The place was very clean and they had amazing customer service, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. My son got some nice stickers for Halloween, such a nice gesture. I'm beyond disappointed with this place. I've visited countless boba and food spots, but I've never experienced anything like this. I'm a UGC creator and was planning to create a free video for them because we were in the area. My daughter wanted boba, so I looked up a nearby spot, and this one came up. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Even though there were three staff members, I stood there waiting for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I've been to so many teahouses--Ding Tea is one of my favorites--and I've always been treated with kindness and respect. Then, my 3-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her drink. I immediately felt terrible and apologized. I understand that accidents are frustrating, but the staff's attitude was shocking. Instead of showing a little compassion, they were visibly annoyed and made us feel like we didn't belong there. Kids will be kids, and I wasn't expecting special treatment, but to be treated so rudely is unacceptable. Customer service? 0/10. The drinks? 3/10--and that's being generous. Their attitude? 0/10. It was obvious they didn't want to make the replacement drink. When I went up to ask politely if I could get a new one, they just glared at me and, with so much frustration, said, "We'll do it once we clean this up..." I love their cups and they were very friendly when we walked in, offering us a Thai tea sample. They only have one size but it's pretty big. Seating seemed limited but on a Saturday afternoon it wasn't crowded at all. I ordered a honey milk tea at 80% sweetness but it was still too sweet for my taste. Walked into a modern, cool, clean, welcoming environment! Greeted by the employees immediately. The menu is located at the counter to the right of the register on a large screen. Easy to read with many choices and options. I decided to go with their green tea with milk foam, boba, reg ice, and 80% sugar level. There was a bit of a wait due to the amount of customers with only two workers. Once the drink was finished it was brought to my table and the employee apologized for the wait. The beverage came in the cutest cup! So I took off the top to inspect my drink before I sipped. Yo YELP!!!! That first sip!!! DIVINE!!!!!!! The milk foam was EVERYTHING!!!! There were a lot of boba in my cup and it was sweet, soft and mushy. I usually like it a bit chewy. The balloons took over the floor, which was near a seated booth by the register... overall kinda awkward with a large group. The wait was fairly long with about 4-5 people making drinks. We did not think it was that busy, but it took a good 10 minutes for the drinks to come out. Overall, we thought the drinks were decent, though it was fairly pricey for what it was. My Jasmine Green milk tea with baby pearls was almost $5... The baby pearls were much more softer than what I imagined it to be, and the regular pearls were super chewy with a bite in the center. On my first visit to Hella Bubble I was greeted with a bright smile and I was offered a sample of the tea of the day, which was the mango green tea. Very good! I decided to go with the mango green tea milk foam. The milk foam was a great addition, along with boba of course! Later that week I saw where they would be having their grand opening day, I made sure to stop by. All drinks were 50% off! That day I chose to order the match green tea milk foam. It was good. I enjoy an authentic matcha tea and not the powdered version like I've had at Starbucks. So I was very pleased with their matcha tea. I have been coming here and every time the taste just keep getting worse today the boba was overcooked it just melts with the drink and NOT in a good way and the milk tea is watered down cant taste any sweetness just the tea and bitterness. Thai tea wasn't overly sweetened like the worker said which it I'm usually is. They recently adjusted the sweetness level after hearing customers feedback. Great boba spot that is really quick and doesn't generally have a line from what I've heard. This was my first time in the shop, so they asked me whether I had been there and when I said no they very kindly explained everything to me and which flavors were their most popular. I ended up getting the deluxe milk tea, and it was great to be able to try each of the different fillings (boba, mini boba, red beans, etc.).
