Trust me- read it The business model is pretty much another jersey mikes but burger- I really doubt products are their own from farm, but it just gives you that idea because they display it, the pastrami looked like my old restaurant partner I worked with 5 years ago. Service- good service, quick took about 10 mins for the food Prices- very reasonable because it's Redlands and boss hog for example has 12 oz meat + pastrami and a lot of cheese so $22 is understandable Flavor- absolutely bland, chilli was the major disappointment, its beans and I want to say soy based, very bad, not traditional tomato/kidney bean with chilli powder flavor, very bad mix overall and it was just salt, salt is a seasoning sure but doesn't work alone haha Only the pastrami had flavor because it's the pre cooked/ pre rubbed meat, and the pickle quality and the dressing helped with the taste in the burger. The meat patty itself was bland once again, just fatty, I'd say 75/25 and it's grilled, a nice charcoal char would definitely help with the flavor specially since it's premium burgers at $15+. Definitely once again the chilli needs HELP asap, very bad chilli, it was legit like refriend beans with soy and ground beef haha, go to Texas Roadhouse, that's chilli, and it's a chain, I'm sure you guys can do better The fries- a la cart were $7 regular fries if I recall, if it's the same fries we got with the chilli fries I'd be very disappointed- for one, unseasoned, then overcooked, definitely rushed on the fryer I'm guessing they're working them on 400f degrees which is why you can see the uneven color on the fries, or just double deep fried and re heated, regardless pretty bad fries and chilli Pro tip- since the meat is being grinded in house you guys should consider adding a mushroom cheese burger, many YouTube videos with recipes, another add on I like to add inside the meat for burger is onions yes inside mixed. For seasonings cayenne garlic powder, onion powder, grain salt, or you could work on a soft marinate for the meat. So many options are available when you have the meat ground instead of pre made patties No complementary water cups $60 meal for 2 is very reasonable for these portions and the marketing which is the fresh in house meat grinder and display but doesn't compare to actual burger places, even og Steve burgers is much better and 40%-50 cheaper and that's a lower quality mom and pop shop I do believe this burger spot is great if you're drinking alcohol and you need to sober up since it's very fatty, but burger tasting alone with flavor you can't enjoy it read more

Terrible. Expensive. Disappointed. Their brisket chili doesn't have any noticeable brisket. It's oily with an undesirable aftertaste. Their grilled onions were overcooked onion paste. I ordered the pastrami sandwich which was full of flavor and large enough to share and a chicken sandwich which has the most delicious chicken strips that were juicy and bursting with flavor. I went to the Redlands public market and made my decision to eat here. We ordered our food and asked for a drink. All they had was bottled drinks. I ordered two waters and a coke and requested for a cup with ice, they said they had none. The employee working the register said I can get it at the bar or other restaurants. Really! One of the bottles if you squeezed it it would leak. We tried to return it and the employee said that how did he know if we dropped it. I think that for three burgers and the drinks I mentioned at 75.00 I would expect for him to give us the benefit of the doubt and replace it. I already had paid if not I would have canceled. We finally got our food and sorry to say but the chilli fries didn't taste good at all. At this point I was over it but then I started eating my burger and realized that it was not well done even tho I requested well done. I didn't want to go back and argue about it because I had already complained about the water issue. Then I was chewing it a little more and realized they cooked the outer layer of the union, it was no chewable at all. Overpriced, unorganized, and not ready to open. The menu was handwritten on a piece of paper, no pricing, no description of the food - just a bunch of names for their sandwiches. In order to avoid long explanation and keep it simple I opted for a double cheeseburger and fry. The pricing is ridiculous. A small order of fries is $5.50. A small order of bacon ranch fries is $18. Seriously? A $12.50 difference in cost to add ranch and bacon? This seemed like an error, right? I asked the order taker if she could talk to the kitchen to accommodate my request and charge extra for a regular fry. Nope. The response given to me was that I would have to talk to the owners after close about the pricing. Guess I'll never find out. My meal was over $30 in total for a burger, small fry, and a bottle of mineral water. The fries were good and the portions were massive but the burger was not fresh; the veggies didn't really crunch plus the patty was of poor quality and overly greasy. In-N-Out is twice as good at a third of the price and there are several better burgers in DT Redlands. read more
