The management will try and bully you. They told me "your money isn't worth a fuck" the managers exact words. He was mad about a song we paid for and played. One that means a great deal to us but nothing was said except try this and we did at the behest of the bartender. They skipped it as per the manager spending our money. I've been coming to this Hudson's for a couple years. It's just down the street from me so it's super convenient when I want to catch the first half of a game or something. They are good at: stiff drinks, cheap drink prices, actually really good bottle selection, juke box, TV's everywhere, pool tables, darts and Golden Tee. And decent people watching, as I'm normally solo when I go. The wife is not a fan. The food is alright. I had the wings for the first time tonight and they were good. It's a smoking bar. The absolute worst service. Went in sat at a table, was the only one sitting at a table, no one came over to take my order, bartender saw me and completely ignored me while she talked to the customers at the bar, looked at me a few times and was completely ignored, after 15-20 minutes I got up and walked out. Not one word from her as I walked by her and out. To bad because I live right around the corner and was looking for a place to start playing pool again. But yeah, the worst, totally inexcusable, they'll never get a penny from me, I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

This used to be one of my go to spots, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. The guy bartender and one of the waitress can be very childish and unprofessional. They are friendly at first and will laugh and chatter with everyone they see. If you're not a regular customer and ask why your drink took too long to make from there on in until you leave, they will take 10+ minutes to make a drink even though people who ordered after you will get their drinks first. I waited and asked for a ranch water, and then the waitress went to a table with a party of five or more people and somehow they got their drinks before I get one single drink. All through the night making it very uncomfortable for me to stay and each time when I looked at them they were just laugh and giggle and just make it obvious that they were just doing it just for fun. I get a bar can get busy and you can't always get your drinks when you want it but there is no way that a table who ordered after you should get their drinks before yours and continue to get their drinks, way faster than your order of one single drink. I understand everyone make their own life choices in their careers, but if you can't put your pride to the side and serve customers, then you shouldn't be in customer service, nor in a bar. I wish I could have took pictures just to show how unprofessional they were but I decided just to leave a review. I think this is more better than taking pictures of people who don't represents the company, but only represent their own pride and selfish ways. read more

If you have any deviation thereof from your most rudimentary cocktail, consider yourself to be in a position where you wondered why you weren't simply better off elsewhere. The smoking is not pungent because of some upkeep to their air filter system. If you happen to receive 5th place level service and don't give a medal to reward the mediocrity, consider yourself to be shunned by the disgruntled intermediary whom facilitates the passage of the drink you partake in. You may even be threatened or called derogatory adjectives. Even if you are simply wishing for them to open the holes on the side of their head long enough to understand how simple the request may be. But as long as you order bud light or coors banquet, you will be golden. read more

Amanda the bartender was extremely rude for no reason at all. I have always enjoyed this establishments until my last few visits. I understand we all have bad days, but yesterday she took all her anger out on me, and the other patrons were in shock as well. I thought I was the customer, but I was definitely not treated like one. She even signed my receipt for me, which is NOT okay. So this used to be about the best place in north OKC to go. However, over the years the place has degraded to a level that most people wouldn't accept. The place is in need of a deep cleaning: dust collecting on the fixtures, soda stains on a tv for over six months, the bathroom always in need of cleaning etc. Couple that with illegal drugs being sold out of it by some of the clientele at night, and the mgt knowing about this and doing nothing about it leaves a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a good time without harassment then I would suggest finding a different bar. read more

Henry Hudson's Pub is a fine place to go after work to drown your stress away. The beer is only a buck per draw and they have decent food. They have pool tables, dart boards, T.V.s for the game and pretty good staff to wait on you. It is the type of bar that isn't too loud to talk but it isn't too quiet for that terribly inappropriate joke you have been holding in for the work week. This place only get three stars from me because it is always smokey. Maybe I am just getting old, because this never used to bother me. read more
