Great location just a short walk to the beach and center of boardwalk. Staff very friendly and welcoming. An even shorter walk to some great restaurants, like the Henlopen Oyster House and Summer House. Lupo Italian Kitchen in the Hotel Rehoboth is also very good. The restaurants are small so I suggest always making a reservation. There is a small outdoor pool on the second floor. This is the cleanest beach hotel I have ever stayed at and possibly the cleanest period. read more

This was our first year to take a beach trip to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Not knowing anything about the area in our search in preparation for booking, we identified the hotel Rehobeth had decent reviews and was conveniently located, seemingly. Long story short, and reality hotel, Rehoboth is a wonderful distance from the beach and centrally located to nearly everything you may need in the Rehoboth Beach area. Sure, it's a little far from the actual beach, but the hotel offers a very very convenient solution in their running shuttle throughout the day. The shuttle service runs from the hotel to the beach and offers chairs and towels to the guest of the hotel. Once you're at the beach and ready to leave, you simply call the number in the shuttle will come pick you up. The shuttle drivers are incredibly nice and very timely. The hotel itself is very nice. They have coffee in the morning, they offer breakfast to the guests, there are cookies, wine, and cheese in the evening. The restaurant called located within the hotel is a little pricey for dinner but overall good. The hotel is clean, and everyone we met on the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. In summary, we will most certainly be coming back to Rehoboth Beach in future years and are sure will be back at hotel Rehoboth. read more

Very disgusted with this manager, Alex, at HOTEL REHOBOTH. We had a 4 night stay reserved ($2200+) but on the last night my husband was having chest pains and could not breathe. So we needed to leave and we left one day early at 4:30 am so as to get to a hospital close to our home and our cardiologist. When I asked Alex to credit me that one night ($600+) and we would happily reserve another stay and be back right after Labor Day for 4-5 nights- much to my shock he replied NO! Just a flat NO. This is absolutely terrible andgreedy and tacky customer service and we will NEVER RETURN. Maybe he needs to realize customer service and losing good customers is paramount in any business. Frankly at this prices they charge, it was NOT a 5 star hotel. And they can keep my money and choke on it. read more

Hotel Rehoboth is a great, charming hotel and I would highly recommend staying there. This hotel is in a great location. It's about a 15 minute walk from the beach, so close enough to get there quickly but far enough to have a little bit more peace and quiet than you might have being right on the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and everything was was very clean and well maintained. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and provide chairs and towels, which we loved because we didn't need to bring as much stuff with us. In addition, they provide a complimentary breakfast and a nice early evening wine and cheese hour. The nice quiet pool was also a bonus if you want a break from the ocean (or have a toddler who is scared of big waves!) I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we go to Rehoboth. They do book up so I recommend reserving your room as far in advance as possible. read more

I've been coming to Hotel Rehoboth since I was a toddler, and each time I come it's an absolute delight. The hotel is an adorable yellow, inside and out. It is exquisitely clean and never too loud. With tasteful decor and lovely amenities through out, this is a place you will enjoy. A free breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Lupo, is included with your room, and the hotel has a wine and cheese social from 5:00-6:30. They also have an outdoor pool on floor two, and they provide towels and chairs for the pool and the beach. Although a bit pricy, your stay will be well worth it. Hotel Rehoboth is an integral part of my trips to Rehoboth, and I know it will be for many years to come. read more

Management let the advertised "nettify" subscription lapse, putting guests' personal information at risk if they used it to access Netflix despite the security warning. Stayed here for a one night staycation and LOVED it. Top notch hotel. The room was pristine. The check in was seamless. Every single staff member I encountered was nice, smiling, happy, helpful. It was a great place to put the boots up and relax. The restaurant located inside it was excellent. The little happy hour they offered was really great, too. Sitting by the fireplace, eating some cheese and wine before dinner and meeting some nice new people with my hubby- nothing beats that! Nice hotel, great staff and service, and excellent location! My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our first trip post-COVID-vaccination, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel and our room (suite-sized king) were very clean, bright and welcoming, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. There's a small but pleasant balcony pool with chairs and tables. They brought free wine out in the lobby every day at 5 PM for an hour or two, and apparently they have cookies at 8 PM although we were never there to see them. We also didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant, but they run the included breakfast, which was quite good--the standard sausage/eggs/etc are served buffet style, there's pastries and yogurt for you to grab, and you can get omelettes or eggs cooked to order. Everything was a real step up from what I expect out of a hotel breakfast. Parking was easy the day we got there, and we didn't need our car for the rest of our stay, because the beach was just a 10 minute walk down Rehoboth Avenue! Plus there is a free shuttle (like an extra large golf cart) if you'd rather get to the beach that way. All of our interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful, and overall the experience was just worry-free and very enjoyable. This was a bit of a splurge stay for us but it was definitely worth the price and we'd love to come back in the future. read more

