Purchased a 2020 Fleetwood Motorhome in May 2024 and paid in full. When we picked up the motorhome we did not receive a walk through and the receptionist handed me the keys, temp plate and paperwork. I took the paperwork to DMV and presented the title and was told the dealer had to send it in. I returned the title to the office manager in early June 2024. Left several messages over several months. It is now 1 year later, and I finally received the title because I threatened a lawsuit. The new office manager was professional and helpful. I have been using 24/7 for my RV needs for almost 14 years. Finally I say never again. The reason for 1 star is 0 was n/a. Took my 2016 16 RV in for paint repairs and very little maintenance. After 2 1/2 months, my RV was pulled out for my inspection. 1. Paint was in worse shape then when I brought it In. It looked horrible and embarrassing. 2. Wrong fuel/water separator was installed. 3. Access panel to engine air filter was missing. 4. Clamps that held engine Air filter in place were laying in the compartment. 5. Engine Air filter was hanging by intake hose and not even connected to Engine. The owner (Tony) informed me they would make the correct repairs and at the same time somehow talked me out of another $1000.00 stating they didn't charge me enough to begin with. Tony shook my hand and and said his handshake was his word and that they would get repairs corrected if I give them another 2 weeks and pay The existing bill. I can go on about the lies and deceit over the months to follow from both Tony and Kevin (GM). They wanted to give me my money back instead of completing the paint job as it should be. Even though they knew it would cost me more to have botched work corrected by another company. The sensor wire for fuel/water filter that was purposely hidden because of wrong filter and was only caught by me because of my check engine light coming on at first turn of ignition. The improper re-install of air filter clamps was found by me when I changed the Engine air filter at home I took my RV back to 24/7 after 3 months insisted upon by Kevin for complete coach paint correction. What was supposed to take 2 weeks turned into another 2 1/2 months. They were also to repair rack,/pinion slide out After over $1,500 in parts, not to mention labor, the Slide out was still not operational. My coach was returned to me for the 2nd time. This somehow at an extra cost of $2,687.00 I still don't know what this was for. Paint repairs were also supposed to be made to interior rear slides. NEVER HAPPENED I talked to Kevin again and was told to give him a couple months. He would then contact me to bring the coach in for finish paint and address slide for the 3rd time. Kevin has refused my phone calls for the last 4 1/2 Months. He did have his service manager call me to ask what I wanted. LOL I asked her to have Kevin call me regarding finishing paint repairs and slide repair. I was told by service manager I could bring coach back in to have slide out "looked at". Nothing being said about finishing paint. ( I couldn't do it,trust is gone). No surprise Kevin has never called me. A couple things I have learned with 24/7. Even though everything that happened they refuse to do the right thing without demoralizing the customer first. The handshakes by the owner Tony and GM Kevin contained no honor . No intent on doing the right Thing for the customer. They knew that because of the debauchery that was performed on my Coach it would cost me double to take it elsewhere to make correct repairs. I found this pure lack of customer care kind of like The person that tries so hard to get out of doing the right thing, even though it would be so much easier to admit their mistakes and make proper, professional corrections, instead of making the customer out to be the fall guy and accepting such sub par work on such such a big investment. For several years, I've used 24/7 Motorcoach and have had no problems with storage or maintenance. When I called them on short notice to have them pull my RV out, they did so without hassle. Just two weeks ago, returning from the Midwest, my RV's generator kept turning on and off. Along with the other problems, the refrigerator went out, and there was no electricity on the left side of the RV. Thanks to Darlene and her team, they had me up and running in one week. We stored our 40 foot class A Motorhome and Jeep with 24/7 for about two years. We live out of state, and use Vegas as starting point. We paid around $750 per month for indoor storage. Each time we requested parts or service, it was always up to us to follow up. Tremendous turnover of personnel, and poor service. For example, the last trip we flew in and expected our RV to be ready to go. We found it was parked outside with dead batteries, which were supposed to be on trickle charge. The batteries were purchased less than two years new. The owner jumped in to help, and got us going, though we realized the problem was the bent plug/ground.The cable for electric hookup was damaged, as if our unit had been driven off without being unplugged. We figured it out, though not before a few hours of thinking our trip was over before it began. Poorly installed toilet, problem with fan installation, A kitchen drawer handle was broken off. A mouse had visited their "secure" interior storage. Their location is very convenient, though we won't be back. read more

