Really good dessert. I would give the Ha Noi Mist with 50% sweet a 10/10 on flavor and serving size. The wait was 20 minutes with 2 groups of 3 people each ahead of us. If you're here with friends, the time goes by quickly, but if you want an in and out pickup, order ahead. There is plenty of seating, and the place is really clean, fresh and cool. I think there's nothing too special about the dessert I ordered, but I will come here again to try the more non traditional ones.

I think I found my new favorite Vietnamese café and matcha spot in the neighborhood! Their Cloud Matcha at 50% sweetness absolutely hit the spot. It was creamy, refreshing, and had a subtle Vietnamese chè-inspired flavor that I really loved. My husband ordered a kumquat-based drink and finished it within seconds, so that was clearly a hit too. I'm already excited to come back and try more of their menu. The drinks do take a little while to come out, so this may not be the best stop if you're in a rush, but they're definitely worth the wait.

This was a surprise find and we enjoyed the drinks and warm treats. Their warm ube with sticky rice with a topping of coconut kill pudding was just all sorts of comforting. We also tried the crème brûlée and salter cream coffee drink and just overall delighted with a wonderful treat.

The husband and I stopped by Co Ba and really enjoyed their drinks! We ordered the Coconut Cloud, Matcha Bliss, Ha Long Sunset, and Ube Waffles. The Coconut Cloud was delicious and the Matcha Bliss was super refreshing. I really didn't know what to expect from the Ha Long Sunset, but ended up enjoying the sweet dessert. Lastly, the Ube Waffles were yummy, slightly crunchy with a mochi-like texture. All in all, we really enjoyed their drinks and desserts. The shop itself is cozy. Atmosphere was pretty busy and crowded when we were there with limited seating. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Some of the best che I've had in the area! The shop is almost always busy, yet the staff are very helpful and attentive. I usually get the Ha Noi Mist which is such a classic and refreshing dessert. I've even gotten it to go and they package a separate bag of ice to make sure it doesn't melt and get diluted on the way home! I tried the Hoi An Imperial (warm) which was also very delicious which strong coconut components. I loved the warm taro chewy pieces in particular. Theres actually ample seating inside and outside, kept very clean. I want to come back to try the dessert flight, but it's almost always too busy for me to stick around for a table.

Definitely one of the top Teas and Desserts shops in the Bay Area!!! I have been here 3 times already. A small but cozy shop with indoor and outdoor seatings. Nice Lounging area inside. Great Authentic Vietnamese Drinks and Che Deserts!!! My top go-to here are the Hanoi Mist, Saigon Pearl, Matcha Paradise, Jasmine Blossom, and Thai Orchid. Great Taste and definitely Refreshing!!! No cash Card Only.. I recommend come check it out!

Delicious Vietnamese desserts. This visit was a flight of 3 different chè. Delicious. Our favorite was the Ha Long Sunset: pandan jelly, red pearl, young coconut, lychee, palm seed, longan, jackfruit, and coconut milk. Yum! Also, the interior is lovely. The large mural of a stunning Vietnamese lady just makes you smile.

After eating at this one Chè place in SoCal and honestly being obsessed w/ it, I've been searching for one in NorCal that taste somewhat the same, and I finally found it. YAY!!! Vibes: 10/10 it's clean and pretty cute inside. The music is obv Viet music, but I'm Viet so... Service: 10/10 the cashiers were nice and attentive. I was greeted as I walked in and as I left. And they were more than happy to help me answer any questions I had. Food: 10/10 I got the Ha Long Sunset without the lychee jelly for $10. I only got one drink this time unfortunately. Trying to cut down on my sugar intake :(((. But it's SO DAMN GOOD. The coconut milk is just the right amount of sweet and taste awesome. The toppings inside are so fun to eat, and you have the option to remove any topping you might not like. Overall: 10/10 The service is great, the inside is clean (bathroom included), and it's the perfect place for Chè. No more needing to crave for the chè in SoCal :3

