However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there, and I wasn't helped until 3:45 PM. I explained that the delay put me an hour behind schedule and asked if she could offer a discount since I couldn't check in online without the keys she had. She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this location.

When my husband which reservation was under his name; he picked it up, and was only asked if he wanted to add roadside insurance in which he denied. I was charged the preauthorization amount exactly as I had placed the order online for in the amount of $93.91. He drops off the truck and I get a final receipt indicating the $15 insurance was added and less miles were used. Hm how was it not charged at the beginning when the preauth amount was charged but magically added at the end. Person on the phone clearly didn't know what to tell me. Told me the system may glitch and add it. What a joke. While it was refunded after back and forth. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION.

But the experience here completely turned things around. The general manager, Paul, was incredibly helpful, and the whole team was kind, patient, and really willing to work with our situation. You can tell they actually care about their customers. This is definitely one of the better U-Haul locations clean, well-organized, and staffed by genuinely nice people who provide great customer service. The inside area was very neat and lots of supplies as well as storage unit samples for viewing. There was only one attendant inside assisting; however, there were quite of few attendants outside managing trucks. I will say this is the first time I have ever seen a return truck cleaned up inside and out! Back to the propane, my husband was able to get service started while I was in line. The refill process was quick and easy. Payment was handled on a handheld device which was great to not have to go back inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use. They are also wooden 24 hours!

But if you're in Las Vegas where everybody is smoking in public, you're sitting at a red light with your window open drifts into your car, bam they automatically charge you $225 minimum up to $450 and they don't care. I have never had this experience with any other car rental Budget and Avis are well known for using this scam as a revenue creating stream. They have a device in the car that measures particulates. If you drive through a smoky neighborhood you get charged. I'm not even sure the device is real. This happened to me. When I return the car and they checked the car over I asked do you see any evidence of smoking? The 14-year-old working there didn't give a damn or know anything. The guy behind the glass was just as ignorant. I will be looking for a full refund for the experience for my rental. I had the car for 8 days, the device said there was smoke detected for 2 minutes. I am disputing my credit card charge. Lesson learned there's many choices. Don't get scammed don't ever rent from Avis or Budget this is how they're making extra money. I called up the next day and asked if the same car was available to rent and they said yes. That means it was not taken out of service to be de-smoked like they said I was paying for. They're liars absolute liars.

Honestly reading these previous reviews I'm confused because I honestly had the best experience and…read moreeasiest experiences at a car rental service while traveling and I travel A LOT ! , we waited like we would at any location but no more than 20 /30 min upon our arrival to Vegas airport we followed instructions to take the bus to the shuttle , the shuttle was there as soon as we got off the bus and took us straight to the facility . We waited about 20ish minutes to be helped and the branch manager who was very occupied stopped and helped out the line to move along faster since it was quite busy . The branch manager was nothing but polite , very knowledgeable and great help , our paper work went very prompt and smooth and we were out of the office in under a hour with our vehicle right outside ready to drive off ! The branch manager was super great and also gave us some excellent recommendations in the Vegas area since this was our first time visiting . Honestly I recommend this location the prices are affordable and the service was great ! Returning the vehicle was even easier we drove up handed the worker the keys and all was squared away the shuttle was already at the facility waiting to take us to the bus terminal to get to our terminal at the airport . Great experience easiest experience ! Note : they do let you know if there is anything wrong w the car you document like you should at ANY rental place and you report it and if you're happy or satisfied as a consumer you let them know prior to leaving with the vehicle .