Cute boutique hotel near Rehoboth beach. Main entrance is on the back side of the building, where parking is also located. Lobby is decorated very elegant. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Aveeno toiletries were provided and I like how they are reducing the use of single bottles and using the refillable large bottles. Also, upon check in we were provided with a breakfast sheet. From the sheet, you can choose a variation of quiches, parfaits and meats which are delivered to your room in the morning at a time you choose. read more

We just stayed at Hotel Rehoboth. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by 1 day due to a medical emergency. We were forced to pack up and leave at 4:30 AM to head back to Virginia to go to the Prince William Hospital Emergency Room. As the situation with my heart got worse we were forced to stop at the Anne Arundel Medical Center on recommendation from an on call nurse we were talking to, she highly stressed to us that the heart is nothing to put off. Anyway, we called Hotel Rehoboth the next day to tell them what had happened and try to push the credit of 1 day to another visit in September. Seeing as they were not able to fill the room for the night we skipped, they were unwilling to credit us our funds. Good for Hotel Rehoboth. That is Excellent Customer Service!! Seeing as The Hotel Rehoboth is probably bringing in over $25k a night it is really pitiful they treated us in such a disgusting way !! We will never return !! read more

We calked to cancel almost 2 months out and were startled by the rude tone of the manager who informed us about the charge, which we were not aware of. This was our first time dealing with this hotel. Charging a fee for cancellation within a week or less of our stay is a common practice, but not ANY TIME in advance, This is why I am posting this review, to warn others. You're committed to paying $25 just for the phonecall to reserve a room, regardless of when you cancel. In addition, awful customer service experience with senior management at this hotel, including general managers Monica and Rainie. They talk over you, accuse you of attacking them and were overall arrogant and rude. Too bad this little boutique hotel has such an unpleasant vibe. My sister and I stayed one night here while traveling. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean and we were beyond impressed with the bedding, pillows and towels. The hotel is very quaint. It has a lovely rooftop pool and they serve wine and cheese in the late afternoon and cookies later in the evening. A nice breakfast was served as part of our fee in the attached Italian restaurant. Parking was convenient and included and they offered to allow our car to remain on property for the day even after we checked out. This is a 5 star hotel but we have given a 4 as a result of the seemingly out of character check out experience. When we went down to breakfast I asked to extend our checkout time by 1 hour from 11 to noon. It was a Tuesday and Rehoboth was absolutely dead, as quiet as I had ever seen. The hotel was empty and the restaurants and beach were as well. The woman at the front desk said that they do not extend check out in the summer due to people checking in. Hmmmm.... ok, crickets in the lobby but we are rule followers. We came back to the hotel at 10, showered and were packing up. We were set to go at 10:59... and 2 employees and a manager came knocking on the door. The poor housekeeping employees were clearly embarrassed and the Manager stood behind them glaring. My sister and I didn't know if we should laugh or be annoyed. We followed them out the door... on the dot at 11 into the empty lobby with NO ONE checking in or out for that matter. ( if it were busy and humming I would have totally understood!) While we would love to stay there again... sadly..: we will not. read more

