Used the request a quote with Henderson Appliance Installation, George gave a fair quote to remove an old and install a new double oven. We agreed on a price and time and he showed up 10 minutes early (rare here in the valley). George is very meticulous and he took his time on the install. Five stars for Henderson Appliance Installation!!! Here's why: The built -in microwave in our house decided to stop working several days ago. We purchased a new one however we needed someone familiar with appliances to install it for us. I called Henderson Appliance Installation based solely on the glowing reviews the company received on Yelp. Turns out the reviews were all true! George Henderson, owner, was able to schedule us for service the same day we spoke. He gave me a 30 minute arrival window rather than the 4 hour arrival window often provided by so many other service companies. He arrived right on time and even brought his own very neat and clean pad for his equipment on rather than setting it on our stone floors or the granite kitchen counter. He efficiently installed the microwave and even provided some much needed information re: another appliance. George provided the service with a smile and at a fair price that was $120 cheaper than another company's price quote (!). We have several additional installation jobs coming up and we already know we'll be calling George Henderson of Henderson Appliance Installation!!! read more

It was not easy to move new appliances into the laundry room because the door width was uneven but he kept his word on installing without getting any scratches on them. What can I possible say about this gentleman? He is amazing. On a whim, we found a smoking deal on a double oven 2 days before we were to head east. It was a smoking deal but we were concerned about what we thought could be a issue with the door which is why we didn't jump right away. Called George based on his awesome yelp reviews to see if he had an knowledge of the brand. What does he do? Goes to the store, simply adjusts the door, asked the store people to hold it for us, meets us at the store after we purchase it so he can deliver it, spends 5 hours THE VERY NEXT DAY, fitting our existing cabinets and installing it for us and charged us exactly what he said he was going to charge us and not a penny more. Plus he did great work and cleaned up after himself! He is a rare gem of a person who just makes you believe in humanity again. We will be using his services again and have already passed his number around to our family and friends. read more

Called several contractors and got the run around. I had a couple plumbers quote me ridiculous pricing and appliance repair people call back that do not do installs. George called back and was able to come out the next day and complete our projects. The dishwasher went in with no problems (and was very quick by the way). Our water softener removal and install of a new filter system gave him some challenges but he got it done and honored his original quote.