Wow!! I've been wanting to try something like this when I saw something similar on social media! We don't have any of this in Las Vegas! I had to make it over here! I got the Sai Gon Pearl since that was popular. Oh my goodness! How yummyyy and light! I love all the mix in the drink with the pandan jelly, grass jelly, Logan, chia seeds. It was tasty but healthy in a way. I didn't get mine sweet at all which was perfect. I love having the options of having it 25% sweet. I also wanted to try the warm dessert as well. The Da Nang Supreme also hit the spot! That homemade purple yam was sooo goood! I only had 2 pieces though ;(. A little too much cassava for me but it was still good. Service was pretty quick despite how busy it was. Ambiance- love the coffee vibes and decor! I absolutely love this place! Ya'll need to come down to Las Vegas. This place would do so well.

Friendly service. Nice vibe. Clean floor and table. Interesting menu that I don't typically see in Vietnamese dessert place. Both of our drinks are very good, bring us back to Vietnam. I believe their toppings are made fresh daily. Very good. Not too sweet. Not too sugary after taste. The coconut milk, not sure if they use the canned one or not but wow very good! The other drink amazing too with bits of soursoup fruits just like in Vietnam. They should do franchise in San Diego.

Came in on a Saturday around 10:40pm and was able to place my order right away using the self-service kiosk, which was super convenient. Co Ba Dessert is located in a spacious plaza with plenty of parking, so getting in and out was easy. The interior really stood out to me. It's bright, clean, and filled with greenery that gives it a fun, tropical vibe. While you're waiting, you can watch their display showing different desserts and how some of them are made, which is a nice touch. They offer a wide variety of Vietnamese desserts and chè, and the ordering system is very organized. Once you place your order, it shows up on a TV screen so you can track when it's ready. What I ordered: -Ha Long Sunset: I loved the mix of textures, especially the pandan jelly and red pearls. Every sip felt a little different, which made it fun to drink. It wasn't overly sweet and had a nice balance from the coconut milk. Definitely something I'd order again. 5/5 Service was fast and friendly, even though we came close to closing. We got our order within about 5 minutes. Overall, Co Ba Dessert is a spot I'd come back to when I'm craving something sweet, refreshing, and a little different.

    Matcha Cloud
    Ruth K.

The drinks are really good, but they are super sweet, so I recommend getting reduced sweetness. Even with 50% sweetness, the drinks were very sweet! The matcha cloud has a nice nutty taste and the peach perfection had a very nice fruity taste. The tiramisu was also pretty decent, but I think the drinks are the standout here. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The worker was very friendly!

I was curious to see if this place was any better than Bambu. Their focus is Vietnamese desserts. Their chè selection sometimes is slept on, but I'd love to try it next time since I notice a lot of people come to order them. There is good variety on the menu too. From desserts to coffee and tea. I ordered the Matcha Bliss, which was refreshing from the coconut juice and something different than my usual matcha latte. It is bit healthier compared to other sweet drinks. The shop is clean with a modern interior and cute artwork. They do their best to replicate the artsy cafe style in Vietnam. I loved the wall art of the girl wearing a traditional Vietnamese dress when you first walk in. It's definitely Instagramable. It's a great spot when you're craving something sweet. My mom doesn't have time to make Vietnamese desserts at home, so I will swing by another time when I'm back here!

