First let me say that George is a super nice guy and fun to be around! He arrived on time and did a great job replacing the infinite switch on our GE electric cooktop. His prices are reasonable too. We had a problem with one of our cooktop burners. When we turned on the burner it would stay on high and would not go any lower when turning the dial to low. George Henderson is wonderful to work with. Our ice maker in our freezer quit making ice. I called George Friday morning and told him my issue. He gave me an extremely fair quote over the phone and came to my house later the same day. After the installation, we noticed that the ice maker wasn't producing any ice and that there was water pooling in the ice bucket and on the freezer floor. On Saturday morning, I called George and explained the trouble. He promptly came back out the same day, with no extra charge. He found there was an issue in the freezer that caused the ice maker to leak water in the freezer. Having identified the problem, he quickly solved the issue. He also cleaned up the freezer from the ice that had formed from the loose water. I've shared George's information with family members. SAVED BY GEORGE!!! Moving can be so frustrating and overwhelming. My washer and dryer had been in storage in a POD for a year. Not sure of its condition, I called an appliance service company I googled and waited 5 days for them to show up. This morning I get a text saying they are canceling service.
