She greets you as soon as you walk into the store and fills up your bottles for you. She also places them on a cart for you to be able to easily take them to your car. The store is nice and clean and there are plenty of things for sale inside: snacks, ice cream, drinks, and other merchandise. It's only $2 to fill up a 5 gallon jug and the water tastes great! I will keep coming back and would recommend this place to anyone nearby.

Plus, the home improvement section was huge, and the garden area was bustling with life. I actually liked this Walmart more than some others in the area especially the one in Baldwin Park or West Covina because it was so well-stocked and, dare I say, a bit cleaner. I gave it 4 stars because overall, the experience was great though, I do wish that their paper shopping bags had handles, because, come on, it's a bit of a struggle lugging them to the car. And while I was happy they accept tap payments, no Apple Pay so, you know, a little behind the times. Still, the cashier was super nice, and I grabbed everything I needed. I've visited three times so far, and I still don't think I've explored the entire store! This location is huge and seems to have just about everything you could possibly need. We've been making several trips while getting settled into our new home, and it's become our go-to stop for moving essentials, household supplies, cleaning products, storage bins, groceries, and all of those little things you don't realize you need until you move. Despite how large the store is, it's been clean, well stocked, and easy to shop. The layout is spacious, and I appreciate that I can usually knock out my shopping list in one trip instead of driving to multiple stores. If you're new to the area or just need a one-stop shop, this Walmart is definitely worth checking out. I'm sure I'll be back many more times; although at this rate, it may take a few more visits before I finally see every aisle!

I needed some information about an item and approached the employee working in that department. For nearly every question I asked, the response was simply, "I don't know." After hearing that repeatedly, I decided to take a chance and proceed with my purchase anyway. As I was heading to pay, I needed assistance with another item that was kept in a locked display case. When I asked for help, the same employee seemed annoyed and complained about being delayed from going home, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. As a customer, that was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience reinforced why I generally avoid shopping at Walmart. It often feels like no one takes ownership of helping customers or solving problems. I understand retail employees work hard and deal with many challenges, but basic customer service and a willingness to assist should still be expected. Walmart's corporate leadership should take a closer look at employee training, support, and customer service standards. Experiences like this do not encourage customers to return and ultimately drive business elsewhere.

It is less crowded than the larger Walmarts. They also keep it clean and organized well given the volume of business. Best of all are the crazy stories I pick up from my many shopping trips here . . . my favorite was the guy who was having a loud heated conversation with a large holiday Ham and was spanking it . . . you can't make this stuff up. I've seen more stuff visiting this place then any store, period, full stop. It gets its share of interesting folks from time to time.

After looking pissed off, she said, "I'm just making sure you know that's coconut milk, is that okay?" I told her it was fine and apologized for grabbing the wrong drink. Still irritated she turned around and walked away. The drink? Awful. So if you like dark dens, poor service, and expensive drinks that are awful, this is your place!

The parking can be a wee bit of a hassle but give yourself the time and grace to find a space. It will be worth it. Chasing knows anything and everything about what she has in her shop.
