The chicken had a nice spicy kick, steen syrup would have put this over the top, but got regular syrup, however this was still very tasty. The star was definitely the omelette! Wow this was special light airy like a soufflé with lump crab meat so amazing and delicious, the addition of the biscuit with the strawberry syrup and the grits made this a complete experience, definitely recommend this. The quality and flavor haven't been compromised over the years at all! Each time I come back home, there seems to be another new boudin spot to try, with fancy fillings and a mascot/logo similar to Charlie Ts, but no matter how many I try, Charlie Ts always takes the number one spot! Their formula is just SPOT ON! The service is always great, although I do miss seeing Mr. Charlie in the store.
