I must admit that I was skeptical to book here because of the many many mixed reviews I discovered when finding a place to stay in Rehoboth Beach. Because our priority was being as close to the beach as possible, we decided to take the gamble considering we're reasonable people who know what beach-town/beach-side hotels tend to be (a little weather-worn, ya know?). Upon entering the lobby, I was instantly impressed! It was clean, inviting, and smelled incredible (giving more of a luxury hotel vibe). Check in was a breeze, pulling into the driveway and garage for parking. Huge positive is having parking included for hotel guests and you're given a parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror during your stay. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, making sure we had all the information for our stay and we were able to head right to our room. Upon arriving to our floor, you can tell the outer spaces are weather-worn (as expected), but our room was spacious with two queen beds, large dresser with deep drawers, mini fridge, plenty of space for luggage and rack for hangers, balcony with ample space and partial ocean view, small toilet/shower space but the double sink was a huge plus! From our whole stay, I think the only negative was that there was no shower liner in the shower so - after all four of us came back from the beach and showered all that sand off, the bathroom floor was soaked which I was worried about the kids slipping and falling, so we had to use extra towels to clean that up quickly. The room was clean and tidy with warm lighting options throughout. Our floor had a vending and ice machine right by the elevator which was clutch to keep us hydrated and cool our drinks during hot days. Remember, housekeeping service is only available upon request - pro tip: request it the night before the day you'd like your room cleaned, or latest by noon the day-of. I appreciated that we let them know too late one day but they called to let us know they could have someone come while we went out for dinner, which was thoughtful. The lobby area was clutch for us, especially with the restroom because our kids always had to go whether we were heading out or heading back in and "couldn't wait." There's also an Emblem coffee machine (which can make cappuccinos, French vanilla coffee, hot chocolates and more) and water fountain. During the day, they keep the lobby coffee table stocked with oranges or snacks which is a nice touch for grab and go. The beautiful murals lining the breezeway between the lobby and the boardwalk are stunning and I lovedddd the rocking chairs at the end of the breezeway; the perfect seat to watch the sunrise/sunset or people watch! Our family agrees that the biggest positive to the Henlopen is its proximity to the water and the boardwalk action! Beach access right across from the hotel feels more private and less crowded than the areas further down off of the boardwalk. read more

Although the view and the sound of the ocean was quite nice and the front desk team member very friendly, the walls were paper thin and I had a large gap under the door that connected to another room. Children were putting their hands under the door and playing with the locks. Although it was off season you could hear every little sound from your neighbors. The upside was that I could also hear the roar of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. There are little to no amenities beyond a coffee machine in the lobby and a bowl of oranges. Parking was convenient, although a tight fit. I imagine it would be challenging for any tall or long vehicles but suited my purposes. The light bulbs at the vanity were flashing rapidly whenever I used the light fixture and the rooms had only a light duvet cover so I depended on the small heater for warmth. The bathroom was very small and opening the door made it challenging to access. It was a struggle for my Father, who had an identical room a few doors down. Cleaning is only by request and strangely I received a mystery $100 charge on my credit card a full week after checkout. I appreciated the convenience of being on the boardwalk as the primary reason to choose the Henlopen to stay for the week. read more

Amazing and friendly staff from the front desk to everyone else. There is a coffee maker, oranges, water, tea and coupons in the lobby. Luggage trolleys are available and brought to you as needed. The room was clean. We were on the second floor which opened out to a patio. An amazing view. The hotel is at an amazing location to the beach. The beach is a few steps away and if you get there early enough it's not too crowded. You're close to rentable umbrellas and chairs as well. The location is on the boardwalk and a walking distance from restaurants, stores and arcades. I would stay here again. read more

I stayed here for one night for a beach weekend with my friend and I really enjoyed my stay here. I got the hotel a couple hours before check in and they have a bathroom in the lobby for guests to use the bathroom and shower. They also have a water fountain and coffee machine. The girl who checked me in was so SO NICE and so was one of the housekeepers who greeted me after I checked in. The hotel is in a perfect and prime location. It is right on the beach/boardwalk. I was able to park my car in their attached garage and sit on the beach or walk along the boardwalk. The garage parking spots are a little tight. You should be okay considering if you're used to DC and Trader Joes parking. I am really glad they have it so I can leave my car all weekend and enjoy the beach especially considering when rehoboth is super busy it's incredibly difficult to find parking. This hotel is about a 10-15 minutes from the main boardwalk attractions, restaurants etc. I was happy with my experience and I would stay here again. read more