From the moment we walked into this hotel we knew we made the right choice! Right off the bat...it has a beautiful lobby & professional staff. As soon as we walked into our room we were very impressed (we had a suite). Big fluffy & comfortable bed, nice big fluffy towels, the right lighting, nice size refrig, small coffee pot, large bathroom, comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV, and exceptionally clean! In fact at turn down service the room gets cleaned a 2nd time...LOVE...LOVE...LOVE that!!! We parked the car and am happy to say did not get into it again until we left! We liked the shuttle service to the beach & having the hotel provide towels & chairs for the beach too! It kept the rooms, car & hotel free of that unwanted sand!!! Okay...a few negatives...which I hate to mention because the place deserves a 5 star. But the negs. added up for a 1 star deduction. The Pool...very tiny...liked having the option of a pool...BUT...some guests do NOT follow the "POSTED" rules. No one around to reinforce either! So the selfish woman with her kid in a diaper ruined it for the rest of us! (posted rules stated no diapers!). Also the smell from the fish restaurant next door (under where the pool is) can put out some nasty smells too. Every now and then the pool got a bit busy...since it is tiny you almost have to wait your turn to use it....plus kids want to jump in... and thank goodness that is not allowed (posted rules) ...even tho they did it anyway! The wine & cheese was a nice touch but I thought it lacked something. I was hoping it to be more of a social thing but limited seating made people not stick around. I thought someone would have played the beautiful baby grand piano during this time but ...no. Luckily on the 3rd day, a young girl played the piano and ...wow...she was so good that she did draw a crowd and it was my favorite wine & cheese time!!! We appreciated the shuttle ride to the beach and on our last beach day figured out the best place for the beach was at the North end which is right where the boarwalk ends. Our shuttle driver said when it is not a busy time we could be dropped off & picked up there. This end was FAR LESS CROWDED!!! Only wish we figured this out sooner! Okay...finally the breakfast. I can see the effort put into this but I have to say I have been to much better complimentary breakfasts at less expensive hotels. They change the egg type everyday & not one day was good. One day the eggs were sooo runny a bunch of people were putting them in the microwave to further cook. I am glad the breakfast was there because you can find something to enjoy. I liked the english muffin with peanut butter. I do look forward to staying here again and again as it is still one of the best places to stay in Rehoboth. read more

Upon my arrival at this place I knew right away that this was a major notch above what we're used to getting in New Jersey. The place is spotless. I'm talking about under the mattress, between the pillows, the headboard, the ice machine, the filter in the air conditioning, all were immaculate. Yeah I check those things, because sometimes they are horrifying. The staff was amazing and the amenities were plentiful. To pool gets crowded quickly but nonetheless relaxing. The beach is at least two blocks away but they do have a shuttle service with towels and chairs available. If you choose to walk the streets are lined with cool little shops and great places to eat along the way. This place is definitely on my return list. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the view from the room was of the police station. read more

Pretty hotel. Rooms were clean and excellent. Beds very comfortable. We had Rooms 212 and 319. Room 212 was over the hotel trash cans and I heard some sort of generator sounds (I am sound sensitive), but my roommate couldn't hear anything. My friend in 319 loved her room with the King bed. Free white wine in the evening in the lobby. Breakfast, which was included, was fabulous. They had every kind of breakfast food----bacon, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, yogurts, cereal, etc. The hotel's restaurant, Lupo's, was the best restaurant we ate at during our stay in Rehoboth. Worth going to Rehoboth again just for dinner at that restaurant. Really appreciated the hotel shuttle to and from the beach with the beach chairs included. Hotel charges at the end were exactly what they told me when I made the reservation so no surprises. Highly recommend. read more

