The woman doing my pedicure (her name is Ha, if I'm remembering correctly) was super nice and did a wonderful job on my toes, as well as my leg massage. I'm just one day out from my pedicure, but there's no polish chipping, and my feet feel soft and smooth. Everyone there was friendly, and the salon was clean and spacious. Made an appointment online for a noon pedicure on a slow weekday. Arrived 10 minutes early. Was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes after scheduled time. They had just let a couple in without an appointment. Could tell by looking it would be more than 20 minutes as I saw stage of each technician. When I complained and showed email with proof, front guy lied and said only 10 minutes trying to keep me and I said doesn't look like it. So sat down for 15 minutes. Nothing. No water no hello. This salon is beautiful but I've had hit or miss service depending on who I get. The most recent visit I had I was given a pedicure by a young man who didn't seem to be trained to do a pedicure. I went into this salon for a pedicure and dip manicure with tips. I asked for a medium length almond shape for my nails with just white dip powder. Super simple nothing crazy. I left with thick, uneven, and oddly shaped nails. Some were even crooked. They were closing so I felt bad complaining. I came in the next day to see if they could be fixed. The lady I spoke to said " I'm not sure if we can fix this, these nails are too short for almond shape." I asked for an almond shape to begin with so they shouldn't have been cut as short as they were. I left looking somewhat better but still nowhere near my standards. Still really uneven, no apex to the nail, and the shape not what I wanted. fixed. I will give them credit for trying but I still left feeling dissatisfied. Take this review with a grain of salt. I have some friends that come here and have had such great experiences. I unfortunately didn't have the best experience and for that reason I'll be getting my nails done elsewhere. I had a mani/polish change yesterday that was done by 1:45 in the afternoon and by 8am today two fingers were already chipped. Polish was sloppy so I should have expected it. On top of it, they charge more than other salons and polish available is limited vs what they show they have. I had my nails done here for the second time after waiting a while. At first, I walked out quite happy because they really looked great. I decided to wait to write a review because the first time I went my shellac nail polish started to crack and lift. I was happy that after 4 days, my nails still looked good. However, yesterday I noticed that once again the shellac nail polish was cracking and peeling. I give them 3.5 stars, I agree with the 3.5 yelp rating. The store is pretty new and big, looks very nice. I went there to take off a full hard gel set, and a regular manicure. They did a pretty good job removing the hard gel, 4 star on that. Manicure was fine too, but the polish they use chip really really easily, just like another Yelper mentioned. They don't use OPI, only DND. I just did a search online, it's a pretty cheap brand. My polish at home last longer. I also think their pricing is a bit higher than some older salons, 25 for a regular manicure, 35 for pedicure. I don't think I've paid 35 for a Pedi in other places. read more

This salon is beautiful and looks clean, however if you are an attention to details kind of person, it's really not that clean. My last dip manicure here was so thick that the grow out was hideous. Today was my fourth visit here. I had a dip manicure and a pedicure done The girl who did my manicure didn't say one word to me while I was there. The only talking was done by the employees to each other. I find it odd that I never get lotion placed on my hands after a manicure, I have super dry hands and you would think that they would want me to think my manicure was beautiful. I also had the fastest pedicure ever. It was not relaxing, and it was not good. When I got home, I had to file all my rough toenails. The shop is ran by a bunch of young adults, who like to gather at the front counter and watch videos on their phones. I have yet to figure out who is in charge there. However, it doesn't really matter because I'm not going back. In Washington, a manicurist is required to post their license at his or her work station or reception area. I did not see any licenses posted for anyone, it makes me wonder if any of these young adults are really licensed. read more

This place is a scam! I went in for a full set of acrylics and a pedi. It was fine. I asked the tech to paint just the tips of my nails. No one said anything about an extra charge. Why would it cost more to paint less of my nail? It didn't occur to me. I paid the bill and realized later that it seemed way higher than I anticipated. Granted, I should have paid closer attention as I paid, but I was rushing at that point. I went back the next day and the said my manicure was ten dollars higher because of the "design". They said everyone else knows but because I was a first time customer, it wouldn't be something I would know. Well yeah, the only way people would know is if the employees said something. I feel like they deliberately don't say anything. There are also two charges for tips that they couldnt explain, which is bothersome because I tipped them. So did they get tipped twice? I mentioned to the lady as she put a thick layer on my nail, she put a solution in the polish bottle to thin it out and said it would be ok as she continued to polish my nails. After she finished the first hand I held my hand up so I can get a better look and said again the polish is to thick it looks bumpy not thin and smooth like I like it. She insisted that it would look fine after they were finished, and motioned for my other hand. I was not very happy as I handed her my other hand and repeated I didn't like how gloppy they looked. