We ordered 2 orders of bao buns and only received one. We told the "server" who stated the food truck was backed up. He didn't offer any assistance, didn't apologize or checked on the status of our missing item. We saw on the menu when we first ordered that an automatic 20% gratuity is added to all checks - totally fine by us and we were okay with this. However, when we received our check, the gratuity line was clearly marked through as if it wasn't a part of the total bill and this felt sleezy to us.
