I have been coming to Helping Hands Auto since August 2017. They were a saving grace to my partner and I. Our 2002 Escape died temporarily when the transmission went out. Called HHA and explained our situation and the very next morning Joey and Lupe came down and towed it to their shop and four days later it was as if it never broke. So it came as no surprise when we were in a similar position on Monday 7th when all the sudden our car was making an awful grinding/thumping noise from the front... so turned around and drove it carefully home..called a couple places and then called HHA... took the car in this morning and had it back by closing this afternoon! I would have to say this is the find of a lifetime. A mechanic and shop that is honest and upfront. Joey and Lupe are the real deal. I bought a used Ford Escape that needed transmission work. I called around and Helping Hand was by far the best deal. They also had great reviews on Yelp and other sites. I have truly been blessed by the manager Amber, who has helped me through so many vehicle ordeals! She has even coached me with advise when I was stranded on the road. Her family business etiquette and service are stellar. Their mechanics' certifications are wide and up-to-date. The whole staff is nice. They have an air conditioned waiting area with TV and rest room. Came on a trip to Phoenix from out of town with a bad power steering pump that basically would have left me stranded 800 miles from home. The owner is amazingly nice and kept his shop open late to make sure i could make it home. Everyone was so nice about it i felt terrible making my emergency theirs. I brought my truck here from MT. We don't have emissions over there you just pay a tag price and your good. I was told about Helping Hand from a friend I met, what a great team.
