Had them install shower glass for my steam room that I renovated myself. Price and communication were good and the guy that came to measure and install seemed to know his stuff. People were friendly and customer service was good. However, their attention to detail seems to be lacking on a $2000 install. They stripped the head out of one of the screws on the shower hinge and I had to call them to come back and fix it. Additionally (and worst of all) they installed the shower door 1" crooked so it doesn't run down the entire center of the shower curb, it can't really be moved now since there will be holes in the tile (titles are 4'x2' and not cheap or easy to replace). I never noticed this flaw till about a month later while having a shower... lesson learnt I suppose. read more

The old man working in the shop should find another job or work behind the scenes. He is not friendly and approachable he tossed my credit card back to me and did not even make eye contact. The windshield chip that was "repaired" he told me would still be visible and that's all they can do for me. For $50 I have no guarantee this will not crack again. read more

I would NOT recommend! It then them 4 weeks to put a windshield in my Kia K5 that I recently purchased from Kia. They did not work with me on making it easy to fix, I had to take time off work and go to them. The worst part is that I was promised by the dealer they would recalibrate it during installation, which they did not. What a joke. Now I'm expected to return to deal for a 2-3 hour appointment and take another day off work. And now my car isn't safe to drive with out being recalibrated with my lane assist. Probably have not spent my money at a business where I felt less welcomed. I had a broken sash window that I carried into the store. The clerk was busy on his computer and did not acknowledge me for several minutes even though I was the only person there. He sort of grunted at me as he filled out the information sand said they would call me. Over a month later I remembered the window and that nobody had gotten in touch with me. I called and was told it was ready. When I stopped to pick it up it was nearly a repeat of the earlier encounter but with a different employee. I have had two windshields replaced here. They took care of the insurance claim and then did a great and quick job replacing the glass. I had the work done at their store, but they do replacements where they come to you, also. They handle all types of glass and mirrors and have a nice show room. Nice people to deal with. We kept premises with lots of parking outside. I recommend them. read more

Tech got on site exactly when he said he would and was very friendly . They were extremely knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle (which is a 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon so not necessarily the easiest vehicle to deal with.) Windshield looks perfect and the tech even transferred over my Wheatland parking pass! When i thought it couldn't get any better, it turns out that the charge was less than expected, and wound up being $30 cheaper than any other competitor. Will definitely be using them again. read more