This is a decent basic hotel, and apparently the least expensive option for staying right on the beach. The essentials were all fine, comfortable bed, fairly quiet ventilation, lots of hot water, clean. The room did feel rather plain, however, even for the price. One piece of art on the wall, otherwise rather bare. There was a desk and a simple chair, but no other place to sit except on the bed. There was plenty of room for a more comfortable second chair, and that would have made it a lot nicer. read more

We stayed here for 4 nights during August 2025 and experienced a basic but sufficient stay. The room was relatively clean and quiet. The quality of the accommodations (fixtures, bed, linens, etc) is on the lower end of the scale but common for most beach towns. The fourth-floor partial ocean view was pleasant. My Saturday morning checkout was negative because Kadian, the front desk clerk, left the desk for about 30 minutes. When I politely expressed my displeasure over this unreasonable wait, she shrugged it off without offering any apologies or excuses. The Henlopen has a four star location at the north end of the RB Boardwalk, but otherwise earns no more than two stars. The hotel is a shadow of its former self. The building is about 50 years old, and has seen better times., especially in the bathroom. Housekeeping was a noticeable shortcoming. We had to request specific services such as towel changes. In particular, there was sand on the floor which they never cleaned up. The room could use an easy chair and some additional coat hangers. There is no breakfast or pool. We had an excellent time during our long weekend here for our anniversary! It's not perfect but honestly none of the things that people complained about were that big of a deal. The parking may be tight if you have a large truck but we drive a Prius and we had no issue parking our car when we arrived on Friday and leaving it there until we left on Monday. With such an AMAZING and convenient location there is no reason to be driving anywhere until you go home. I literally saw them cleaning the lobby EVERY SINGLE day of our four day trip including floors and windows. There may be a little bit of lingering sand here and there but you are at the beach so if you don't like sand maybe consider a mountain getaway instead. Regarding the noisy AC it was true--it is comically loud BUT we found the hack. If you leave the fan on then that drowns out the noise for when it kicks on so it ends up being totally fine and to be honest I like a little white noise, I'd rather listen to that then the neighbors like you hear at other hotels. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and we had an amazing balcony (it looked like maybe all rooms did by the way it was shaped?) with a view of the ocean. It is correct that not all rooms have a DIRECT ocean view but just turn your chair to face the ocean and you are fine. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again. We are considering making it an annual thing. I highly recommend ignoring the negative comments and giving this place a shot. read more

I understand why the hotel doesn't have 4+ stars. Our vehicle will not fit in the garage and there is no over night street parking. The manager refused a full refund. We recently stayed at Henlopen Hotel! We booked the room through Hotwire and stayed two nights! The front desk staff was really friendly and the free parking was great. Now my only complaint was that this hotel does not have things like breakfast or a swimming pool or restaurant. You are right on the beach and like a five minute walk up the boardwalk from the bars, restaurants and shops! We did go to the beach twice near the hotel and it's more peaceful then at the end of boardwalk. Also our room was nicely accommodated and we enjoyed having two separate sinks from the toilet and shower. Our friends used the in room keurig and liked it. Also the view was nice from the balcony! Overall I would stay here again! Oh also if you have guests with another car simply get a parking pass from the parking department or park in one of the many metered spots. read more

We recently stayed on the 7th floor for the last 3 days with our family and toddler. Our stay was, to say the least, unsatisfactory. The worst part was the sight of live bats each morning on the way to the elevator. The cleanliness of the room was so poor, with dust balls, sand, and all sorts of debris in the room. Not only unsanitary for us but for our daughter in the room. The pack and play was filthy, we had to clean it ourselves. Unacceptable on all levels and still haven't heard back from anyone after reaching out to their staff during our stay. read more

