This time was also my first time enjoying the salt lounge. It took a minute for my brain to quiet and full enjoy it but it was much needed after a crazy busy and exhausting week. I have been trying to give my body and mind the TLC they so desperately crave while being on a big project at work that makes my brain crave peace and quiet as soon as I log off so this was perfect! As always the staff were wonderful and attentive and I felt so relaxed and refreshed after. I can't recommend visiting Asha enough. Also, the price for 2 hrs is amazing! Thank you for another wonderful time and looking forward to visiting again! Pro-tips: -Bring two towels (the extra one for sitting in the sauna/steam rooms is ). -An extra bag/trash bag is essential for your wet items. -Make sure to hydrate before and during, but also..have a water bottle waiting in your car when you're done. -Bring lotion!

Overall, a great experience. I was surprised at how busy it got during the middle of the week, and…read morethe space felt somewhat small for the number of people there. One thing I personally didn't love was that there wasn't a separate changing area/space for women and men, especially since the changing space itself felt a bit tight. Other than that, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the experience. My absolute favorite part was the salt lounge--what a beautiful and calming space to meditate and unwind. The lounge chairs/recliners were incredibly comfortable, whether you wanted to sit or fully lay down. I also got a massage, which was lovely and added to the overall relaxing experience.

I had such a healing experience with Chan. He literally worked on me for almost three hours, and…read morethere is still so much more that needs to be done. I told him he has the patience of God! What I loved was that he spoke with me throughout the session. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and why it was going to help. My focal point was my upper body. Neck, traps, head it was all tense. He literally went knot by knot releasing tension. Asking me my pain level every step of the way. It hurt I won't lie, but it was a good hurt. What this session made me realize was that our bodies are like cars. We get it brand new off the lot, and as time progresses our tires get bald, our alignment gets thrown off, we need recalibration, etc. One thing that he said is that this tension is not new, it's not months old, this tension has accumulated since birth, and that hit so deep! He did focus on a certain area, but he also did a full body massage. He is so thorough, wise, and is quick to send along information he feels will help. If you're looking for pan relief, I recommend visiting Chan. Enjoy!!

First and foremost, Nikki's Spa is a "legitimate" massage place. There are relaxing massages and…read morethen there are therapy massages that are on a much higher level. Just about every place offers relaxing massages but I needed a therapy massage - and Nikki delivered! Nikki's Spa should be called, "Nikki's House of Healing" because she has magic hands. She can tell you more what's going on with your body than any doctor or lab report. I over-extended myself playing basketball with "jumpers knee" and knee hyper-extension. After a month of the healing process, my knee and calf still had some lingering pain and strain going up & down my stairs - but 90 minutes with Nikki made it all go away. The therapy massage is not just the typical deep tissue massage (that I don't particularly like). I explained my problem areas and Nikki's magic hands found areas I didn't know were concerns but immediately felt it when she was working her magic. Nikki covers the sciatic nerve, lymph nodes and the blood flow of the body for better health. If you have back pain, knee pain, sciatic pain, diabetes or migraines - let Nikki work her magic before deciding on surgery or meds. Overall, this wasn't just a massage, it was pure physical therapy and preventative maintenance needed on my body. Nikki is truly a miracle worker. No matter where you live, it's worth the drive to Nikki's Spa.

She gots the job done & helps with my recovery every time. I overwork my body daily and coming to her helps with my recovery. I enjoy the pain, deep tissue, and cupping. She might not be for everybody but def for those who need deep tissue or have pain. She is one strong little lady! Love her!
