After several attempts of asking what the estimated time was, the Manager continued to not answer my question but go to the back. After trying it ourselves I can confidently say that they have delicious food and great service. I ordered consumme and Veracruz fish fillet (pictured) and my boyfriend ordered shrimp and fish tacos. The manager named Ray or Juan was very rude and disrespectful to us. He does not listen to customer, he does not accept the fact that there's a mistake with the order. Telling my Aunt not to talk with disrespect because he said that he was talking to me and not her. The way he talked to us was very disrespectful. The service from one of the lady server is not great too. She does not smile, as if she's going through something while working. She does not look at us when we order our food, how can she remember what each one of us ordered. By the way, there's 16 of us (my family), we are not going back to that place because of their rudeness and being disrespectful. Sorry but they lost 16 regular customers for their bad service. My family and I decided to have a Birthday dinner for my sister. We were a party of 8 and we decided to dine outside patio dining. While thinking about what to write I was torn because we initially had such an amazing experience. Our server Yisenia was amazing and super helpful. The food was fantastic. The Paella is super authentic and when it came to all the food we had zero complaints. Delicious and savory. It wasn't until the very end when we got our check we were told their system was down and if we could pay cash. Now mind you our bill was over $400 and no one carries that much cash in 2021, I just carry my card. We asked what other options did they have? The manager Raymundo came out very defensive immediately demanding we pay cash, and telling us where the banks were. Unfortunately I had forgotten my debit card and only had my apple pay and my Master card. He proceeded to say "it isn't my fault and there isn't anything that I can do". I responded by telling him well it definitely was not our fault as customers. We want to pay you and you cannot hold us hostage because your machine does not work. We asked him why they had not told us sooner and we could of planned for it. We also asked if he was informing his new customers about this issue. He pointed at the party next to us and said yes they know about it they are regulars. When we asked the table next to us, they said they were not aware of this. Long story short, I had to drive home, get my debit card, withdrawal cash and come back and pay. My sister and my brother in-law stayed behind. Not only did Raymundo never show his face again, he never apologized, he lied, and not even a coffee was offered to my sister and brother in law for waiting. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half after our dinner. We did see Raymundo on our way out and he was not informing anyone of this issue placing customers in such an awkward situation. I cannot imagine how embarrassing it would be if someone only had their credit card to pay with and didn't have cash in their bank. He was very degrading, defensive, unprofessional and rude. It truly is unfortunate because the food is amazing as was the staff. He messed up our experience, and our entire evening. The funny thing was that when I got back from getting cash the table that was next to us was having the same issue and were very upset they were not informed from the beginning. Perhaps if Raymundo had not lied and was up front, his customers would not be so mad and unhappy. I hope the owners find out what crappy customer service Raymundo has as a manager. I was so dissapointed with this place as they kicked is out for bringing in food from the outside for my kiddos. I have been loyal to Hectors for the past 10years and always brought in food for my kids as they do not like seafood. But the way the manager treated us , was like we were commiting a crime. So I'm a little late on writing this review because I had to cool off some steam after our experience..and you will understand why, after reading this. My husband and I decided to try Marisco's on Mother's Day for a brunch after church. We typically go to Miguel's for Mexican food which is directly across the street in the next shopping center...however we decided to give them a shot instead- terrible mistake. My husband ordered the lobster and smoked fish taco plate. As soon as he got his plate he noticed a long strand of hair in his food. (See picture attached) we notified the waiter and he came by, stared at it- apologized, and took it back to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later he came back with a new plate of food and said "I'm sorry" So we get our bill and notice that there was no compensation for the fact that we had hair in our food... we politely ask if they mistakenly forgot to compensate us in any way for the mishap... the waiter goes to talk to the manager (wearing a pink shirt with dark hair) and he comes back and says yes we already compensated you that's why we brought you a new plate of food with no hair. My husband was livid to say the least... Ummmmm really????? Well THANK YOU for not MAKING me eat a plate of food with your cook's hair on it!!! That was so very nice of you guys!!!!! Literally THE WORST service we have ever experienced..obviously they do NOT care about customers or returning customers and this was evident by the service we received on Mother's Day! My cousins and I meet up with him here for breakfast and he pretty much Orders everything off the menu he does tell the waitress just to let you know we're gonna need a big table I order everything and keep the water and Horchata coming. He's like a little kid because he doesn't know what to get so he goes from breakfast menu to lunch we can easily stay for 3 hours. I recommend coming to this location. read more

This was my first time ordering the agua Chile appetizer from here and I can honestly say it's the worst I've had. It wasn't spicy and it lacked flavor and the shrimp wasn't very tasty. I spent $20 for this and I regret it so much. If I was dinning in I'd return it away. Never ordering food to go from here again. The food was excellent! I had the Culichi Shrimp and I loved it,100% recommended. I also had the Botana Suprema, which was also delicious. They have great chips and salsa as well. Everything tasted fresh, which is really important with seafood. The customer service was great and the restaurant is located near a great shopping area. This quaint sit down restaurant sets up perfectly for those looking to enjoy a business meal or those simply trying enjoying the company of friends. Upon entering the restaurant, you won't miss the huge saltwater fish tank in the waiting area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy with wide open spaces and intimate booths. Service: The service was impeccable. They will attend to your every request. Food: The food was delicious. Fresh and flavorful. I started with the customary crispy corn tortilla chips and salsa (medium/ hot in spice level). I ordered the Campechana "mixed Seafood" cocktail. To best describe it this dish, imagine a cold seafood soup. It contained generous cuts of shrimp, octopus, diced cilantro/ tomato/ and onions, slice of avocado finished with oyster juice). Keep in mind, this can be a very hearty meal for simply one person to consume. Price: But be aware seafood traditionally is not cheap so expect to pay a little more. They offer many other dishes... Love the food here. It's our go to for Mariscos. Ceviche Mazatlan is my favorite and Ceviche Pescado is my husband's favorite. The only problem is we often use DoorDash and I just wish they would put the Ceviche Pescado in the same container as the Ceviche Mazatlan. Not sure why but they always use regular togo containers so by the time it gets to my house it ALWAYS spills. This is one of the reasons why I like this place but during my recent experience I walked in with just my 2 little ones for lunch. I live nearby and I've heard good things about this place, so I randomly dropped in one night. I was surprised at how expensive everything was! Ceviche is around $20. Dinner plates range from $12-$50, with the average being around $16-$18. I wasn't really hungry so I just ordered a smoked fish taco. I loved the smoked fish taco at TJ Oyster Bar and I was expecting it to be similar. It was nothing near it! I couldn't even finish one bite of it! I made my boyfriend trade me for one of his other fish tacos. The regular fish taco was fine, but at $4 a piece, it wasn't really that special. I didn't think the prices matched the ambiance. Yes, there is a giant fish tank near the entrance, but the lighting was very bright and it was all too casual. They had a couple TVs playing sports, so that's nice, but there are much better places to drop $25 dollars to watch a game. Overrated and expensive. read more

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. Today, we go for Taco Tuesday and order 3 fish tacos (one plain, just fish) along with a couple of other food items. We get the bill and and have been charged the regular price for the tacos. I asked the waitress why we weren't charged the taco Tuesday price and she say its because I didnt ask for it. HELLO, it's taco tuesday! Apparently, the taco Tuesday tacos do not come with avocado. So she says she will speak to the manager about a price change. The manager then comes over to tell us he isn't going to change the price because we didn't ask for that price. I told him we had been coming here for years and never had to ask for taco Tuesday price. He then says "oh I know, but you still didn't ask for the special price."
