The interaction just felt unnecessarily difficult and left a bad impression. It was upsetting to end my day with this kind of experience. The furniture has shown signs of wear and tear in comparison to the other locations. Most tables are rocky and have pieces of paper/cardboard to stabilize it. Countertop stools are missing from the counter area. Sprayed graffiti on the window and sticky caramel spillages outside the entrance were not cleaned up. Store has more of an ambiance to hang out with friends. Music choice wasn't disruptive. Not really a good place to do work in comparison to other locations due to noise level of other guests. There's also 4 Wi-fi networks to choose from and none of them worked except for Berryessa Square, which was super slow. Staff was friendly and quick with service. Drinks are consistent with other locations. Will be back for just picking up drinks. There's better locations to go to for working on a laptop.