Was there for a Wedding... Once I get there come to find out the wedding's outside only problem is I'm in a wheelchair... I asked the front desk where's the ramp to get to the back everybody had that stupid look on their face didn't know what to say... That's when I was informed I had to go completely around the building on a windy day to get to the back... Because the back of the building had steps not a ramp!?!? Reception was held on the 8th floor & the bar was where the dance floor was no ramp for me to access the borrow my wife had to go to the bar for me every time.... Went to go use the bathroom completely not ADA compliant a wheelchair could even fit through the door... Memo the compliance is 32 in!!! How is it ou're in one of the most ADA compliance states in the nation & charge $20,000 a wedding and make about $200,000 a week to have no compliance to Ada... read more

In my book I am being generous with a 3 star review. We came for a long weekend before the season started to have a little quiet time. We wanted to stay on the beach and this was one of the very few that we found with availability. We thought that it being at the north end of the boardwalk would also provide us some space away from others. The hotel is not a full service hotel. One of the service they provide is a free breakfast. We we got there, we were informed that they were not doing breakfast due to the pandemic. Not good. While we were there there was a lot of maintenance going on but in general the place looked a bit run down. Our room was small with ocean view but not ocean front. Again, it was fine but a bit run down. The maid service was unreliable. Every day they would forget something. I had to find them and soap (why they removed it I am not sure), cups, coffee. Each day they seemed to forget something (one day they forgot to empty the trash). They were very nice and very chatty, but consistency would have been appreciated. The location was ideal since we indeed ended up in a more secluded area of the beach. Next time we go to rehobeth we will look for somewhere else to stay. read more

We stayed at the Henlopen Hotel for our wedding night and short honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, but the check in and check out process was a disaster. My wedding party brought about 60 guests to the hotel and about half of them had issues with their rooms. Either their rooms were booked on the wrong day, they didn't get the room they agreed to, or they had to switch rooms halfway through their stay. The general manager Izzy was extremely rude and placed the blame on the customers. He did not apologize or try to help any of my guests remedy the situation. My wife and I were forced to leave a day early because the guests that we wanted to spend the weekend with were told their reservation had been messed up and there were no rooms left in the hotel. This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. It kind of put a damper on our wedding and I will never stay at that hotel again. read more

DONT STAY HERE! First this is NOT a resort, yelp has/had it listed as such. We were told at 2 pm absolutely no rooms were ready yet, fine check in is not till 4 no problem. So we went and walked around. Called at 3:30 and were told yes we could check in. When we got there they said there was an issue with the card key system. We went shopping for an hour, called the hotel and asked if we could access our room, and we were told yes. We made our way back to the car to get our bags then proceeded to the lobby. We were told the key card issue was still ongoing-4:45 p.m. We were escorted to our room, the manager had to use a master key to let us in. We were told he could let us in but we can't come and go w/o a key card, one would come up later. A card never came The webpsite states there would be breakfast but it was stopped in 2020 due to covid and never started back up again. Lastly, the walls are so thin we could The people in the room next to us coughing-they were extremely loud, yelling, running up and down the hallway. We stayed at the Henlopen years ago, this stay was horrible! When we checked into the room we notice that the floor was badly stained and sticky, the curtains were filthy and the door opening up the deck was so bad we could not open it up all the way. After calling down to the front desk and complaining they sent their housekeeping department in which were very apologetic but stated that all the rooms are similar and the only suggestion I could make was to give us extra towels to line the floor so that we can at least keep her feet clean, We checked around and try to find another place to stay but everything was booked so we figured that we would just try to make the best of it after staying the night and waking up congested and with a cough we happen to notice that the ceiling was full of mold that they tried to paint over, we also found that the AC unit was filthy and full of mold. We simply couldn't stay and had a cut our trip short, the manger did nothing for us, so we are out the cost of the room. read more

