They are currently doing online or phone ordering for pickup only. Unfortunately you cannot currently browse the store or greenhouse. They do still have the animals out front if you wish to quickly visit them when arriving for your pickup. I got some pansies, seeds for planting which NO ONE else had, and some ornamental grass. They even threw in a free jar of their recommended plant fertilizer. The person on the phone, and a different girl at pickup were both friendly and helpful. Beyond garden these guys have a great selection of pet products and when things are open, they frequently offer adoption events with Clermont Care Animal! This is what really happened...I knew something was wrong when: 1. I pleaded with Faithful Friends to give me a receipt to prove they picked up Oreo( I wanted a date). Also a receipt showing a date proving that she was cremated. I kept asking...they kept refusing. Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2.
