I initially came in for a pedicure and also wanted to fix a nail that had come off from a previous private nail tech. All I asked for was a Gel-X nail fix, but unfortunately the quality was disappointing. There was a large gap left along the right side of the nail where debris was getting stuck underneath, which can potentially lead to issues like a greenie. There was also a noticeable gap underneath the nail that didn't seem properly cured or attached. I felt like attention to detail was lacking during the service, especially considering I ended up spending well over $120 for the nail fix, a kids gel manicure, and a pedicure. I was hoping for a much better experience and higher quality work for the price. Not only that but the nail tech did notice but didn't fix it due to salon closing soon nor did she mention it but I saw her look twice and tried filing but couldn't fix it due to poor application. read more

4 weeks and still no chipping! I get a normal gel manicure on my natural nails (no acrylic, no builder gel). If you've ever had a basic gel manicure from anywhere else, we all have experienced chipping very quickly. Not here. They do such good prep work! I always ask for Ann. I've been coming here for my nails the last 4 times and I come back every time because my nails have never lasted so long from anywhere else. My nails have gotten so healthy since coming here. I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday Very disappointed in the rushed service, poor quality job, and one of the girls got her toe infected from the pedicure tools. Will NEVER come back. The place was crowded with people joining after our appointment time so we were rushed out. Have had good experiences in the past but I just left and feel incredibly frustrated. They burned my nails 10+ times to the point my hand was jolting away. They cut literally all of my cuticles off and made me bleed multiple times. My fingers burn. Time to look for a new nail place. They shoved my cuticles back so aggressively and then cut them down with the electric file. It burned and is so unsanitary. Won't be surprised if I get an infection. read more

They don't have to many colors for normal nail polishes but the ones they do have are super pretty. I'm so unimpressed with the service I got! I wanted a full acrylic set with two designs on each hand. I showed her inspiration pics and told her she could do a simplified version since I knew they looked complicated. The final design was beyond simple and nothing at all what I wanted. I also asked for a few gem clusters because each gem was so tiny, but I could tell she didn't want to spend the time doing that so she convinced me not to even though I kept asking for more. At one point I took the paint brush from her to fix the design because the shape looked so bad. It was just a simple heart so I was disappointed that she wasn't really trying. The service was also bleh - no conversation. The other ladies were nice but the technician I had felt like she was rushing and avoiding talking to me. read more

They are always friendly and usually listen when they are asked about something. It's a fairly pleasant experience.

I'm so bummed this didn't work out. I have a consistent appointment at EWC so thought it'd be a natural fit. The service was great - very attentive and offered a variety of beverages. The facilities seemed cleaned; however, a few weeks after my visit I noticed an odd pain in my two big toes. Thought nothing of it until one completely fell off with the other doing the same a week later. Horrible case of fungus contracted here. As for hands, I did not care for the lumpy thick "dip" I got when all wanted was a gel fill and gradient French. Forget convenience this time - sticking with my tried and true best my home in Picnic Point. read more

This was my 4th time getting a Pedicure at Bothell Nails. Never had issue or bad customer service. BUT..... this time I was cut during my Pedicure. It was very painful and my toe bled pretty bad. The lady that was doing my pedicure never apologized or asked if i was ok??? When I was ready to check out a different person asked how my pedicure was? I explained that I was cut etc. She said I can take $5.00 off a $60.00 dollar pedicure. I didn't feel that I should tip and the cashier said that I had to tip. My go-to for a pedicure! I've been coming here for years and it's my go-to for a pedicure. I've had great experiences here and some less than but overall, I keep coming back. They want cash payment and at times I've felt pressure not to use my credit card but I still do because I don't carry cash and I'm not going to change my ways for a Pedi or sucome to pressure. The owner has a good memory and always greets me by name and asks about my friend (the friend that came with me last time or the time before) and upon leaving she will say something like, "See you next time!" They use disposable liners in the tubs. I've known friends who have come here and won't come back and others who will only come here. I usually make the rounds but always find my way back here. The owner does a great job with cutting back my ingrown toenails. read more

I am never coming back. Your suppose to soak the nails in acetone to remove the acrylic nails off. Not clip and rip them off with an acrylic nail! That will ruin you natural nail. Moving to a different salon! Bothell nails you lost a customer!! read more

First time visiting and was very disappointed in our services. I was asked what services I wanted from their menu and the lady was very forceful when I told her which one I wanted. I had already upgraded both manicure and pedicure but she only wanted me to select the most expensive. Pedicure was okay but lacking massage and did NO clean up of cuticles or nail beds. Manicure upgrade included neck massage which I did not get. I didn't even get a hand massage! Not one cuticle was trimmed, my nails were not even trimmed (not even close to similar lengths). 24 hours and polish is coming off. I was paying for 3 people - one is a regular and they charged her $20 more than she normally pays! When she asked for a breakdown, the person that worked on me walked off. I spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for horrible work and very poor customer service. All three of us will never be back. read more

I went here today with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure. They did a nice job and since my nail place of 15 years had to close because of covid I was happy to find a new place. That is until they charged me. The posted price of a manicure either regular Polish is $20. I did have a couple repairs so expected an uncharge. I also had s pedicure (list price. $35) with gel polish. I was charged $85 before tip. When I asked for a breakdown of costs he wasn't quite sure. He then told me it was an additional $15 for me to have Gel polish on my toes. Only had it in my toes not my fingernails. I will not being going back. I've been coming to this place since I was 16 years old... I'm 27 now. This is the longest relationship with any store/service that I've ever had. They always greet you with a smile, and the foot massages with pedicures are the BEST. I live in California now but I always make it a point to visit this salon when I'm in town! Their leg massages are awesome during the spa pedicure. I don't recommend them to get a shellac mani or acrylics. My mani looks like it's a week old. My sisters acrylic designer wasn't what she asked for. We would have preferred being told they couldn't do it then make something that's not even close to what she wanted. My pedicure consists of old red polish on the sides from my last pedicure. Go with low low expectations. When we were there two customers from the Previous day were in to get their nails fixed before they had started lifting. My sisters nails have been done for two days and her polish has also chipped off her acrylics :/ read more

After trying out a number of places and not being satisfied with the work done, I tried Bothell Nails. I've never had a better pedicure in the 9 years I've lived in WA. I wish I had caught the girl's name that worked on me because that's obviously more important than judging the place as a whole. I have terribly bad heels; cracked with a thick layer of dead skin. My pedicurist went to town, even soaking in between working on them, and now they're perfect! I got a regular polish at a very reasonable $23 and it looks flawless. I'll be back for sure! read more

I love this place, they give the best and most affordable pedicures here. It's only 23$ for hot stones, a hot towel massage, orange sugar scrub and other treatments! They are so friendly and accommodating, they definitely made my friend and I feel pampered for our spa day. I asked for a flower last minute during my pedicure and she surprised me with the most intricate and beautiful flower design I have ever had done!