I asked for help booking an appointment because of a Mix up and accidentally cancelled my trip and charged me for the cancellation of close to $400. I do not want to cancel the trip, yet still charged. I have a funeral to go to and just wanted to extend my stay. I would NEVER stay at this miserable 1 star hotel just on lack of service alone. I stayed at this hotel when my son got married. The staff is friendly, the rooms are so clean, the amenities are great. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone traveling to the area. It is so close to the beach and they offer free shuttle service there and back if you do not want to make the walk. Every year I stay at this hotel and it had always been very pleasant. This time, not so good. The front desk woman was so rude, I wish I could have fired her! It was a couple days before I was going to check out, and I wasn't feeling very well. I walked down to the front desk to see if I there was an option to" sublet" the room for those additional days. As I said, I stay there every year so I was hoping to possibly get a credit of some kind for next year, or in the least, some empathy as to how I felt. Instead what I got was a lecture on how they do not refund anyone, and that if I were to check out early, if someone were to check in , or if they could rebook the room, still , they would not be able to sell them that room because it was dirty. Really???? So you mean you wouldn't have that room cleaned before you book that room for the next guest??? I knew at this point I was speaking to someone that was not on a higher level of the intelligence scale! Worse, did not give a damn about their loyal guests! The rooms were not that clean this time, I was promised a large room with a balcony, instead, I got a small room with a small dirty balcony. The balcony was filthy, so I just didn't go back out to the balcony. The patio furniture had stains on them, there were bugs on the wall crawling , but , still , I did not say anything. I liked this place, up until the point, before dealing with this jerk-ass at the front desk! THEN.....I realized that I had left my glasses on the counter in the lobby. I walked back down to get them. They were gone. The same rude woman was on the phone , she was booking her next victim for a room. A lady from housekeeping happened to be standing there, so I asked her if she had seen a pair of glasses, and while the rude woman was STILL on the phone, booking the room, she was telling me not to talk to the cleaning staff! Lol!! WOW! Keep in mind, the person on the other line, can hear this entire conversation while she was telling me, "do not talk to her" she doesn't speak English "she wouldn't know where your glasses would be" REALLY???? How unprofessional!! Your booking an appointment with a guest, and you're telling another guest not to speak with someone that is a staff member, in the hotel??? That is just rude and not to mention , unprofessional!!! In the least you should have put that individual on hold , so that you can continue your rant, seriously!! To make matters worse, the next day I ran into the owner which I have met a couple times, and I told her about the incident and she didn't seem to care , what so ever, in fact,.she asked me, "what do you want me to do, fire her"? !! WOW!! Be very careful with this place, they charge everybody different prices, if they know that you are listening, as I was, when checking in , they will put that party on hold so that you don't question the integrity of their pricing. Too bad , this is a very pretty hotel and it's located just a couple blocks from the beach, as much as I go to Rehoboth , it is a shame, but I will have to find another place to stay. Depending on when, or who, or how they determine their pricing category, at $350, $400 a night , I probably will not have a problem! Very nice hotel, courteous staff and in a perfect location. The staff were very accommodating, the room was very clean and large with coffee, tea and a fridge. It's located in walking distance from dogfish (bar/restaurant) and the beach. They have a turn down service at night that makes returning to the room special. They had the lighting turned down so it was a homey feel and chocolates on our pillows. Very sweet. There is a shuttle to the beach if you'd rather not walk and they'll also provide you with beach chairs and towels, if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other looking for lodging in Rehoboth. I think it's most likely the best hotel in town. read more

We stayed here in July 2013. Even though on the pricey side this hotel is a true jewel in RB. I personally find it inspiring when owners genuinely love their business. It just oozes though the entire place. The design and setup are impeccable. It seems that the owners thought of every possible detail that will make their guests feel welcome and special and certainly comfortable with all the amenities and services available to them (e.g. detachable rope in the bathroom to hang your swim suit =)). We have been coming to RB for the last 10 years and staying @RH was a real treat. Here are some pros and cons that may be repeating what other have already said Pros: - Great location - close enough to the beach and it's crowds. Most of the places are within 5-10 minutes walk. Finbar is downstairs that has one of the best happy hours in town! Yet is is far enough away so that the is quiet and we looked out onto Rehoboth Avenue. - Garage parking - spacious and convenient. Close to the elevator. We may have driven once or twice when we went shopping to the Outlets. And as others noted finding parking @RB especially on weekends and evenings is a problem. - Shuttle service - I believe it runs between 9am and 6pm. Guests are dropped off and picked up at Maryland Ave. All you have to do is call and a shuttle will come by in 10-15 minutes. One evening we were picked up by the Arcades as our son was tired after all the rides and did not want to walk back. I felt badly but the shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tips are appreciated. - Beach Towels and chairs - This is a very clever and useful amenity service as guests don't have to worry about dragging their chairs and towels to the beach and it helps to keep the hotel pretty much sandless. - Clean, spacious, beautiful and quiet rooms - All I can say is wow! It was awesome not to bump into each other or compete for space in the room. We did not hear other guests or street noise even though we were facing Rehoboth Ave. Bathroom was a decent size as well. - Breakfast/Cheese & Wine in the pm - We stayed as a group of 4 (1 child) so it was convenient and sufficient to have a nice meal every morning and not worry about finding a place/going out. Breakfast buffet is nicely set up with pretty standard menu choices such bagels, toast, hard boiled egg, fruit salad, yogurt and decent coffee. There was a hot dish every morning as well - either omelet or french toast or something else. My only recommendation is to try and get there at around 8 as it gets very busy closer to 9. Also the restaurant/cafeteria room stays open throughout a day and there is a microwave that we used to warm up food for our son. Afternoon cheese & white wine is a nice touch. And although the taste of pinot grigio gets old at times I can understand why red wine is not an option. The furniture in the lobby is light color so it's easier to clean white wine vs. red wine spills. - Laundry Room. This came in very handy, especially when you have children. You do need quarters but it sure beats going to the laundromat down the street. You can leave your clothes and come back when they are done. We did not see anyone else using it. Cons: It is very expensive compared to some nice B&Bs that are closer to the beach. But you have to weigh all the perks (like the shuttle, parking, location, etc.) with what you would pay separately for the same services. Lastly, the guests were much friendlier than at most places we have stayed, except one B&B I'll write about later. They were nice, respectful of each other and very interesting to talk with at the happy hour or the pool. read more

