Just be a human being and give it what it wants. Vladimir is the owner of the business. He was my Referal Steve was my technician. Steve had to go get a $60 plastic part the cost for them to come out is $125. My total bill was 185. It took a day and a half because of having to get parts I had a chance to clean all the parts so that when my machine was reassembled, it didn't have 12 years of dog and human grossness, it truly wasn't that bad but still. I will call these guys again and again less is more if you have older stuff it was built better than the new stuff that's on the market appliance wise again this was a washer. After asking for an estimated quote of the repairs, I was told they didn't have a crystal ball to provide me with a rough estimate on repairs from a distance. So I decided to politely let them know, I would continue my search for a company that had said crystal ball. This company is a scam. had a tech come out to diagnose an ECO code on my LG refrigerator and was unable to test the circuit board because he did not have the correct Multimeter. Came back for day two and tested and said he fixed the wiring harness in the door by installing electrical tape on the harness. Charged my wife $95 dollars only to find 30 minutes after he left that the code returned. Been trying to get ahold of their office and have been unable to reach them due to their AI prompt. Seemed nice at first. They explain the service fee of $85 in order to arrive and diagnose the issue. Then "the fee is credited towards the cost of the repair." Very understandable. The only problem is... From my experience anyway, once the fee was paid and they left... They ghost you. I tried to call and schedule the repair... NOTHING. Can't get a hold of them, so they took the service fee money and now we are forced to buy a new fridge instead. However, it would have been $1,000 to repair the fridge, and now that I can't trust them, I know I couldn't have trusted their work anyway. So we spent $2k on a new fridge from Lowe's and are happy with that. read more

I reached out to this company because my ice machine was broken. At first, they were responsive and friendly and were able to come to my house quickly to diagnose the issue. They told me my ice machine was broken and they would get back to me with a price and when they could install it. I didn't hear from them for a few days so I reached out and they said it was on back order to 10-12 days and then I asked for a price and that was pretty much the last time I heard from them. A month later, after not hearing from them, I reached out again through Yelp, and they said they would have the technician reach back out again. We have a 15 year old Thermador built-in refrigerator and the freezer stopped working. we called around and some repairmen suggested that it would not be easy to fix and it was time for a new fridge. New version costs over $10,000. We contacted Vladimir and he was set on repairing our freezer. He did some trouble shooting and was able to repair the freezer for a very reasonable price. Anyhow, called Phoenix Appliance Repair and their guy too my information and told me a repairman will call me back within 2 hours. Nick called back within 20 minutes and I sent him a picture of the freezer and the model number inside the refrigerator. Nick got back to me and scheduled an appointment the next day. Sweet Anyhow, Nick assessed the problem and gave me options. I could defrost the freezer my self or he could manually. I liked this. Giving me options if I wanted to save money or not. I'm adding this review so that the online map is updated and so others aren't accidentally left in a situation where they have to scramble to find another technician. 1) The service area map on yelp is very wrong. It includes Mesa, but apparently the service area stops less than halfway through Mesa. 2) Even with providing my cross streets and area wrt freeways over the phone I was initially given the ok. Only to find out two days later that I was out of their service area. Service is very prompt and technician was friendly, wore a mask, and washed hands immediately upon entering our home. We needed our ice maker fixed. Technician stated we needed a new one for $280, our $75 service fee would go towards that total. We paid for the service in full once the ice maker was installed and he said give it 24 hours to work. After 48 hours and doing all the resets, we still were not getting ice. Technician came back out immediately and found the issue. There was no way he could have known the issue without the ice maker working. We had ice generating within a few hours. There was no charge for the second visit and the technician followed up the next day to make sure we had ice! Highly recommend this company, we had a great experience! read more

I rarely rate a company this low but this one takes the cake. We have a large commercial type oven in our house and while my wife was using the self clean function on one side, it died in the middle of the cycle. No warning, no nothing. Just dead. One oven down and the door is locked and no power to that side of the oven. I go to my trusty Yelp app and look for an appliance company that has good reviews and a good rating. I request a quote from them but I mistakenly didn't ask for three quotes from different companies. I assumed this was going to be a one stop shop and they would fix our problem and all would be good in the world. WRONG. First I get a text acknowledging my request and that I needed to call or text another number to set up an appointment. I text and a tech reaches out to me. We finally connect after missing his call and he asks me for pictures (which I sent in to them on Yelp-trying to be proactive and stay ahead of the curve). I told him the company already should have them but he asks me to send them to him again. I am in a car in the middle of nowhere and losing cell coverage quickly. I had to basically beg him to contact his manager for the pics. However, I decide that I will try and expedite this process as fast as I can so I pulled over and found the pics and sent them to him anyway. He then calls me and asks if it has wheels. I explain that it doesn't and that he will need another person to pull it out or some special tools to get it out. Next thing I know, I am getting a call from their office saying they "don't have the manpower" to do my job. I asked them how many men they have and he says 7. Hmmmm, you can do my job initially and we speak and do some texting but when you find out this is not a 20 pound stove from grandma's house, you suddenly don't have the manpower. I am calling B.S. on this. I told the person who called me I was not happy about this. Didn't seem to matter. I am attaching a picture of my stove so you can see for yourself. If you have a stove that is of any quality, you may want to save yourself some time and call a different company. These guys are looking for easy small jobs apparently. I give them two thumbs down! Very expensive, but gets the job done quickly and professionally. We are in the process of selling our condo to move into our newly purchased home, and low and behold, our dryer goes out in the condo. Because we are buying brand new appliances for our house, we did not want to pay for a new dryer in the unit we are selling. We were able to get a next day appointment to have our dryer looked at. Turns out there was a lot of build up in our vent and the thermal sensor (which is a fuse) went out. Unfortunately, the technician did not have the part on hand and had come back the following day. Despite this, he was willing to put the dryer back together and back in the laundry closet since we had scheduled showings later that afternoon and the following morning. The next day the technician showed up as promised and promptly repaired our faulty dryer. While the service was expensive considering the part was like $5 and we paid $260, we were happy to have the problem fixed and the dryer working until we sell the place. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable enough to know what the problem was right away. I would use this company again in the future if needed. read more
