There's a lot to be said when the guy who owns the business shows up, doesn't knock you for trying to get your side by side to work, actually tells you that you saved him a bunch of time, and then proceeds to fix the problem, and doesn't mention if you were the one causing it. Nasser is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. In fact so good at what he does, I wanted to get this over due review in before I called him for another issue I'm having with my stove. If there was a 6 rating i would have given that to Nessar. Our refrigerator stopped cooling 2 days before we left for an extended vacation. I called Nessar at 7:30 am on Friday morning and we set up an appointment for 3pm that same day (he's available 24/7). An earlier appointment he had was cancelled so he called to see if I could meet him at 1 pm which I did. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a problem with the fan. Knowing our upcoming trip timing he ordered the part for overnight delivery on Saturday (as we were leaving on Sunday). On Saturday he was a bit late coming to the house but commited to coming and that was fine with us since he let us know. He arrived per the new time and repaired the defective fan to get the refrigerator working again. Then he explained why he was late. The part which was overnighted was defective so he could not use. Knowing our timing he called several businesses and associates on Saturday to see if they had the needed part. After many calls, he was successful in finding one and drove out of his way to get the part. Wow, he went way above and beyond what any other business would do. Such a reputable man!! Nessar is so pleasant to work with, excellent communicator, very knowledgable and high character. He even showed us the broken piece as he feels it's important for customers to understand their issue. We've never had anyone do that before. And his fee for the service was truly a value. We had created an impossible clog in our Speed Queen washing machine by washing a bath mat with dried rubber backing that disintegrated in the wash. Nessar responded to my call in the middle of the night (I thought I was calling a dispatching service), came out promptly the next morning, used a technique I didn't think of to remove 15 gals of water from the washer, disassembled and cleaned out the impacted pump and hoses, put it all back together and tested -- all in about 2 hours and for a most reasonable fee. My 10+ year old washing machine got stuck in "Wash Cyle. I tried resetting machine following Google videos. It would not reset so I called Simz after reading reviews on Yelp. They came out that day. I got it working myself before they came but I decided not to cancel and let them check it out. Nassar Tested it and said it was working fine but the "mother board" had been the problem. He advised me if it goes out and cannot be reset it would be a very expensive repair and I should probably buy a new machine. I agreed with his advice and appreciated it. He charged me for the service call but nothing for checking out the machine. Due to his knowledge and honesty, I will definitely call them next time I need an appliance repair. read more

I just had Nessar finish installing a new over-the-range microwave. He was as courteous and efficient as anyone could hope for. He was able to accommodate me the same day and communicated 30 minutes before arriving which is always nice. The price was on par to what Lowes (where I purchased the microwave) and other big stores charge for installation but the service experience was light years better. The installation was a little harder than it should have been because unbeknownst to me the old microwave was hardwired to the power but Nessar took care of it without a problem, whereas Lowes probably would have charged me an extra arm and leg to do the job. Simz was great! It was a Saturday, and my wife had lost a bracelet that it turned out was trapped in one of the drain holes of the washing machine drum. We figured we'd have to wait until Monday and were probably going to have to come to grips with the bracelet being broken.
