I needed a new pair of hoop earrings and because I'm extremely sensitive to metals, they have to be gold with no cheap metal. We happened to be at the Premium Outlet for another reason and decided to walk into the Helzberg to see what they had to offer. We worked with Jordan, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us a couple of initial pairs and then remembered something in another case and led us over to show the pair of perfect earrings! Exactly the size and design I like. She allowed me to remove it and put it up to my ear to ensure it was what I wanted and once I confirmed, she gave me an alcohol wipe to clean the earrings and my ears and into my ears they went. It was perfect! And the best part...there was a sale and discount offered and I walked out with a new pair of fantastic earrings. But upon review it seems that those ratings all came from several years ago and I guess the shop has gone through a significant change since then because all I have had are phenomenal experiences at this Helzberg! I am always treated with great respect and fantastic customer service. The girl I usually work with, Diana, is amazing! She always remembers me and has spent time with me learning my style to make the best recommendations for me whenever I come in. She has also been an incredible help when I've come across a few small hiccups (ie. Being a tad too late for a return window) and always come up with a solution for me. I had my wedding ring repaired here, but the jeweler changed the design of the ring and it looked horrible as well as created an issue that did not initially exist. Sent it back a second time, still NOT correct. The Jeweler was in the shop and I was able to explain my specific concerns. Had high hopes, but after the third time, it is still NOT right! Customer service is a nightmare to say the least. Store manager Amber could not help us or keep the promises from the previous manager since she was fired because of the promises she'll make. Senior manager couldn't seem to do anything for us either. Overall a total nightmare, nothing was solved, our jewelry is being held until we pay for something that we shouldn't be paying for in the first place and the only thing we were left off was the 1800 customer service number to try to reach regional manager. read more

Whatever you do do not and I repeat do not purchase merchandise from the store unless you want to pay 10 times what the item is worth my son bought a engagement/wedding diamond ring set That Helzberg diamonds charged us $2500 for. My son and his fiancée recently broke up and he tried selling the ring at London gold who informed me and him the ring is not worth $200. The gentleman even went as far to say "what the hell did they sell you this is not a diamond set". And of course when I called Helzberg diamonds to tell them this is their response was "well nobody's going to give you what it's worth in," so if you really want to buy something that's worth the money do not go here!!!! read more

I used to love this store, all the girls were so nice! Now, there's a new manager (I guess) who is condescending and mean. They used to know me by name, she doesn't. They know me by name because of all the money I've spent here, along with buying the warranty on every piece, which is the only reason I will return to this store, to get something fixed because of the warranty! She could careless when I walk in the door. Changing policies shouldn't effect, or be the problem of the customer, you came in and changed all these things that were never in place before, how is that my fault? We told the staff we were just looking and a gentleman and female sales consultant both helped us even though I told them we were just looking they both so patiently helped us and found me a ring I absolutely fell in love with. I was given a ring that was my great grandmothers for my upcoming wedding. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at Helzberg and suggested that I take my great grandmother's ring in to see if they would be able to size it. We were cutting the timeline pretty close but decided to take it in anyway to see if they could do it in time. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by so many kind, smiling faces. We explained how important the ring was and the tight timeline that we had. Three of the girls working in the store gathered round and started contacting several different people to see if they could get the ring resized in time for the wedding. After several minutes they told us that they found someone who would be able to get the ring sized and get it back to us within a week of our wedding. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous about the timeline but it was definitely worth a try. A week after leaving the ring with them we got a call saying that my ring would be finished the next week! This gave us three weeks before our wedding in plenty of time! I'm so thankful to Robin and the team at Helzberg at the premium outlets for all of your help in getting me my ring to wear on my wedding day. Thank you all so much. read more
