First off I wish we could leave more than 5 stars for Hai and the excellent service and communication we received from Hel-Sar Appliance. They contacted us immediately and had Hai out as our technician the very next day. Our LG dishwasher had issues and Hai found the problem immediately. It so happened the dishwasher part was under warranty so not only did we contact LG, Hel-Sar also was kept in the loop and spoke with LG. We received a call from LG that they were having Hel-Sar handle the parts, before I was done I received a txt from Hel-Sar letting us also know and they would take care of it. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the dryer problem (the heating element needed replacing) and fixed that later the same day. I then had them come back to switch the dryer/washer positioning, which were installed in such a way that the dryer didn't have good airflow.