We have a class B camper van which, when parked near the huge class A, makes ours look like a baby. So it was with some trepidation when we called to ask them to check out our problematic disconnect battery switch and the "house" air-conditioner that wouldn't cool even when plugged into shore power. We were also concerned with some of the not-so-stellar reviews. But we needed help, so we called them. They were booked 3-4 months in advance, but agreed to take a look. They uncovered things that previous two RV dealers (in California) did not, that caused the problems we were having. They also had to order a special part that needed to be customized for our van. When we picked up our van, the technician who worked on it walked us through every step --- he showed us pictures of what caused the problems, explained what he did to resolve, what part was ordered and replaced, etc. Not a single question was left unanswered. We won't identify the technician by name because we want each technician to think we're talking about him. Hope they are all like our guy! Furthermore, they gave us a break on the cost to repair, i.e., although they put us on a fast pass (i.e., expedited), they waived the extra charge. Maybe because we looked so pitiful when we begged them to look at our van, please, please? We are incredibly impressed. They treated us like we are golden customers even though our van is hardly like the million-dollar RVs they work on. So very impressed, and so very thankful. For folks who have RVs, this is the only place you should consider when you need service. The folks we dealt with are all wonderful! read more

Well I dropped off our new Tiffin back in May 2021 and it still is not complete. I was told Tiffin was not sending the parts, when in fact, parts were not ordered I'm finding out. The coach has been with them for almost a year except for the 3 times we picked it up to use it. Horrible project management and communication! I have to constantly bug them what is going on, what part are you waiting on, etc etc etc! First few weeks I thought all was getting fixed, great communication but when we picked it up the first time to use while they waited on other parts, most of the items I was told were fixed, were not. I feel horrible I actually recommended them as I believed what I was being told that things were fixed, I called and yelled at Tiffin for not sending a tracking number and they told me the doors were never ordered!!! The person is now gone and I hoped I'd get better service but crickets. The coach has spent more time in the 24-7 warehouse since we bought it then in its own garage. Go elseswhere. read more

Moe/Mo-whatever her name is, comes across well. She communicates well and puts on all the charm, but it's a facade. She lied to us so many times-even sent us a FAKE tracking number to cover up her lies. I had to go in, face-to-face (they reply once or twice and then stop responding and don't follow-up) to get answers. The level of unprofessionalism is profound (she called me a bitch!). They held our title, bill of sale, and documents of ours on the promise that they would register it on our behalf. She said she did it, sent us a bogus tracking number, and proceeded to withhold my paperwork at the office until after I threatened to call the police. SHE LIED TO US FOR ALMOST 6 WEEKS-then tried lying to my face. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB as well. UPDATE: this woman claims I used racial slurs!! I'm a supporter of BLM, raised a mix-race child, and have NEVER used the word she claims I did. read more

This is the worst experience i have ever had using this company. Fred should be fired for being so rude and hanging up the phone on me (customer). He has no costumer service, not professional, stated i was putting words in his mouth and that i called him a liar. What i said to him is i gave you the floor to speak with no interruptions so now let me speak without you interrupting me. He is not knowledgeable about repairs. He gave us the invoice for the parts and the labor, the labor was almost 3-4 times greater than what the parts cost. I understand that labor can be pricy but to give us a price for a diagnostic and say they fixed everything and not even 3 weeks later it broke down again. We were on the interstate going 20 miles and hour with check engine light on and generator leaking gas. Not only was this a hazard to me and my family but a hazard to other people and vehicles on the interstate. Took it back to him to recheck everything and he stated more issues where wrong with it and wanted to charge an additional 1600 for it. He stated i should of taken pictures when you first brought it in to show you but i forgot so i am taking pictures now, what good does that do me now. He repeatedly said i am not a mechanic to give you those answers i am telling you what the technician said, there is a difference between a technician and a mechanic and clearly, he doesn't know customer service either. I asked him did they do just a patch up job since it broke down on us in less than 30 days. They did not offer a partial refund or to fix the issue, they just wanted more money. If something would of happened to my family or other people on the interstate i hold them responsible and i will file a lawsuit against the company. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau also. I would not give this place a star period but unfortunately it will not post either out one read more

