Staff are slow and are not experienced with a rush of customers. One staff members repeatedly ask people to step forward in the line when there was literally six inches between patrons and was very condescending. Every time I'm in Las Vegas. I have to stop by the Hello Kitty Cafe on Las Vegas strip! The ambiance around the truck is so cute. You can sit and enjoy different snacks, coffee, ice-cream. This was definitely a fun thing to do while we waited for a reservation at a restaurant in the mall. I feel like I can get better items & HK snacks elsewhere but the novelty was nice. This location lot more places that can sit down enjoy cupcakes, pastries, or drinks. Biggest things is sell out of stuff slower since bigger spot. I loved all small different areas and fact each one has personality. If totally fan of Hello Kitty franchise will love it and feel like in Japan. I ended up getting My Melody Cupcake and Strawberry Lemonade. The box cupcake came is adorable and nothing not scream Hello Kitty on the menu. Awesome. Very cute cafe inside Fashion Mall. The coffee I ordered was good which was the zebra coffee. Same thing for the cookies, they were all delicious. As someone who has been to other Hello Kitty cafes, I will be the first to say Sanrio fanatics like myself aren't going to the cafe for the quality of desserts, especially at an $8.50+ price point for couture cupcakes. The concept of the cafe is what brings in the crowd and our Fashion Show Mall location is lacking. The experience is taken away from the lack of regard for the cleanliness of the cafe. The owner should consider replacing damaged seating and paying a company for a deep clean -- seats, baseboards, flooring... everything. There should be some sense of pride in the brand. This isn't to take away from those who work at the cafe, customer service was exceptional. The cupcakes were average, they remind me of Costco cupcakes. The zebra mocha was delicious. This cafe is in a mall and very similar to the one in CA in terms of merch and drinks offered. I came back super excited! Unfortunately, the milk tea was super sweet. The staff are super nice when I asked them. They said they can change up the tea and milk ratio since the tea is made already sweetened. That sadly didn't help so I added a lot of water as I gradually drank some. :( The sweetness was not the fault of the staff at all but the cashier was very approachable and offered different solutions. This place could really use more seating and actually be enclosed especially for the prices and how much people want to take pictures and sit in cute area. Drinks were good. We had to hit up both HK locations while in Vegas. We went to the outdoor one first that really doesn't have the same feel as the cafe but both sell merch, which is what we were after. This location inside the Fashion Show Mall has a good and sizable seating area and stores nearby that also sell HK items (ABC store, l am talking about you!). The service was great and we loved being able to buy all the Vegas merch we wanted. We live closest to the Irvine, CA location but seeing the variety of Vegas themed merch was really fun and we of course bought many of the items. The lady at the cashier of the other outdoor location said that this indoor location sells more of the bakery/chef items than the Vegas themed items. But both do sell Vegas themed items. Just more so of the Vegas items are sold at the outdoor location in Vegas. If you want photo ops (lnsta worthy!) with cute backgrounds, this is by far the better location of the two. But l suggest hitting up both locations if you can! One can never have too much HK in one's life! read more

I got several souvenirs here and I was able to bring back a cupcake from Vegas all the way back to NC with a lot of care lol. This HK Café is seriously so CUTE. It's located in the mall by the escalators. I love the hello kitty mirrors and decor. The workers are very kind and sweet. We ordered the iced vanilla latte and white mocha and they were surprisingly very good! Not too sweet, perfectly balanced. I had the hello kitty donut, that was actually very good too!!! I want to try their cupcakes next time. They also sell merch as well. I will say that it was all very pricey though, but since there isn't a hello kitty cafe in San Jose anymore I was okay with it. Ordered taro milk tea (half was ice and right sweetness!) , red velvet hello kitty cupcake (the cheesecake topping icing is superb as it is mild and not too sweet). Kuromi cookies (hard as a rock but edible). Also strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone is also good. It's hard to get an empty spot as the cafe was sp small, but with patience, you will be able to sit down. Front counter were friendly. There's photo-op spot for Sanrio lovers out there! Hello Kitty in Las Vegas! Located on the ground level of Fashion Show Mall - right by the ABC Store - and between the escalators, this new Hello Kitty Cafe was very crowded when I went to visit! I've been to the Hello Kitty Cafe in Irvine, California, and this one isn't as nice as that one (with it's High Tea and private space). However, this Las Vegas Hello Kitty Cafe is better than the Hello Kitty Truck that visited Ala Moana Center in Honolulu and the truck that was outside of T-Mobile Arena on The Strip of Las Vegas because Fashion Show Mall is air conditioned! Hello Kitty Cafe at Fashion Show Mall opened in July 2022 and is still as popular as ever! Get a drink, donut, cupcake, mug, shirt, and much more! The line was long, so, I just squeezed in and got a few photos. There was a "room" under the escalator on the right side that was full of customers enjoying their snacks! I did not have the Hello Kitty Cafe on my Las Vegas Bingo card. Shame on me but when I happened across Hello Kitty in all of her glitter and sparkle, it's something to see. It's something else to buy anything at the cafe. It's not the Paris Ritz Carlton pricing but it's close. I jest but this cafe is a serious cash grab on HK fans. I saw lots of photos online and knew that I had to add this as a stop on my last trip to Las Vegas. I read online about mixed reviews concerning customers leaving trash behind so I made it a point to come as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. The tables were clean and the staff was very welcoming. I ended up purchasing a very cute pink hat, a Las Vegas special tumbler, the Hello Kitty strawberry pastry with cute pink bow, a mango lemonade and a french vanilla latte. Only complaint: tables were a mess... there are some cleaning supplies (spray bottle, sus rag and sanitizer) on top of a trash can and a sign saying to help yourself... no one does. Prob would be better with paper towels instead. Or on down time, which they never once got super busy, the staff could try to maintain the seating area *shrugz*. The sprinkle donut was ok but def not a Krispy Kreme. The Keroppi was just right. Not overly sweet, just enough custard inside to make it seem soft and moist. Wish we could've tried more but thats really just waaaaay toooo much sugar! If you're a foodie I guess you could skip this spot because the food/drink we had were basic.
