These types of promotions last up to 20 days, so there will be a limited supply of their game code redemption cards and other gifts, such as printed coasters. For the Wuthering Waves promo, I tried their Charlotta Strawberry Lemonade. Mind you, I still don't know who the characters are as a Millennial, but that fruity drink was refreshing. I ordered it at 25% sweetness; it was a bit sour, like drinking the lemon juice with a quarter of the strawberry juice. I could tell they used fresh fruits, and the crystal boba was chewy like gelatin. For the Honkai Star Rail promo, I got Blade Karmic Chocolate Matcha, which was chocolate cream foam on top of a matcha latte, and Kafka Blushing Blueberry Splendor, a blueberry smoothie with cheese foam and jasmine tea jelly, back in August 2023. The matcha kept me awake, and the blueberry smoothie was better. So sad they ran out of coasters and stickers, so I left with game redemption codes. When I heard about a boba shop with the word "Studio", the black background setting came into my mind until I entered inside which is all yellowish inside. There wasn't really much seating inside but it's quite different because of how they're shaped. Not much decorations though besides the action figures they displayed and they do have kiosks, but the issue is that they tend to wobble back and forth whenever I touch the screen. Also the screen faces at 90 degrees instead of facing slightly upward. So it's hard for me to navigate through the menu especially when I'm taller. However, I do like the boba here though. I didn't get their signature boba but instead got the regular Ceylon Milk Tea because I'm not really a big fan of adding toppings and that it can take up too many calories. Sunright is one of the better Boba spots in the Bay Area and it's definitely a must visit. The quality seems to be consistent with their different locations. I've had the opportunity to try most things on the menu but my favorite is the grape frosty, which unfortunately seems to be a seasonal item. The menu is extensive enough to where there should be something for everyone as there are your more traditional choices, as well as, some fusion (East meets West), creative new drinks. Sunright uses high quality ingredients, many of which are locally sourced in California. And yes, you can absolutely tell the difference! My partner and I came to Sunright because I really wanted to try their pistachio series. The matcha latte with pistachio foam interested me the most and I think it was really good! The pistachio foam made the drink so creamy and nutty, and there were also some pieces of pistachio in the drink. My partner got the dubai chocolate frostie because it seemed different from the other two drinks. We both thought it was ok; it tasted just like chocolate milk lol the little pieces of kataifi was interesting but he said it was annoying at the end of drinking it because it all collected at the bottom of his drink. Used to be one of my go-to spots, but something about the house milk is really off lately, and they're only correct about the sugar levels in my drink maybe half the time. The last two times I went, the drinks I got with the house milk tasted overwhelmingly like condensed milk in a bad way - all my friends tried a sip and agreed it was off putting and inedible. Also, I usually get 30% sweetness, and a couple of times after I try my drink, I can taste that the bobaristas made it closer to 100% sweetness. They're definitely set up much more for to go orders, so if you were hoping to sit and chat, this doesn't seem like the place for it. The workers are hidden behind a counter stacked with decorations and supplies, and you order via a kiosk, so you really don't have much interaction with the workers (which could be a plus, too). I have come here on several occasions to try their refreshing fruit tea selection during the hot summer days. My favorite is their mango sunright tea. I opt for less ice, 0% sugar and no toppings and it's perfect that way. The mango adds enough sweetness to the drink. On one occasion I ordered for to go via doordash and unfortunately the drink did not have the same consistency in terms of flavor which is disappointing. Not sure if that was solely due to ordering online. But everytime that I have ordered in person it has turned out the same. Another good option from their fruit tea is their classic sunright fruit tea option which is also a customer favorite. It has more of a citrusy flavor from the orange, passionfruit and lemon.
