What a pleasant surprise! I have passed this little drive thru multiple times, and never thought to stop. But was in the area around the breakfast hour and decided to give it a try. So many waffles to choose from. Opted for the Maple Banana Bacon waffle. The bacon is cooked inside. Oh yeah, added whip cream. It was excellent. Waffle was crunchy and bacon was savory inside. Whip cream wasn't necessary since you have the maple syrup. I shared it, which was a mistake since I blinked and most of it was gone. Now I know better and will have to order my own. I love this little spot, the fact that they have gluten-free waffles is fantastic and that they can make sandwiches or you can have a sweet waffle is really great because it gives you the savory option. I know they have another cart over off of ward Road and They offer pupusa's there. I wish they would offer Pups at this current cart in Camas as well. All in all definitely would return I like the ham and cheese with the tomato soup. read more

You had me at Hello Waffle Cart! The waffles I had here were so good I had to come back for more! On my first visit, I tried their Caramel Apple Pie Waffle which is a waffle topped with apple pie filling, crunchy almond granola topping, caramel, and whipped cream - yum so good! I also tried their Nutella + Banana Waffle and that was just as good! Both waffles can be found on their sweet menu. Along with the sweet waffles that they make, they also have savory waffles! During my second visit, I had their Maple + Banana + Bacon Waffle which was delicious! It's basically a waffle with bacon cooked inside, fresh banana slices on top, and syrup on the side. Wow, that was mighty good and satisfied both my sweet and savory cravings! I'll be ordering that again for sure! You can drive up on either side of Hello Waffle Cart to place an order or call ahead for a quick pick-up. They've got a yummy selection of waffles to choose from along with hot and cold beverages. As for the people that work here, they're all super friendly and welcoming. Everything is pretty much made to order and surprisingly ready in no time! After a few miles at Lacamas park, decided to look up a place to eat. Hello Waffle Cart was right down the street and is open 7a-2p. This is a one person ran stand - the guy working was super nice, didn't catch his name :( There's a lot of options for waffles and I was surprised! Got the chicken waffle & a lavender lemonade. The waffle was fluffy and crisp. The syrup wasn't overly sweet. The fried chicken resembled the style of chicken when you get chicken friend chicken. All together it was really good! Visited the Hello Waffle Cart for breakfast this morning and was not disappointed! You just drive on up to order and it's fairly quick! The staff were friendly as well. Appears to be some outdoor seating if you'd like to enjoy your waffle there! The waffles were both super yummy and filling. The fruit was freshly cut and there was a generous serving of it. Such delicious waffles!!! This is one of my favorite places to stop by after hiking for a delicious chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich. They have both sweet and savory options but the spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. They have a kids menu that is awesome and has fresh fruit. I often have to request things 'on the side' for kids' meals and the staff are always super accommodating and make sure no food is touching, haha! I'd give them 100 stars! Fantastic food, decided on savory- the spicy chicken and a blt on the gluten free waffle. (They do not have dedicated gf waffle makers- however we were fine and are very sensitive). The service was wonderful. They were more than happy to describe the menu and seemed happy to omit items, however we got all Menu items as is. Even our dog got a treat! Friendly service, nice selection of waffles and meals. We especially like the sliced bananas with Nutella and whipping cream. One person operation but the food and beverages come out fairly quickly. They have a food stand at the Vancouver Farmers Market and they serve up some incredibly delicious waffles. Crispy on the outside, fluffy goodness on the inside. They have a variety of toppings to choose from and even a couple of waffle sandwich options which we are keen to try in the near future. My fave, so far, is the Maple Bacon & Banana waffle.
