I got a Jasmine Milk Tea and it was bland/watery with almost no tea taste and a bitter aftertaste. I drank half and threw out the rest which was wasteful, but I didn't enjoy the drink at all. :/ My friend got a fruit tea and it was so sweet that she also couldn't finish her drink and threw it out too; for this one, maybe beware of the sweetness levels here. We couldn't tell if the drink was good or not because the sweetness was too overpowering. Service was nice and quick though; however, I'm not sure if I'll be back for boba here...

Wow those were the days: still remember coming like 10 years ago! Also in the Cupertino store! Milk tea is still so good! Wait time was less than 10 mins for the drinks to be ready. Parking is easy especially prior to dinner time. Very casual store, clean, bright and there are a few tables.

My review is based off how I paying for the discounted price and not the full price. Check my profile for how to get $3 boba I stayed for a few hours to study, and the vibe was perfect. They have a comfortable seating area with plenty of outlets, and the background music was at a low volume, making it ideal for focusing. The staff was friendly and didn't mind me being there for a while.

If you're thirsty. Go to fantasia!!! They have been around for many years and we always go back to get our boba fix. Staff is always friendly and menu has lots of options. Service is quick and location has a nice cozy feel to it. We normally pick up to go, sip and enjoy.

You can taste the tea brewing from the drinks and Bolba was very fresh. Loved it. It's on the sweater side so you'll have to adjust based on your needs. Place was clean and the service was great.

Fantasia is just one of those spots that remind me of my childhood and have memories of this place throughout the years. Came on a Wednesday night, which wasn't busy, it was just the owner and the non-Asian guy who's been there for years running the place. Definitely a nice place to chill and catch up with people. They have a variety of drinks and small desserts on display. Got the jasmine milk tea with boba this time, pretty solid milk tea and chewy pearls, but the price has gone up over the past decade. Definitely a Milpitas staple though, would recommend to anyone to come check it out!

I've been coming here for a while. It felt like its time I should review this spot. I've been coming here since it first opened up. This is my favorite tea spot and the best by far (In my opinion). If you come here on the weekends it can be a challenge to find parking. There pearls here are soft and chewy and always on point. The service is very fast and straight to the point lol. Esthetic has changed over the years but for the better. Cozy and modern. The line to order drinks usually goes out the door and kind of wraps depending on the time you go.

I've been to the Fantasia many times in Cupertino, but decided to swing by this one on Saturday. We got our drinks very quickly. I ordered my usual which is a green mango ai yu pearl tea with boba. It literally always hits the spot. I love the contrast of the sour mango and the sweetness of the boba!!! It's my go to drink! I've come to the conclusion that the Fantasia chain is a hit!

I've been a loyal customer of Fantasia on Barber Lane in Milpitas for over 20 years, but after today, I will definitely not be returning. My daughter went into the store to place an order and came back to the car in tears. She told me the man with glasses, who appeared to be the owner was busy talking to another customer while taking her order. He ended up charging her for a small instead of the large size she requested. When she politely told him she wanted a large, he repeatedly raised his voice, blamed her for "not listening," and rudely demanded an extra dollar to upgrade the size. I've experienced his rudeness before, but continued coming back because of the excellent service from the Mexican barista. However, this incident crossed the line. My daughter is only 14 years old and does not deserve to be yelled at or treated disrespectfully. She even tipped them before this happened, and afterward she told me the tip felt like a complete waste. After this experience, our family will be boycotting this location. We will not be returning.

I've been coming here for a while for their black milk tea, and nothing else compares. It's always consistent and easily one of the most authentic HK style milk teas I've had. Highly recommend 10/10!

As good as I remember. The Jasmine hit the spot on a hot day and was fragrant but had a strange after taste, not as fragrant as say Molly Tea however. Service was fast and nice and the staff were very nice. I liked the jungle decor in the store as well. $16.5 for two drinks, 10 drinks for a free one.

Ask the Community - Fantasia Coffee & Tea

Is there a drink that isn't coffee that can be ordered without any sugar or any carbs..? would go here everyday if anyone knew how to.

You can probably order a hot or iced tea (Jasmine and such) since it's what they use as a tea base before adding the sugar, milk, toppings and such.

Are the tea freshly brewed or powdered?

Fresh, flavored ones like honeydew are flavored with syrup

Do they offer soy milk or almond milk as a dairy alternative?

    Yea

Do you have dairy free milk tea?

    Yes we do.

Do they have cream cheese topping?

Nope! They don't! They have all kinds of jelly though and of course boba :)

PLEASE tell me there's popping boba?

There's milk pearls/boba here! It tastes great with their milk tea!

Do they make decaf green tea drinks?

We don’t have decaf tea drinks. We do have decaf coffee and caffeine free options including fresh milk and juice only options.

What drink do you offer that has the least amount of sugar added to a drink?

Sugar level is adjustable for almost any drinks.

I really appreciated that the items came in a sealed bag. Not only did it ensure freshness, but it also helped assure me that the food wasn't tampered with. The bag was cute too. I'm actually glad that I ordered online, because the menu explicitly stated that products contain lard. I don't eat pork, so heads up if you don't either. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.