Our first time staying at the Henlopen. Pros: 1 - Great view from our ocean front room. And an easy walk to the beach. 2 - Nice breakfast spread that goes until 11am (bagels, pastries, pancake machine, coffee, juices, oatmeal, etc) 3 - Our room has a bathtub/shower and also a walk in shower. Two people can shower separately at the same time. 4 - Bathroom is large with a double sink 5 - Wetbar in room w/mini fridge, microwave and sink 6 - Close walking distance to many restaurants 7 - If you leave your 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door housekeeping will leave a bag of new towels, toilet paper, etc hanging from your door. Cons: 1 - The air conditioner in our room didn't work well 2 - Sooooo many flies in our room and we didn't keep the balcony door opened. You have to constantly fight them off. They even go into the shower while you're in it! 3 - Huge cobwebs over our bed (my boyfriend cleaned it before i would lay in the bed). 4 - The parking garage is super tight and definitely not good for a pickup truck. Someone in the lot hit my boyfriend's truck last night, but they have no cameras so we're shit out of luck. We told the front desk when we asked about cameras and the girl just said 'oh'. Not an 'I'm so sorry'. Nothing. 5 - The price is pretty steep. We paid almost $1300 for 3 nights. 6 - Bathtowels are super small and rough We leave on Friday. Hopefully the fly situation calms down. Tips: 1 - Drive your smallest vehicle if you plan on using their parking garage 2 - Bring a fly swatter 3 - Bring your own hair dryer. I understand 1 or 2 but 15 is exorbitant and not to be offered compensation or room change, is poor customer service . We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel accommodations during our stay last week at the Henlopen Hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly, pleasant staff at the front desk. Check in was quick and they were super helpful answering questions we had regarding places to eat and any other information. It's a perfect location on the boardwalk in a very quiet area. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable and clean as were all the towels provided during our stay. The cleaning staff were very nice. Based on the beautiful photos on the Expedia website, I booked a partial ocean view with a king bed room. When we arrived I requested a room with an ocean view if one was available and was told the hotel was completely booked and the partial view was the best they could do. The bathrooms IN THE PHOTOS all showed double sinks and the rooms IN THE PHOTOS were well appointed and large. The bathroom we got was tiny with a single sink and a mold stained tub. The room we actually got was on the second floor where our back sliding door, that was broken and could not lock, went out to the common area courtyard where people were constantly passing by our door. We had to step out of the room to see the ocean. And the curtains had to stay closed unless we wanted to be on display for people passing by our room. When we travel, I always check the mattress for bed bugs and while no bed bugs were found, staining from past bugs was found and there were small dead bugs found in the mattress. From a filthy tub and shower head to spider webs in the corners holding dead bugs, it was a most unpleasant first impression of the room. I called the front desk and was told once again that the hotel was completely booked and they could not help us. After seeing other things in the room that were disappointing, I went downstairs to the front desk in tears begging for another room as the hotel was so grossly misrepresented on the Expedia website. Miraculously, a room became available and I was given a keycard to go and look at room 605 to see if that was a better, more acceptable room. At least it was on a higher floor so that we could (kind of) leave our drapes open without people passing by and looking in. We still had to step outside and look to the right to see the ocean. Privacy is an issue in this hotel as directly across the courtyard are the condos which also have balconies. The second room we were given was a bit larger and had a double sink, still looking nothing like the photos that were posted in Expedia. The hotel is very dated and poorly maintained as far as updating and upkeep. A lot of rusty areas and new paint is needed. There was construction being done on the property so we woke up at 7:30 to the sound of super loud banging which was the sound of workers taking down scaffolding on the building next door. I have video of that as well. The first person that checked us in was very adamant about the hotel being fully booked and seemed annoyed when I requested a room with an ocean view and explained to me that I should have booked and "ocean front" instead of an "ocean view". When I went down again, there were two different staff members behind the front desk and they were much more accommodating and were genuinely empathetic. I think here name was Lauren and she was training a young man named Richard who was super nice and they really tried to help me. They offered us the 6th floor room where we ended up staying for the three days. Please don't ever go by the photos on websites or Expedia and make sure if you want to see the ocean that you ask for "ocean front". I'm not sure if the issues still exist in the other rooms but at least the view will be better. And due to covid, don't expect the complimentary breakfast to be there either. Hopefully, now that restrictions have been lifted, they will bring the free breakfast back. read more

Made a reservation in May for an Ocean View room in August. With a request to be away from the elevators. Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 3:15. Room wasn't ready. Asked if we were away from the elevators. No, couldn't accommodate that request, from May. 45 minutes later was told room was ready. When we get to our room (directly across from elevators) there is a man in our room, on the balcony, with the sliding glass doors off, fixing them (?) he Looked surprised to see us. After about 25 minutes, I went down to the desk and asked there was another room because we wanted to shower after a long day and there was a man in our room? No can do. Period. There is no safe in the room so don't bring any valuables. Customer service is very poor. Front desk has attitude. When checking out i was told my card was declined. The same card I used to check in was asked for again because of their faulty system. My card was not declined, it was user error. Did I hear an apology? Nope. The only plus about this place is that it is at the quieter end of the boardwalk. read more

