He responded quickly to my call and was punctual. Two stars for that. However, after Jaime and his son worked on my leaking washing machine it still leaks just as bad as it did before. AND, the failed repair cost $200 more than the estimate. I contacted him a couple days after the attempted repair to tell him the machine still leaks and got no response. My advice is to buy a new machine and skip the wasted time and money for a failed repair. If you do hire them, be sure to get an estimate in writing. read more

I rarely call appliance repair because I usually do it myself but I.had ordered in the water pump.for my Tromm front loading washing machine. Then realized that I had picked up extra shifts so I was not going to be able to do it in a timely manner. I let them know I had the part & they came out the same day and did it for 80 bucks. My 35 year old dryer stopped heating up. I contacted Jamie at 11am today and he said he could be here at 2. He called when he was 20 min away and here arrived at 1:45. He checked the problem, had the part and installed it. It is 2:30 and my dryer is working and Jamie is on his way to the next job. I would not use any other company. I had Jaime and Jaime Junior out here to look at it chest freezer and a refrigerator we ended up getting rid of the chest freezer because it wasn't worth fixing, but our refrigerator he said was worth fixing. His son told us all it needed was freon. He was wrong it needed a compressor and freon. They were supposed to come out on a Monday they never showed up till Thursday. Would not answer the phone. I paid them $75 for the first visit, that was to be taken off when they came to repair the frig. Then on the second visit it was supposed to be only be $450 he ended up charging me $585 and didn't give me the credit for the $75 for the first visit. I asked him for a receipt he did not leave, He said he would send it. Three weeks later refrigerator was not cold anymore. When he installed the compressor he did not do the freon lines correctly. He didn't have the correct tools, his son and him where fighting about it, Jaime Sr through his stuff down and went out side.I called him to try to get him to come back out here and fix it he refused. He kept saying he had to check his schedule. Finally the last four times I've called him he's just hung up on me. If you were smart you will not use this company. Wow! This is a fabulous business with superb customer service. They were on time and courteous. Best of all their price was competitive! I called Sears to let them know I had two of their appliances that didn't work. Even though this was one call, I will still be charged two separate service calls. I then contacted Fast & Easy Appliance Repair. The "boss" and his apprentice were on-the-spot with my two appliances. My oven's broiler wasn't working---they had the parts and fixed it. My dishwasher's top rack wasn't getting clean. They discovered it was broken glass, cherry seeds, pistachio shells, toothpicks and other debris caught in the filter. I called Fast and Easy for repairs on my washer and dryer. Jaime had me text him the model numbers so he could bring the parts he thought might be needed. It turns out that he didn't need any of the parts, so I was only charged the service fee. This was my second time contacting them for repairs. The first time was a few years ago. I kept their card in case I needed them again because they treated me very well the first time. They could very easily have said I needed something replaced and I'd never have known the difference. Had issues with our washer and dryer consecutively. Both occurrences he showed up hours after the time he scheduled. With the dryer service, he didn't even hook up the vent tubing properly. Pretty remedial for a service repair man and he couldn't even handle it. He also didn't place the backing to the dryer back in properly and we we're missing the screws to do it. When we called to have him correct his errors, he again scheduled a time and did not even bother to show up this time. Very poor customer service. Will not be using him again or recommend him to anyone. read more

When I first moved to Stockton in 2006 I had a problem with my Dryer and during my search for a repair company I located an ad for Fast and easy in the phone directory, contacted them they came out that same day and provided me with quality service and reasonable cost, since that time I have utilized them for all my repair needs and have received the same quality and reasonable cost that I received in 2006, my latest experience was today , called this morning to see if someone could come out today because my air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 10:00 pm last night, it is now 2:53 pm and my air conditioner is up and running again. My fridge wasn't cooling properly so we called Jamie. He was here and had my refrigerator cooling within an hour! He needed to order a part to regulate cooling. A few days later, he had the part and installed it. Also I had him look at my ice maker which wasn't always working. He took it apart and rinsed the thick ice off for me. I called Jaime this morning, and not really early either. Told him my microwave had stopped working. He made an appointment with me, and arrived on time. He checked out the microwave and gave me my options. I chose to have a new one installed, which he came back later this afternoon and completely very quickly. This company has worked on my Subzero refrigerator for almost 20 years and they did the job correctly. Last year they were called to work on my refrigerator and came out twice, could not fix it and then stopped returning my calls after we paid them over &300 with no receipt or I would have sued in small claims. We ate out of coolers for a month before we found someone on the subzero website and they fixed it right the first time. I can no longer recommend this company, very disappointed!! read more

These people are terrible. They showed up for the repair shop missing a part for the needed repairs. they came back two weeks later with the missing part and they put it in incorrectly. The last thing I want to do is to have them come back out and work on my refrigerator again. It still leaks water. read more

Made an appointment and technician was 4 hours late (without a call) when technician arrived he was on the phone, and walked right in without a hello or sorry for being late. Explained the issues I was having and was basically blown off. He started the "repair" which was nothing more than a refrigerator service. I also received a lecture for not having my refrigerator serviced previously. Once service was completed he gave me his card and said I should call if I had any further issues. Was not professional about quote or payment. Just threw out a figure instead of breaking down the price of service/labor. Well low and behold the exact same issues returned 10 days after. I made two separate calls trying to have him come back out. Neither message was returned. I feel as though I received very little for my money (10 days of a properly functioning refrigerator) Not professional, and certainly not punctual. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a part that they said would fit my appliance. When it arrived, we tried to install it only to find out that it doesn't fit the appliance they said it would fit. I had to return the part at my expense and over a month later I got an email saying they weren't going to refund my money because the part had been installed. How else would I have figured out it didn't fit?? Now I'm out the cost of the part plus the cost of shipping it back to them and I don't even have the part I'm having to pay for.