This hotel is located on the the main strip heading towards the boardwalk. It was nice to park the car and leave it alone for the duration of our vacation because the hotel is located within walking distance of the beach. The lobby and rooms are bright and modern. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. A little cart can shuttle you down to the beach during the day but there are restaurants and shops you might like to stop in along the way. I found the staff of be friendly and helpful, especially about nearby eating establishments. The price can be considered higher than others but completely worth it because of its proximity to the beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. I decided to something nice for my significant other so I called to book the room. The staff were very helpful and recommended placing some nice wines, chocolates, and even a cake for our special time there. They even were fine with me calling them to let them know that we were close so that they could ice the wine and have it ready to go by the time we arrived. When we arrived we were met with a bellman who helped us to load up our luggage. The front desk personnel were awesome and even gave me a wink when telling me that everything was ready to go in the room. The bellman helped us take our things up and the room was amazing. The bathroom was a dream come true and the room (including the bed, TV, and magazines) were current and nice. They have a happy hour time when they serve wine and cheeses and we met some nice people there during that time frame. Their pool was on the smaller side but was heated. It did not matter though because the purpose of the trip was to be on the beach. The breakfast was a nice addition; however, I am a southern boy so I need a little more substance in my meal other than that continental meal. The hotel also offers a shuttle service that drops you off at basically any location on the beach you want to go to.. of course they pick you up as well. The Hotel Rehoboth is a little on the pricey side; however, I extremely recommend it. You are in town (not off the highway), there is parking (small spaces but doable), and the amazing staff is the cherry on the top of the double chocolate cake. Also, there is free wi-fi which is awesome. A definite must and I will definitely be returning as a repeat customer. read more

Lovely hotel! At the end of Rehoboth Ave, which is nice b/c it's away from all of the hub-bub of the boardwalk. Clean and bright! Free parking which is awesome, as is the free wifi! We splurged on a large room - so we have a king size bed with a fireplace, couch, chair, desk, a large balcony. The size of the bathroom is so big that the bathroom at the St. Regis in DC would have fit into this bathroom! There was a slightly funky smell when we checked in here, but it's gone now - probably replaced by OUR smells! haha, so I'm sure it was some cleaning products. The location is really great - easy to walk to the busy businesses and boardwalk. They have free breakfast included, which is great and a wine/cheese happy hour too! I would highly recommend this hotel, especially after seeing the bigger hotels/motels on the beach today. read more

Talk about top-notch service! They come in TWICE a day to service the room. Once in the morning and once at night. I've walked back in to find chocolates and bottled water (complementary). This place is very very clean and our room had a spacious balcony with comfy lounge chairs. The bed was also extremely comfy. Staff is super nice and helpful. They will call a beach shuttle for free and provide you with beach chairs and a towel. Highly recommended. Great location as well. You can walk to beach/boardwalk in about 10 mins..plus it's on Rehoboth Ave, where the majority of restaurants and shops are. read more

