    Reuben sandwich and coleslaw

Friendly staff, great food and awesome little cafe. The Reuben was very good - lots of pastrami, melted Swiss and sauerkraut. The coleslaw was decent...not my favorite but had a good taste. The fiesta melt was loaded with meat and chilis and the fries were crispy. Clean, well maintained cafe with clean bathrooms.

What a great spot, my biggest issue was trying to figure out what to order. I looked around the café & everything looked good from breakfast to dinner plates on other customers tables. I was torn until my wife said we can come back for breakfast before we leave the area- LOL. We were seated quickly, our Waitress was super friendly & helpful (and very patient). I went with the Taco Salad, wife did her go to (a classic burger). My Taco Salad was the BEST that I have had in a long time - very happy with my choice. The beer was perfect, and all the ingredients complemented the flavor (see pic) Wife loved her burger, I had a bite, it was delicious. Crinkle Fries were hot & crispy. Good friendly family environment with a casual hometown feel.

A local favorite year after year! We ordered off the "Light" menu and still couldn't finish it all! Great diner food, served hot and fresh. My go to deciding factor is eggs cooked perfectly, no brown bits, and hash browns and bacon extra crispy !!! All served up by pleasant servers! Happy Tummy!

Omg....get the Plow Boy. Its huge. You can probably split it. Its a pastrami brisket sandwich. The jalapeños give it a nice little kick. It comes with a side and a pickle. Henry's Cafe was a cute little dinner. I would definitely come back if I were in the area. The breakfast looked good too.

We have been wanting to try Henry's since we moved up here. All the locals have been telling us to come check it out. We came here after the lunch rush on Saturday. The place was nice a clean. I love the art on the walls. The two waitresses working there were very friendly and got us seated quickly. We got our drinks quickly as well. My boys ordered fish and chips and a cheese burger with bacon. They both loved what they got. My husband got the turkey cranberry melt as a wrap and he said it was delicious. I got the Henry's dip and it was very tasty. The only suggestion I would say is to salt the fries but maybe they don't because of the older crowd that comes in. I don't know. They had salt available on the table so I just added salt. I also asked for a side of their BBQ sauce because they make it from scratch and it's absolutely delicious!! I took it home to make some bbq chicken sandwiches

On my way to Vegas, I needed a caffeine kick to stay alert behind the wheel. I exited off Highway 58 and discovered Henry's Cafe. From the outside, the place looks very unassuming, but once inside, you'll find a spacious dining area that is well-organized and comfortable. I was greeted by the hostess and requested a coffee to go. While she was preparing my coffee, I looked around and noticed that the food being served looked really delicious. Had I not arrived with a full stomach, I would have sat down to order a meal. The coffee was excellent, and I happily got back on the road. However, I made a mental note to stop here next time and try a meal.

    Do they have truck parking?

If you are meaning big semi trucks? I don't think I have ever seen any there. I know for sure you can't park in the parking lot. It's a tight one for every one. I don't think I have ever seen a semi parked in the street. I will update this…

We were there on a Sunday afternoon and the Sunday afternoon knitting club was there knitting and pearling away while they sipped delicious coffee and ate delicacies from the baked goods. We were there for the delicious turkey ciabatta sandwich. The bread is toasted and it just makes the turkey spinach and tomato covered with melted provolone so much more tasty I chatted a while with members of the knitting club while we waited for our sandwich. They're there every Sunday and they knit for people that have cancer who need hats to stay warm. It's a great community up here in Tehachapi. I was impressed with it several years ago when we held a dance recital here this coffee shop seems to be sort of a club of community activity. The only downside is it does take a while to get your order because they're busy, but that sandwich was worth waiting for, and it made the miles from Tehachapi to Mojave speed by

The mozzarella sticks, garlic fries, cauliflower bites , pizza and beer! Our favorites so far have been the brother in law and the pastrami. They are a must have. The brother in law is a little sweet with some spicy salami and the pastrami pairs so well with the pickles on top. The place fills up fairly quickly but they have indoor seating with a variety of games playing and outdoor seating with fire pits to enjoy that tehachapi weather. At times you couldn't hear the person across the table. Some of the women did complain of the restrooms being very messy. But I did not go need to use the facilities so I can't confirm fully.
