After having to send the ring back to get resized (despite being professionally fitted the first time) we didn't hear back from the store at all. No calls, no voicemails, no emails. My partner called the store after 3 weeks to check in and he was told our estimated date was pushed back even further. After 2 months had passed since our original purchase date, I decided to go into the store myself with the intentions of cancelling the order out of frustration. Instead of hearing out my experience, the same store manager named Shay was just as condescending towards me as she was to my partner. She immediately denied and deflected every concern I had as a customer, even though the ring had apparently been sitting in her store for over a week without her knowledge. If you're like me and you appreciate high quality customer service and transparent communication, then I strongly advise you to avoid this location. Confirm exactly what they're fixing, in writing, before you hand over your device.