My husband & I came to Rehoboth Beach for the Columbus Day weekend and also to celebrate our Anniversary. We found Hotel Rehoboth being one of the best rated hotels near the beach so we chose to book our stay. Very nice and very clean! We were surprised that the room was spacious and clean! One of the best hotels in Rehoboth, having just finished my third stay there earlier today. The hotel's location, on the 'upper end' of Rehoboth Avenue, makes it within easy walking distance of everything that Rehoboth has to offer, but far enough away to offer a quieter setting for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in great shape, offering generously sized, well-appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and turn-down service in the evening - so, even if you're stuck inside on a rainy day, you're in nice surroundings. As mentioned in other Yelpers' reviews, the hotel has convenient underground garage parking, shuttle service to the beach (including complimentary beach towels and chairs), free wi-fi, and an early evening wine-and-cheese happy hour in the lobby. There's a nice Italian restaurant in the hotel (Lupo), and a great home store named Mod Cottage within the building that's definitely worth checking out. The hotel does have a small pool, which can feel a bit cramped if there's too many people poolside. We had better luck in the late afternoon, for a pre-dinner dip in the pool. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast, which is the only thing I can really pick at. I've noticed the quality of the breakfast (and the coffee) isn't what it used to be, so I decided to pass this time around, in favor of going to the Starbucks across the street or to one of the nice breakfast spots around town. Also, I'm not quite sure why housekeeping knocked on my door an hour before checkout this morning, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. It made me feel like I was being rushed-out and was left wondering whether they would have keyed themselves in, which could have been embarrassing if I were just getting out of the shower! We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rehoboth. They hold a wine and cheese reception, cookies at night, and an amazing included breakfast at the Italian restaurant on the first floor. Wonderful stay. I love that the hotel has underground parking and is situated right in the heart of downtown. A major plus when parking is tight in the summer months. The room was very clean and our service was really nice. A nice surprise was that there was a pianist playing the piano during one of the cocktail hours. And the cookies at 8 pm - they're not store bought, in case you're wondering. We headed down to breakfast the day of check out, and admittedly, we arrived towards the end of breakfast, but with 20 min to spare - there was nothing: no mugs, no coffee, no utensils, barely any food and the staff were stretched pretty thin to meet the demands of the existing patrons, let alone the late stragglers, of which I was one. Nevertheless, I would come back - it's a nice stay. read more

What a find! I chose this hotel based upon other reviews and was not disappointed! The location is great, and our balcony room was fantastic - spacious, clean, and well appointed. I wasn't around during the wine/cheese hour, but it's a nice touch. I also did not partake in the breakfast, just coffee, but the spread had a nice variety of foods. The General Manager, Ms. Broyer, was very sweet. She helped us with our bags at checkout, and asked about our stay. I prefer boutique hotels whenever possible, and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rehoboth! read more

Wonderful place. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on RB. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms large, bright and clean. Small heated pool. Nestled strategically among tons of restaurants and bars, and less than 5 minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Nice, generous breakfast included with room. Only small criticisms: our room directly faced a beach house which limited our ability to keep the window open, and they could do with a red to compliment the boring Pinot Grigio they serve at their wine and cheese hour. If you have the budget, go for it, it's a perfect place to indulge yourself. read more

One of the more lovely hotels in the area. Lovely lobby, wine and cheese reception each evening and an "American" breakfast comes with your stay (breakfast is "meh" so don't necessarily go out of your way if you have other ideas for a breakfast jaunt). Rooms are very nicely appointed, very clean, quiet and spacious. The bathrooms are also nicely appointed with beautiful fluffy towels and better amedities than you typically find in a hotel. Our room had a nice little furnished balcony, which was lovely, although the scenary from our room looked out over the parking lot and the homes adjacent to the hotel. Hotel is conveniently located to the shops and restaurants along Rehoboth Avenue and the small side streets. And, it's just a few short blocks to the beach. The hotel also has a shuttle service, although we didn't use it. Nice, although small pool. While we did not eat at the on-site restaurant, it was absolutely full each night we stayed and in chatting with other guests who did eat at the restaurant, they all gave it a "thumbs up." I would not necessarily recommend this hotel to those with small children, I think this hotel caters more to couples and the middle to older-age travelers. read more

