I stopped by for a quick tea on a weekday afternoon. I was not planning to, but decided to stop by after noticing there was a crowd in this unlikely location and at an unlikely time. Coconut mango was my favorite drink. Pistachio cloud jasmine coconut was also really good. Be sure to mix this drink properly.

This has grown to be one of my favorite places to get drinks! My favorites are the grape boom - The grapes are always so refreshing and the drink isn't too sweet so it's more enjoyable. I also feel very light drinking it and don't feel unhealthy after. The coconut mango boom is super delicious as well! I love all the toppings inside especially the sago. Their jasmine guava king is one my favorites as well, i feel like they rarely miss. I loveee guava and jasmine so it's a perfect combo!! I tried the green grape guava slushie recently for their summer seasonal drink and it's sooo refreshing especially in the hot weather. It cools you down and I literally finished it so fast. And i never finish my drinks fast.

I've been here once when they first opened and tried the Coconut Mango Boom. It was good, but not memorable enough for me to come back often, especially with so many great boba spots in the Bay Area. This time, Instagram reels gave me major FOMO over their new Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut, so I had to give HeyTea another try. The store is clean, modern, and has a nice minimalist vibe. It wasn't nearly as busy as my first visit, so my drink was ready in about 10 minutes, although the baristas were working nonstop with online orders. Staff were friendly and helpful too. As for the drink, I actually enjoyed the Jasmine Coconut base more than the Pistachio Cloud cream, which is funny because that's what brought me to revisit HeyTea. It was good and worth trying, but not something I'd specifically comeback for. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I think HeyTea is worth trying at least once, especially if a new seasonal drink catches your eye. As for me... I'll probably only come back when Instagram gives me another FOMO.

I've been to the OC location before and decided to check out this location in San Jose. Seems to be in a plaza with some other great Asian eats. Parking was plentiful but the area was bustling. I ordered at a kiosk and the process was seamless. I decided on the coconut mango boom and my partner got the seasonal drink - pistachio cloud jasmine tea drink. Both were very delicious - perfect amount of sweetness and it didn't taste artificial at all. There were a few tables and chairs to sit at while waiting but it isn't really a place to lounge and relax.

First time trying hey tea. The drink is super delicious. There wasn't a long line outside so we got to try it. You order your drink at the kiosk and we didn't have to wait long to get our order. The place is very clean and they have some seats inside and outside of the store. It's right next to what used to be one of our favorite Korean bbq place so that's when we saw the long lines and never made it inside until today. Will come again!

Got the coconut mango boom as that is my son's favorite. I upgraded to 650ml. Service was fine. I didn't have to wait too long as it wasn't crowded around 2:45pm. It started to get crowded after I left. I couldn't order online this time as my phone reception is bad. Overall, this is one of my go to tea place when I want a drink.

Heytea has been a trendy spot lately (and for good reason, I think). The location is busy--there are tons of other businesses and restaurants around, so it's convenient to stop by before or after dinner to grab milk tea. Fighting for parking can be a bit tough, but once you're inside, the drinks come out quickly after you order them on the tablet. The interior is clean, modern, and well-lit; though most people take their drinks to-go, there is some seating if you want to sit down for a little to chat. The menu is pretty large and spans a wide variety of drinks ranging from matcha to milk tea to fruit slushies, so there's something for everyone. Everything is on the pricier side, in my opinion, generally ranging from $6-$8. The drinks I have tried are beautiful to look at and taste really good as well--the flavor of the tea is always strong, and the fruit in their drinks taste sweet and fresh. I will say that even the lower sugar options err on the sweeter side. Overall, I would definitely come back. I might treat it as somewhat of a special treat, given the prices, but I have no complaints at all about the quality of the drinks. I also think it's cute that they have a variety of cup colors/styles for their different drink options. Everything is very stylish.

I've be coming to HEYTEA for a few years now and best thing is to order via app before coming. They have a wild selection of drinks, so take your time trying them all. I tend to park further away to avoid this congested area because entrance/exit and food delivery pick-up parking their cars in the middle of nowhere. HEYTEA is very efficient and clean.

I'd heard a lot of people rave about this drink, so I finally gave it a try. It definitely has a strong kale flavor, but the aftertaste reminded me a bit of kiwi. I like that HeyTea offers a healthier option to balance out their other drinks. There's usually a line, but ordering through the app makes things so much easier! You can skip most of the wait and just pick it up when it's ready.

Very happy Heytea opened a new location in North SJ area. You can smell the tea aroma once you get intp this location. The interior is pretty spacious. Their tea is excellent and very refreshing. This place is pretty crowded. Expect a wait for your drink. Great drink is worth the wait.