This is the only hotel I've ever given a bad review to. It was beyond false advertising as the rooms are not as pictured. There was a gap between the door that the rain came through and the bolt at the top of the door was loose!! I left 3 messages for the manager that weren't returned so obviously they don't care. It was 4th of July week so we were stuck! We also had tornado warnings in the middle of the night & I realized there weren't any posted emergency exit plans posted in the room that I thought were required by law. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Unsafe, dirty, and generally unkempt. They bank on location to charge high end rates, however this establishment is anything but. The first room had dirty cups behind the dresser, painter's tape around a hot light fixture, and a ceiling bubbled and full of water ready to crash on anyone using the toilet. The replacement room was just as dirty, rusty hardware in the bathroom, outlets pulled out of the wall with visible wiring near the sink, and disgusting stains on the carpet. read more

We were married on the 8th floor of this hotel (Salero Wedding Venue), and about half of our guests stayed at this hotel (25-30 couples and families). I understand that this is an old beach hotel, but the condition of our room (and our guest's rooms that I saw) were extremely unacceptable. The price that we and our guests had to pay seemed very excessive for this time of year---I can see higher prices during peak holiday seasons, but this was after labor day. We were booked in one of the more expensive rooms (Ocean front), and upon checking in, the A/C was not working at all. It ran for 3 hours, and was still 80 degrees in the room. We left for the day, and had our fingers crossed it would be fixed. It was, and was a comfortable 72 when we got back. But, the A/C was so loud, and turned on and off every few minutes, making it very hard to sleep. As you can see from the pictures I've posted, the room was in terrible, terrible shape. Mold on the ceiling and around the door in the shower, bubbled paint on the walls, carpet was filthy, torn-up and years overdue for being replaced, outlets and switches not attached to the walls, spider webs in every corner of the room, and rusted and extremely old fixtures in the bathroom. Two pictures that I forgot to take were the walls, and the bedskirt. The walls were filthy--stains, and streaks of who knows what on all the walls. Pretty obvious they've never been cleaned since the day it was last painted. Also, the bedskirt is obviously never removed and washed---it had mold growing on it. Then, to top it off, 3 days since we checked out, and both me and my new wife are sick---both of us have some sort of respiratory infection. I can only imagine the mold and mildew that the A/C unit was blowing around the whole time we were in the room. Good thing we didn't go directly on our honeymoon after the wedding. So, I'll end on a couple positives---location to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. You're right on it. The staff was extremely friendly. Distance to the main drag (Rehoboth Ave) was good---maybe a 7-8 minute walk. Free breakfast was OK, we only had coffee and grabbed a couple of snack bars. PS--the coffee was not fresh brewed---it came out of some sort of instant coffee maker apparatus. Drinkable, but not a big deal since we ate breakfast out every day. Free parking, but if you have anything bigger than a small SUV or Minivan, good luck navigating inside the parking garage---it's VERY tight. We have a small SUV, and had to zig zag in and out of the spot 3 or 4 times to get in and out. This hotel's location is great, but it is in desperate need of total updating and deep cleaning. Frankly, I am a little embarrassed that I recommended our guests stay here---I thought it was nice that they could go to our reception and stay in the same building, but I am sure they were all just as shocked as I was. We would have stayed somewhere else for our 3 nights in Rehoboth if we knew the rooms were going to be this bad. read more

This is a beach hotel, it's not a 5 star Marriott. You need to have the mindset that you will be staying in a beach hotel. The hotel is very cute, close to beach, no bathrooms near by or food, so bring a cooler. You are allowed umbrellas, but no tents (made that mistake). We caught crabs and fish, our two small boys loved it! Hotel: if you stay on the 7th floor beware the 8th floor has the ballroom and you may be hearing music and base from the wedding above.... tough to sleep the first night. The fan has a nice humming sound, but the AC turns on/off, not great for sleeping. The TV doesn't have channels for small children (nick jr / disney jr) so bring an ipad and use the free wifi. Beds and bathrooms were average, you're not in the room long so not a big deal.. They had a mini fridge which was nice for water and wine :) No hotel bar or restaurant. You do get a free breakfast, cereal, coffee, water cooler, oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, free parking, no fee to get on the beach! *Eat at Dogfish Brewery- good food and beer. Portion sizes at restaurants were pretty large, especially for children. This hotel is at the end so it's not loud from the boardwalk and great walking distance to Funland, no pool at this hotel, but again beach is beautiful. We would stay here again, great location, fun time, beautiful beach!! read more

