My husband got the Turkey BLT waffle (the real bacon crumbles are IN the waffle batter, and the waffle forms the "bread" for this decadent sandwich!) I got the Caprese Waffle - so good! Generous helping of fresh arugula and thick slices of soft mozzarella make this one my fave! The pesto aioli is a nice addition (to both of the waffles we got), with just the right amount of flavor. Our son had one with strawberries & blueberries & whipped cream! We love visiting this cart at the Farmer's Market, but we'll have to also venture over to their food cart in Camas too! read more

Great waffles, but no masks. Honestly was really shocked and disappointed at the lack of safe dining practices during the pandemic.

My husband and I found this place a couple years back after living in the area for 5 years. We regret not checking it out sooner! The food is made to order and always comes out so delicious and fresh. I love the bacon in the waffle batter for the zesty chicken sandwich I always get. The owner is super nice and always remembers me and my order. It's this cute little food cart in the round table pizza parking lot and it has ordering windows on both sides. The wait for the waffle was also reasonable, just a few minutes and yet it was served piping hot. The menu on yelp is not the most up-to-date as this joint serves seasonal items, so be prepared to be surprised with new choices if you go! The staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd dock off 1/2 a star if I could because the outside of the cart is slightly dirty and in a somewhat dirty lot, but the waffles are good! This place is amazing. Their waffles are very good! I was worried initially about the prices since the cheapest waffle is $6. I was worried that the size of the waffle wouldn't amount to the price, I was wrong. The waffles are essentially the size of two waffles and they put a good amount of toppings on it. We got the strawberry rhubarb and the nutella amd banana waffles. The strawberry waffles was good, wasn't the biggest fan of the cheesecake drizzle because it tasted a little too much like cream cheese. The nutella waffle however was straight out of heaven. This is a great little food cart. I went there today and had the bacon, turkey, something, something. Thick slice of turkey and the waffle batter had BACON in it. I can't believe I haven't thought of that. A really good sandwich. My only recommendation is that they make the waffle extra crispy (or leave it for an option). Hi. After seeing this here on Yelp I drove to the drive through stand today. The pumpkin cheesecake was absolutely great! I had the spiced apple and it was great until I sampled my wife's pumpkin waffle. My next visit will be the sausage waffle with gravy on it! Oh the calories! They too raved about Hello Waffle. The menu has a couple of savory choices and a few sweet offerings. They may also do collabs with other food trucks in the area (such as Pimento Cheese Kitchen). RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE WAFFLE ($7): Cheesecake mousse, raspberry syrup, fresh raspberries, and whipped cream on their fluffy waffle. They don't skimp on any toppings, and the waffle itself was one of the best I've had.Slightly crunchy on the outside, golden brown, yet fluffy on the inside. Didn't need a knife to cut anything. The panda ate it all in a few minutes and regretted nothing. Yup, they also have a Caprese waffle ($7) with pesto aioli, arugula, fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic drizzle. There are no vegan options in Camas, and I mean NO intentionally vegan options in Camas (unless of course you consider a vegan burger with no sauce or bun an option). When my boyfriend and I discovered that Hello Waffle had vegan options and they were right down the street from our house i was so excited! Usually my excitement is replaced with disappointment when it comes to restaurants that are not primarily vegan, but I have to say the vegan waffle (savory) was right up there with some of the best vegan restaurants across the river.