I was really craving the mango coconut drink so I had to try again whilst I was in the area. This time around my friend and I got the Coconut Mango Blue (I believe that's what it's called) and it was delicious :-) My friend got hers with the 0 calorie sugar. Normally I don't order the 0 calorie sugar because it would taste too sweet, however it tasted really good here! I ordered mine with default sugar. The mango is usually sweet enough so I like to order mine with light sugar. Whenever I'm craving a mango sago drink, I will definitely come back again!

HEYTEA was a pretty nice spot to try. I ordered the Matcha Cloud Cream Cheese and the Brown Sugar Boba. The matcha was okay, but honestly not too special for me. It tasted decent and the cream cheese topping was smooth, but I probably expected the matcha flavor to stand out a little more. The Brown Sugar Boba was better in my opinion. The drink was sweet, creamy, and the boba texture was pretty good. The store was clean and had a nice vibe, and the service was also quick. Overall, it was a good experience and worth trying if you like milk tea.

I don't know y'all. The amount of time I waited really is swaying this review so perhaps I need to come back when there's not a huge wait. L O C A T I O N HEYTEA is located in the 99 Ranch plaza on Hostetter. The parking here is horrible. It's definitely really hard to find parking as it's shared with a lot of popular dining spots plus there's a 99 Ranch. I luckily found a spot. I N S I D E Well walking up I saw people hovering about and waiting inside, and there's a few seats inside. There is a kiosk to order as well as the register. There was a lot of workers busily making drinks. M E N U They have a variety of drinks including matcha which is apparently they are well known for as well as fruit teas and drinks. I ended up getting a normal black tea latte with boba to just try it out. The drink was smaller than I expected. The tea and latte was tasty and the boba okay. S E R V I C E I did my order at the kiosk and it was easy to go through, paid by card, but I didn't realize that the wait time was going to be almost an hour. Had I known, I would've just gone somewhere else. I was SO hungry/dehydrated as I just came from teaching a pilates class that I was just not happy not knowing that I was going to be waiting almost an hour for my drinks. They do prettily pack the drinks into a nice paper bag. O V E R A L L Although the drinks were good, I would not come back unless I ordered online ahead or go when the wait time would be less. They did have some interesting drinks. But yeah, that wait was not great. Not worth the wait imho. So take advantage of the online ordering if it's available.

It's a delicious and truly perfected drink. I haven't tried a combination like it before. I lovee the concentrated, earthy, and a hint of bitter matcha bottom paired with the sweet, creamy cookie butter cream top. They go together so well. The other two drinks I've tried are the Guava Jasmine tea and the Mount Everest Black Tea with Salted Cheese. Of these two, I liked the black tea more. The black tea was strong, and the Salted Cheese topping was a nice, thick consistency and a good balance of saltiness, sweetness, and cheese taste. I would probably not order the Guava Jasmine tea again. I was looking on this Yelp page for which drinks to order, and I was sad to find out that they don't offer their White Peach Oolong tea anymore, but Haiku has an easy-to-access website to order from in advance, so shoutout to that. I'm curious about the Corn Einspanner, so maybe I'll give it a try the next time I come back.

The honey boba adds just the right amount of sweetness and texture, making it my favorite combination. One of the best things about this shop is how fast the service is. The Ha Noi Mist's ingredients sounded the most aligned with my personal preferences and I got the Lychee Rose to try something different but refreshing on a warm summer night. I was hesitant to get the Ha Long Sunset since I'm not a fan of jackfruit but Eric voted for it, and also the dumplings since a ginger coconut sauce sounds weird but he said that's what he wanted. Sipping che through a straw definitely beats spooning it. Make sure to thoroughly mix the drink and crush up the ice a bit before indulging. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. I feel like che is a dessert that is not necessarily expensive or time consuming to produce, and the milk tea/fruit tea prices here are definitely on the pricey end given their component ingredients. Yes I would revisit, especially when I need dessert late, but I feel that making che at home could be the cost-effective alternative.

He was like, maybe it's al dente...no this was not cooked thoroughly. My drink tasted chocolatey which I didn't mind. It was an interesting oolong taste profile. The grass jelly was fine. S E R V I C E Kiosk was fine. Easily paid by credit card. Drinks came out in a timely manner. O V E R A L L Although I didn't mind my drink, I wouldn't go back for the boba itself. The drinks were fine but when bobas start to be almost $7 a drink, there's just other options that I would prefer with menus that are a little more flexible. But I would say try them out still and decide for yourself!