Terrible. There is nowhere to get coffee before 7am without walking 20 min to Starbucks. Hotel breakfast not happening "due to COVID" sounds like cost savings for the hotel owner. The "cafe" in front of the hotel is not open on Mon-Tues. One of the two 1970-era elevators not working for almost a month. The owner here is clearly not investing in basic maintenance or upgrades. The staff seems tired of answering the same questions about lack of amenities. They've invested heavily in humming vending machines on every floor. Really? read more

I made a reservation March 17th for Sept 11-14 for an Executive Suite with 2 separate bedrooms. I then called 2x in the following months to confirm the suite as the confirmation email was vague (Executive suite/efficiency). Each call I was assured that I would have the 2 bedroom suite, with the last call being on Aug 29th. On arrival, I found my party was given a studio with 2 beds; not 2 separate bedrooms. When I complained, I was told the Suite was 'booked' and the only thing I could do was reserve another room at additional cost. After travelling 12 hrs and being exhausted, I agreed with the stipulation of speaking to the manager the next day. The nest day, I was informed that the Suite was available, that the evening clerk made an error and that the manager was not coming in. The day clerk was very nice, stated that she had spoken to the manager and they were comping the extra room, plus 1 night in the studio. I took many trips back to the counter throughout the day and was informed the bill for the second room would be totally comped and a discount would be given to the original agreed upon $806. I received a confirmation of the 2nd room bill being taken off my SIL's credit card and was told that I would get a print out later that day of my estimated charges reflecting the discounts. When I checked back late day for the 2nd print out, the clerk told me it wasn't available, but that she would be there for my 9/14 check out and would have it all set. HOWEVER on checkout, I was presented with a bill for $1137! Instead of comping the second room, the charges were rolled onto my card and no discounts were given. I have emailed the manager with no response. I am pursuing this with my credit card company. Oh, and this is on top of globs of hair in shower and chunks of food in the sink in the kitchenette, cigarette butts on patio, no oceanview though advertised as such. I should have changed hotels with the clerk on 8/29 told me 'Our website isn't accurate, it says things that aren't true." read more

It's a motel not a hotel. Staff is friendly, upon arrive the lady's at the desk was very nice explained parking ect. What we didn't expect is taking the elevator up to our second floor room and being outside. The hallways are open air (motel) style. Which I'm sure is the reason everything looks corroded due to salty air. Room was clean. For the price tag I would expect the hotel to be much nicer. This seems like a hotel/motel for families with kids in the summer because of the easy beach access. They could also use better coffee machines in room or at breakfast. It's glorified hot water. Upon my wife arriving at the hotel, we were immediately not impressed with the exterior of the hotel. Arriving at our room only confirmed the fact that this hotel is sorely in need of an update. Opening the refrigerator, I found a slice of pizza that I don't even want to guess how long it had been there - it was disgusting. What is a cleaning staff for if they don't check every nook and cranny of the room. That said, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was okay at best. I would not stay nor recommend this hotel. I certainly would not stay here during peak season either. Also, it's 2017. The fact that the room TV does not have HD is pretty ridiculous. read more

Classic Beach Hotel. Don't come here expecting an urban hotel, come here for a hotel on the boardwalk with friendly staff and comfortable lodgings. Ocean views are beautiful and the location is quiet and convenient. read more

I'm so disappointed. We've stayed at Henlopen Hotel before and had a great stay. Had an unforeseen and out of my control family emergency come up that resulted in us not being to go for our stay. Whichever receptionist I spoke to was very unhelpful and not very professional. I explained to her our situation and she did not seem to care in the slightest, still telling me that they were charging my card regardless "unless someone dies" in her words.
