of goodwill with a loyal customer in a matter of minutes.

My arms were barely touched, my head was hardly massaged, and she mostly just squeezed my legs without any real technique. Throughout my 90-minute session, she repeatedly stopped to answer phone calls and attend to people walking in, which took time away from the service I paid for. I paid $90 for 90 minutes plus an additional $3 charge, and I absolutely did not receive the value or time promised. I don't know her name, but she had short red hair and was also working the front desk. Overall, she did not do a good job at all. I left feeling tense, disappointed, and unsatisfied.