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place is. Everything was well organized, and the person at the front desk really took the time to explain the options to me. Once they were ready for me, they really pampered while in the chair. I did have to wait a little bit, however that is fine because they really take their time with their services and pay so much attention to detail while you're under their care. They are committed to customer satisfaction and didn't seem to be rushing to get to the next customer. I really wanted to like this place, but it's been pretty disappointing. First time I went was fine, but the second and third times have been awful. Second time I went in for gel, and the lady kept messing up. They had to redo it twice (another employee actually had to take over). The third time was for my sisters wedding; they were really kind and accommodating but the work they did was really subpar. They forgot to finish one of the peoples nail, mine were somehow chunky, and the brides nails chipped after about 5 hours. I could have given myself a better manicure then I got there. The owner is extremely friendly and was quick to respond via Yelp for my appointment request. However, I was NOT wow'ed at all when I got to the salon. I requested a 6PM appointment with Susan as I saw a raving review about her. I arrived promptly and was greeted quickly. I told the check in ladies, which one of them was the owner, that I had an appointment at 6 with Susan. They informed me Susan was finishing up with another client and they offered me complimentary orange juice (they had other stuff but I don't drink alcohol) I thought this was a nice touch. At 615PM, I was getting annoyed that I had requested an appointment and still had to wait. Finally at 620PM I was seated. I greeted Susan and told her I requested her because of a Yelp review. She said thank you and got to work. My pedicure was awesome 5/5. However, I'm not wow'ed because I requested a ombré manicure and Susan was very opinionated about the fact that I requested gel and it's common to do dip or acrylics. I am not interested in acrylics and Dip was $55, no thanks. I guess a shellac ombré manicure must've been such an uncommon thing to request because every single nail tech came over to observe. This was extremely uncomfortable as they were talking in Vietnamese (which I don't speak/understand) and it felt like they were talking about me. Susan must've sent this so she said that not a lot of her coworkers know how to do shellac ombré that's why they kept looking. Okay, I suppose I can be used for teaching purposes. But what made this manicure "eh" is that for $20 (basic manicure) + 18 for shellac, I didn't even get my cuticles cut!! I'm going to pay $38 for nail polish? Yikes. I could go to another salon and get the whole shabang. As it was close to closing and all the other nail techs were leaving, I felt that Susan was starting to rush and get sloppy. I had requested at time of appointment that I get my lip waxed too and she rushed my nails and did my lip. She did ask if I didn't like any of the nails that she could redo them. He was really rough and my cuticles were bleeding on one of my fingers. I got the gel manicure and the paint job he did was not good. I never get manicures so I feel like my expectations aren't high, but I don't think this is what a good manicure looks like. There are air bubbles in a few of the nails, there are lumps where more nail polish was piled on and there is nail polish in my skin. The girl who did my manicure had no idea what she was doing. She cut my cuticles way too deep. I left the place bleeding, and not just 1 spot, it was 3 separate fingers that were bleeding. Upon leaving, I showed it to the girl who rang me (I think she was the manager) instead of apologizing she asked me how could she fix my skin?! The audacity of this gal, I just couldn't believe it. There were no apologies or any efforts to make up for their mistake. My cuticles hurt for few days. My nails didn't even look decent when I left, designing was bad. I've been searching for a quality nail place for a while and I think I finally found it here at ReVive Nail Bar. I came right when they opened at 9:00am and there was a bit of a line, so it took about half an hour before I got someone to do my nails. Though there was complementary snacks and drinks available as we waited which was nice. I also found their interior to be aesthetically pleasing with the white marble theme throughout. Not only did my nails turn out amazing, but they had professional staff on board to do so as well which I appreciated. Even though Steven was doing my nails, the other staff members were very friendly as they constantly checked in on me asking if I needed anything like water. I would definitely recommend coming in here. &Ask for Steven because he was very attentive in making sure I liked my nails during the process and even mastered the design I wanted based off of a picture. The owner is a sweetheart too and she did my eyebrows for me. It was my first time waxing, but surprisingly it wasn't painful. I love the service I get here, long massages when you get a pedicure and I've always loved the shape of my nails.