We love this hotel and have stayed in it before. I am giving it a low rating because they do not require their employees to wear masks, even though they state that masks are required in the hotel. One of their employees, who was in contact with many guests, was not wearing a mask. We brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk. This person knew who we were talking about and said that they would talk to him. It is now the next day and the employee is still not wearing a mask. read more

This boutique hotel is everything a boutique hotel should be. It is just darling! The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy visiting with their guests without being intrusive. What I loved about this hotel was not just the beautiful welcoming lobby or the very large, comfy room but the little things. For example, the bathroom has a makeup mirror and for this shorty it was really nice not to have to lean into the counter to put my makeup on! They furnish makeup removers everyday, cups in the bathroom and a beauty kit with qtips, cotton balls and nail file. The room also had a safe, and 2 complimentary waters. Breakfast is part of the package which is at Lupos and it was delicious. Wide variety of choices, good coffee and an omelet station. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of where our room was there was very loud music coming from one of the restaurants below. Not a big deal but we like quiet. But overall I would highly recommend! read more

Exceptional. We found the place through great reviews and the fact we could snag a single night at a good price in season. Father's Day night was for my wife and daughter and I, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was super helpful, allowing us to park in the lot all day (HUGE in the super busy summer) and even check in early. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were great and the beds were super comfy. Great shower, and they even gave us beautiful gourmet chocolate cupcakes as a Father's Day gift. We didn't get the chance to utilize the shuttle to the beach, or the complimentary wine happy hour, but next time for sure! Awesome location, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. Every staff member we encountered was great, and we even took some lovely family photos in front of the fire place in the main lobby. Great spot, we loved it and will surely be back. a piss yellow building with shitty costumer service. There is only one vending machine, it only has drinks and it does not work. The pool is not clean and is very small. The boutique sells cheap clothing, not worth its price. There were a couple roaches in the bathroom and the shower was not clean. The toilet rim had feces and the sink water ran brown. I am disgusted, i suggest an inspector investigates what is within their walls, i think i heard mice in the ceiling on the 4th floor. read more

Me and a couple of friends booked this hotel for a relaxing bachelorette weekend because it had pretty good reviews. We were excited to start our trip, but little did we know how awful management would be. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. But none of that really matters if the atmosphere of the place is down right pretentious. Long story short: our stay at the hotel was cut short due to a very rude and unpleasant co-owner/landlord. I really do forget what her title was after all the belitting comments she made. She self proclaimed the hotel to be "elite". Which it very well could have been. But their management absolutely nullified her statement, completely. The next day I called the hotel to discuss some numbers that weren't adding up to the receipt they gave me and my card account. I spoke with Melissa, who was trying to help me out. She said she would look into it and call me back. Melissa called back and explained the numbers and even said they would reimburse one of the nights, since we had left a night early due to unfortunate circumstances. I was ecstatic to hear that, because I did not think they would do that. It has been 3 weeks since they said they would reimburse me for a night. I still have no seen the deposit back into my account. There are plenty of nice hotels around the Rehoboth area, with a farrrrrr friendlier management and staff. Spare yourself. Look elsewhere. read more

I am a fan! I am a fan! I AM A FAN! This hotel, while pricey, is outstanding. Great customer service. Great staff. If money grew on trees, I'd stay here every day. But at the same time I like the level of exclusivity this hotel offers. Like other reviewers have stated, the rooms were spacious and clean with free wifi and the happy hour consisted of wine and cheeses. Makes it a nice opportunity to meet other people that are staying there and to compare compliments about the hotel and atmosphere. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the beach. Hotel Rehoboth is at a convenient location on the main strip, further punctuating how it is a great hotel to stay at when visiting the area. I highly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy it. My one complaint is that while the hotel has four floors, there is only one elevator and that moves pretty slowly. This doesn't come in handy when checking in or out and you have the bellboy trying to help with your belongings trying to bring the cart on with everyone else on there trying to come from the lobby to their rooms. Again, I highly recommend this place if you can afford it! read more
