I love Heights Reflexology. I have a variety of issues that cause ongoing muscle spasms and tightness. The techniques used during the Acupressure massage are the only things that work for me gaining some relief. I called and got an appointment with Wilson since I pulled a muscle in my lower back. I had muscle spasms and trouble walking, sitting and moving. Wilson used acupressure on me which was exactly what a physical therapist had done earlier in the year. The session was painful but I knew it had to be done. Upon leaving, I felt better and had a greater range of steady motion. The next day I was much better and continued to improve each day. I'm going back again and will schedule a monthly appointment so I don't have this problem again. read more

I stopped by yesterday for an unscheduled massage and the receptionist told me they could fit me in for a 30 minute foot massage. The masseuse seemed rather hurried with abrupt movements. Fine, not awful. Then he checked me out at the register where I paid $20 with a card and 30% tip via cash. (A 50 minute is $25 but ok). He threw the cash on the desk and didn't acknowledge me thanking him, nor did he thank me for visiting. Was that an inappropriate tip amount? read more

Excellent massage. I got the 60 minute massage therapy session. Came in 615PM when my appointment was at 0630PM and my therapist was all ready for me. I didn't get the name of my therapist but his massage was just what I needed. I asked him to focus on my back and he did a very good job of relieving the tension and knots I had built up since my last massage months ago. Got the full body massage so while he focused on my back he was still mindful of the rest of my body. Overall I was really satisfied and will be coming back again. For the price ($60 without tip for the fill body massage) this place is a really good value. read more

After grabbing dinner in the area one night with my girlfriend, we happened to pass by this place and saw the sign for a $25 foot massage. That definitely drew my attention since that's like a Chinatown price. I ended up opting for a $50 half full body half foot massage that day while my girlfriend had the $35 foot massage with 10 min full body. The $25 was just a 50 min foot massage. It was a good massage and I actually went back to do their full body $60 massage a few days later. The person in the front had me fill out a form so I could specify which areas I had discomfort in. The full body massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. The massage therapist started by climbing on to my back and used her knees on sore areas of my back, carefully avoiding the spine obviously. I hadn't had that technique used on me before and I liked it. I was able to communicate with her in Mandarin Chinese, so I could tell her specifically what hurt and what didn't, not entirely sure if I would've been able to if I only spoke English. She worked with me and found a lot of knots that I didn't even know I had. I'm going to make another appointment soon with the same therapist, maybe for a 2 hour massage. Best of all? My hsa card worked! I highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

This place offers great massages. They offer three specials for massages. I took the Foot Reflexology for $35. This massage lasts for one hour but it was worth it for the price. When I first stepped in, I was greeted by the host and fully explained the options available. The lobby was small but very accommodating. The massage room was dimly lit, I love the smell of the room and there was some nice calming music to make the environment really relaxing and comforting. My massage therapist was named Rainbow and she was very professional and skilled. She knew what she was doing and if you felt pain, you can ask her to relax the pressure so you feel comfortable. I did not have to ask her to adjust the pressure at all. She paid every attention to detail and made sure my other body parts were covered with a warm towel when they are not worked on, so it felt like my body was in balance. Afterwards, the host wanted to hear my opinion and if there were any changes she needed to make to make my next stay more comfortable. She really values my opinion. She offers a cup of water after each massage so I stay hydrated, so I think that is really awesome. read more

Definitely an interesting experience getting a massage here. The therapist put on some club music instead of the usual spa music you'd expect. Then he proceeded to burb audibly 6 or so times throughout the massage. Either he or his clothes smelt pretty bad, I didn't breathe through my nose the entire massage. I probably should have told them about my experience but the masseuse was standing there when they asked how my massage was. I won't go back. read more

I got the foot massage special they had going on. The massage was pretty comfortable. The massage was thorough and the massage therapist took his time working on areas that were sore. I love this place! It's near my home and very convenient. I've had traditional reflexology and full massages and acupressure. All have been excellent.The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I typically request William (as others have said). He's very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I have had other therapists for massage, and they have been great as well. Just a different style, but still therapeutic and effective. This isn't a spa, and they don't pretend to be. So no beverages, sitting rooms or anything like that.
