I reached out to Hector for a carpet cleaning service. I had 3 rooms plus, 2 flights of stairs, and 2 hallways. He gave me the best quote out of the 10 companies I send out quotes to. I was able to get an appointment with in within two days. Fast response and flexible with time. On the day of the appointment Hector gave me a call to double check my unit location, and arrived 30 minutes before his appointment time. It seems like he always arrives 30 minutes prior to his appointment time, as I have read it in every review. So keep in mind while planning that he will be arriving 30 minutes ahead. After he arrived, he walked through my house and helped remove some items that will be in the way of his carpet cleaning. Then he went straight to work, spraying cleaners on the top of the carpet. Carpet will be wet at that point already, make sure you have indoor slippers on if you plan to still walk around. He then will bring in his steamer machine to clean your carpet. Don't be alarmed if he wore shoes on to your carpet while he work. Because during the deep cleaning with his steamer machine, he will work in a direction that he does not step on the carpet he already cleaned. After cleaning he was covered in sweat, and finished with a smile. He even gave me plastic booties for me to walk around the wet carpet. Keep in mind the steam cleaning will make your carpet wet for couple hours. I request invoice to claim my expense, and he was able to provide me with an invoice I requested. Overall he did a fantastic job, and I will always find him for carpet cleaning from now on. read more

The day before the scheduled cleaning he sent me a text to state that my unit was not close to the parking lot and that he would have to charge me $50 more for a portable unit. I am so pleased with Hector's carpet cleaning! I called this morning and asked for a same-day cleaning which he made happen. He was the first person who I could find with a portable machine since my grandmother's apartment is on the second floor. Definitely a great service. He arrived a few minutes early and was done in less than an hour. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs and 2 bedrooms with carpet. He did a pet service to get rid of the smell and it's so much better. He moved my 2 beds and dressers by himself and moved them back for me. I would highly highly recommend him.
