Lookup in information got all the information I needed to which led me to there when I got there things that I needed to get done with them they stated they didn't do it and they had no way getting in contact with anybody to help me so it was a bust. Just wish they would've updated their profile so I wouldn't have wasted my time other than that. I followed the other reviews for M&L Vacs and also found Thomas to be a great guy. An expert and a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He brought my 2 failed Dyson stick vacs back to life, in fact as good as new. He saved me $1Ks if I had to replace them. In this disposable world, it is refreshing to meet someone who can actually repair something. I was so pleased, I brought my 2 Roombas in for Thomas to check out. They are both working OK, and each is at least 10 years old and used several times a week. But I wanted Thomas to check on them as insurance for more carefree years of use. Excellent experience. Completely serviced our Simplicity, installed a hose as one was broken, brought it in about 4 pm and was ready 10:30 the next day. A bit pricey but so is everything else. Would go back for service again. read more

Excellent company. He diagnosed my dyson problem and couldn't get the part so did not charge me. Dyson tells me they will have the part in 4/5 weeks and then I can order. If your looking for an honest business go to M&L I have had the same Kirby vacuum for over 15 years. This vacuum was awesome until it randomly stopped. I vacuum regularly so it was Urgent to see if I can get this fixed. I walked into the store and immediately was welcomed in. The gentleman took my vacuum and right away told me he would take a look at it. The best thing of it all was he didn't charge me to "look" at it. Finally the next day I got an answer and the vacuum was fixed! It was such a relief. My starter switch broke and he instantly got it fixed. My Dyson vacuum cleaner broke so I needed to find somebody to fix it. I had called several vacuum repair centers and they all stated that they do not fix Dysons. When I called M&L vacuums they said, "Sure bring it in we fixed Dysons". He was very prompt give me a realistic expectation of waiting a few days for evaluation and three days later I got a phone call back. Unfortunately the part that I needed to repair the vacuum was on backorder with no stock date. It was not able to be fixed. He then asked me if I wouldn't mind selling a part of my broken vacuum cleaner to another customer who needed that part. He gave me a fair price for the use part. I will definitely be back if I have any further vacuum repair needs. read more

Took my Dyson in for repair. He gave me a quote and left for two days. Fixed it perfect. Checked out the Riccar canister vacuums. My wife always wanted one. Took her back the next day and the owner wasof great help. Very trustworthy. We bought a new canister vacuum because most of our floors are wood. The canisters are best for wood floors. My wife loves it. Ill be a life long customer. The Dyson is now relegated to the garage. read more

Glad I found M&L Vacuums. They are honest and skilled, and took the time to educate me. I brought in my 12 year old Dyson and rather than sell me a new one, which they could have easily done, they were able to fix it, even though Dyson has long since stopped making new parts for this model. The work was done the next day and the vacuum works perfectly. (Quote from my daughter: Wow, it hasn't sounded like that in 7 years!) When this vacuum's second life ends, I'll buy a new one there- it's a family owned business that cares about their customers and stands behind their products. was surprised to see only 2 reviews on here. I bought my vacuum here. Same price as other well known brands but 100x's more suction...I have also brought it in for repair (one of my kids ran over the cord) and it was inexpensive and returned back to me in just a couple days. read more

Not only do they repair vacuums' they repair sewing machines too. Mine was a very old machine so they had to send it out but it was repaired in a timely manner and the service was excellent. read more