You could buy tins of Marukyu Koyamaen matcha if you want to make lattes at home! Came here twice with my boo because their drinks slap! The Hojicha latte is not too sweet and very roasted, nutty, and smooth. The matcha crème brûlée swirl drank seemed to be their popular drink because a lot of those were being whipped up when we were waiting for our order. It looks aesthetically pleasing, but damn she thicck. It's like a milkshake and you need a big boba straw to get the liquid through. It was good but my boo said it was sorta a challenge to drink. A spoon is needed to thoroughly mix things together. The 2nd time around we ordered the matcha latte and the Hojicha cheese mousse. The Hojicha was a little stronger in flavor since there was no milk added to it. The cheese mousse was thick. I started drinking it through the sip top but eventually went in with a straw to mix it up. The hint of saltiness from the foam paired pretty well with the tea. My guy got the matcha latte with oat milk and the oat flavor is pretty overpowering. You'd taste the oat and then the matcha. It was okay but my boo finished it with no complaints. The shop is small but there's a long bench and a few tables to sip and chill. You mainly order from the kiosk, but when a long line forms, a human assists with ordering. The drink competition is strong in the plaza that they're in. There's at least 3 other boba shops in the same strip they're in and 2 more across the way. But Izumi stayed pretty busy the times we were there. Parking is kinda limited though because they're in a busy plaza. The last time we came we parked across at Target nearby and walked over. Overall, great Hojicha and matcha. The prices are decent for the area. They'll charge you if you want a cup of ice btw. Service is quick. I'd definitely come here again or to any of their other locations. When it comes to matcha they know what's up!

There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The mango desserts were easily the best part of my visit. I tried the Pomelo & Mango with Sago, which combined sweet mango, creamy coconut milk, chewy sago, and fresh pomelo for a refreshing balance of flavors and textures. I also enjoyed the Mango Chewy Ball, where the fresh mango and smooth mango juice paired perfectly with the soft, chewy rice balls. Both desserts felt light while still being satisfying, making them a great option on a warm day. I also had the chance to try a few of the other menu items. The mango mochi was fresh and soft, with ripe mango wrapped inside a delicate chewy layer. For something different, the spicy chili fish balls offered a savory contrast to the fruit desserts, adding a bit of heat and a springy texture that balanced out all of the sweetness. The ordering process was quick and straightforward, and my food arrived not long after I found a table. I just would like my drink to be thicker and less jellies. But, it was still delicious. My sis ordered a Milo drink and wasn't a fan of it. My other sis got a strawberry matcha. She had no complaints. My mom enjoyed her taro dessert but wasn't a fan of the taro, durian, and salted egg. I thought it was overly sweet for my taste. We ordered extra drinks to offer to the monks (there were more than I expected)..oops! It was a warm day and we were all excited to be there. It was overall a great day and to have a place that was had unique Vietnamese drinks was a plus!

It was kinda confusing because the place itself is kinda small so it was hard to tell where to order. Apparently, you can just walk up to the counter and order as well. Service wasn't so bad. Lots of drink options here. Competition with Izumi Matcha. I'm going to be honest, I originally wanted Izumi Matcha but it was closed yesterday. I went here as a backup choice. I probably would come try some of their other matcha drinks. All in all, not bad but nothing too memorable. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink? What would you recommend?

The presentation was absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect centerpiece for the celebration. The cake itself was outstanding - light, delicate, and made with fresh, juicy mangoes. I especially loved the slight hint of tartness from the mangoes, which perfectly balanced the subtle sweetness of the cream. It was refreshing to enjoy a cake that wasn't overwhelmingly sugary and let the quality of the ingredients shine. This was my husband's very first crepe cake, and he absolutely loved it. In fact, our entire family enjoyed every bite. If you're looking for a dessert that's elegant, fresh, and not overly sweet, I highly recommend this one. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors, I'm especially excited to try the Black Sesame Crepe Cake next!

The design was so classy, elegant, and truly above my expectations. You can really see the care and creativity that went into making it. My husband was so happy when he saw it, and it made the celebration even more special for us. I also want to give a special thanks to the manager at the San Jose location. When I mentioned that we would be traveling in the car for about 7 hours, they were so kind and helpful in giving us options to make sure the cake would stay perfect during the trip. Their suggestion worked so well! Overall, I am beyond satisfied with both the cake and the wonderful customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our celebration extra special.