Thor only has Johnnie Walker RV for service but they won't service anything they don't sell so you are left with 24/7. I'm not at all sure how they stay in business but I guess the storage part must contribute. My coach was there for over 2 months for a few warranty items that should have taken at most a week including parts. Had my RV for 5 months never gave cost of repairs until Work was supposedly completed. I contacted them every week then every 2 weeks only able to leave msg with receptionist Communication by email and phone was horrible and inconsistent and not even effective. Finally, I was Informed the RV was ready in January. I told them I would need to pay in portions. Was told "OK" and then rec'd a txt msg 2-3 days later after dropping off post dated checks I'd have to pay in full. And they don't accept the checks-but did cash one and attempted the 2nd. (They added storage fees ...after having it for 5 months) so the bill went from $2500 to $8000. I should have looked on YELP prior to using them. There are more than enough poor Reviews. Highly recommend this company for service to your coach. Our Newmar full wall slide motor failed while we were in Zion. Fortunately we were able to manually push the wall in and drove to Vegas on Sunday. On Monday morning 24/7 opened a s Cindy on the scheduling was friendly and so attentive to our emergency situation. She treated our emergency like it was her own. We were able to order the parts on a rush. While parts came in we enjoyed Sedona by car. On Thursday parts were in and Luke was very engaged in helping to resolve our situation on the short timeframe we had before leaving Vegas for the next leg of our summer adventures. Luke and the team of technicians are knowledgeable and skilled to be able to get to work quickly. Their indoor facilities help to keep the coach cool and the technicians cool as they work hard. We took our car there after getting estimates at other places and also after having gotten a referral from a close personal friend, and we could not be happier with the work that was done. It was considerably cheaper, (30% or more less than everyone else) though it took slightly longer to complete the work more than made up for the difference. Amazing work for very low money! I was hit by someone who didn't have insurance and had to pay for my bumper to be repaired. Everyone else quoted $500 to $750 and they quoted me $250 in one day. They also responded immediately at 9pm on a Friday night on yelp messenger. When i arrived they looked at the car in person and requoted me around $361 and said it should be done the same day. There was some frame damage so it took them about 3 days to get everything done and also some additional damage they didn't initially see as well. Even though there was even more damage they said they'll keep me at my $361 rate. I did not get there "free rental car" as advertised but then again i got a repair that should of costed $750 for less than half the price. One of the owners did drive me to work which was nice. Horrible customer service. I should have gone with my gut the day we arrived and the woman Moe that greeted us made a comment that she has "Trailers' coming out of her ass !!" Not very professional if you ask me & btw these were CLASS A Diesel Pusher coaches. NOT "trailers". They never once called us, we had to initiate every call to them about our coach. It was there for three months. 6 Perfectly good batteries were replaced because we were told they were no longer good.... $6000+ later for two medium repairs & batteries. Never again. Luke is knowledgeable but also makes claims & promises he cannot keep. Never calls when promised. Asked to speak with the owner the second time we came to pick our coach up as the first time we came to pick it up after it being there for two months one of the repairs were not completed. Minutes after we asked to see the owner another gentleman walked in, clearly someone more important than us. The man mentioned he had been texted by Tony the owner personally so when the owner came out he addressed the gentleman and took the gentleman back and we were left sitting there ignored once again. Las Vegas Auto Body is one of the best auto shops I've been. The employees are very nice and respond almost immediately when messaged. As for the body work I had done it was done perfectly. I had a spoiler and painted and installed and they tried to make it as perfect as possible. Spoiler came out shiny and they took the time to install. Prices are good. Although at first I was charged $260 for the paint and install but went up an extra one hundred when they say my car had a pearl color to it. But overall everything went good. I plan on bringing my other cars to get worked on in the near future. read more

Tiffin suggested this place as it is a certified Tiffin repair shop. First of all the receptionist Cindy was so welcoming and so sweet. It's so refreshing to have the first person you see at a company treat you in such a nice way. Luke and Brad were fabulous. My RV was damaged in a collision. I took it to 24/7 Motorcoach for repair. They did an outstanding job with the repairs and the coach looks new. The body shop manager, Chris, has excellent attention to detail and they fixed some other items that were not obvious in the initial appraisal. I don't post reviews often. Hell, I think this is my first one. Whatever you do DO NOT bring your car here. My story takes place over MONTHS. Get ready. In early November when 3 out of 4 window motors broke and left me with a drivers side window completely down and my 2 back windows sliding down and having to constantly be pushed up, I was scared. I did some quick googling, found a place that was still open and answered my call, and they got me in the next morning to put up my drivers side. When I got an estimate for 4 window motors, because if 3 went the 4th was going, it was said to be $400 with a $100 deposit due that day. Great! I spent an hour sitting on the couch watching that little tv behind the counter and waited for the board to be put in my door. I got a hand written receipt and a business card stapled to it and was told "we'll give you a call when we have the motors in." 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard a peep so I called and they said "oh yeah we got em! They're being shipped here from california!" And we set up a time that next week for me to go in. Well, I go in and sit there for 45 minutes just waiting to hand off my keys! Once I finally get to do that I wait 2 hours for someone to bring me back and show me that the parts they got are broken. They never showed me exactly what was broken, just pointed and said that they were. So back to the waiting game I went. When I got in my car to drive to work, I noticed that there were black spots all over the inside of my door. It doesn't bother me that much but just enough to remind me every time I get in my car how horrible this shop is. I waited a week before calling this time to get a time frame on my window motors. No news yet! More time goes by, Christmas has already happened and it's now mid January. I called again and was told that they have to send one of their guys to a junk yard in Cali to go find the window motors, or they would order them online from the dealer and give them to me at cost. I asked why they haven't done this already, I already paid $100 and the other $300 would be paid when the job was done. They said they just needed time, and to wait for their call. After all this waiting and not being able to use the windows on my car I gave up. I never called again. It's now Mid May and my windows still aren't fixed. I resigned myself to the fact that I paid $100 to sit on a ratty couch for a grand total of almost 4 hours and have someone put a board in my drivers side door when I could have had a friend do that part for For your sanity never use this shop. The lady you talk with seems all personable and nice but nothing gets done and they forget about you. UPDATE: I received a check in the mail with my $100 deposit refunded. Thank you! read more
