My experience is a little different than most, but still A+. I sent a request to 5 different pest control businesses regarding some possible bees/wasps in a tree in my front yard. My landscaper said he had heard and seen them when he turned on his blower, and recommended I contact someone to come take a look. Jason with Henderson Pest Control was the last to message me back out of the 5, however he was the only one that offered to stop by and take a look. Which he did, the very next day, even though it had been raining. Gave us some very useful information and said to just keep an eye on the tree, that he didn't really see anything. As it warms up, to maybe watch the tree closer. I let me landscaper know it was safe to come back. Jason is very friendly and extremely competent. He knows all about insects and the other critters that can invade your house. We called him when we found a scorpion in the house. For example, I saw that there was a hornets' nest being built in the eve of our home. I called Jason and he was there in short order, explained what he was going to do, which chemicals he would use, and what to watch for in the sort term.
