This place gets a lot of bad reviews and I honestly do not know why. The food comes out hot and fresh and the staff are friendly. The establishment is not dirty and I've never had a bad meal. This is a burger joint that also serves gyros and really good salads. I personally love the fact that it comes with hot pita bread. Today came here with my co-workers and we were in and out in under an hour, that's with ordering, eating, talking, getting refills and just enjoying our time! It seems like many of the reviewers have been critical because of the service. I haven't had any issues ordering. I haven't tried calling in an order since this isn't too far from me and it seems just easier to stop in and order in person. The restaurant itself seems ok, the times I've been in the evening, it's pretty clean. The food is typical to what you can get at one of these burger places, but really I'm here for their specials. The pricing they have for the family meals/packs can't be beat! I'm sure Boy's and Mr. Pete's are slightly higher quality, and you get more in volume, but for a quick cheap meal it's not bad. We ate inside and it was super hot. There isn't that much room, it's a small area. The cashier was nice. The food was delicious. I've only ever door dashed or did drive thru since I was new to the area but decided to dine in. Probably won't do that again when it's hot. Honestly disappointed. Whoever is working around 7pm on a Thursday night put TOO MUCH SALT on the fries. Trust me, I'm not afraid of salt, but it was too much salt I couldn't even enjoy the meal. Don't order the gyro plate $15.99. I had the saddest surprise when I opened the box.. 3 1/2 thin slices of gyro meat, soggy fries, hard pita bread.. like so hard it's impossible to eat. I thought maybe the salad would be ok.. no. I found a plastic lid in my salad and it had some kind of gooey substance in it. I thought at first I dropped the ranch lid in there. It's not even the same size lid as the ranch sauce!! I'm gonna throw it all away I used to love this place but I'm so disappointed and it wasn't even busy when I came today after 2pm. I called this morning to place an order I asked the lady named Blanca to please ask co worker whom always takes my order if she can tell her my order which is not in the menu. So I just went in the restaurant to place my order she was just so rude when I asked to get my order taken by the other cashier. We were tempted to drive to Mr Pete's on Paramount when we saw how low the reviews were, but we took a chance. Burgers were absolutely delicious, fries were fresh and crisp, and overall we really enjoyed our meal. I have ordered several times here. A few on drive thru and a couple dine in. The inside has always been clean. The service is fast. The food is good. I go here when I want a good deal ( family combo) for a good price and yummy food. I like the fact that they don't give a crazy amount of fries like many places do. I enjoy coming to get food from this location, normally, but today 8/22/25 about 7pm, the lady working the drive thru had a major attitude. She asked us 3 times what drink we ordered for the only combo that when we ordered. Then asked for a bacon cheeseburger and chilli cheese fries, with onions; she never asked what size we wanted to clarify. Once we got to the window, we watched her get all of our food ready before she opened the window to charge us. When we asked what size chilli cheese fries she had for our order, she told us small. When we asked if it could be large and could she just make another small container to equal a large container, she said we would have to pay $8.99 more. Why?? The food was still inside with you. We hadn't been given our order yet, so why couldn't you charge us for a large, use another small container so we the customer could be happy or take out the small container and make a large order. Her attitude was so unwelcoming. We should have known the whole transaction would go badly by the way she was sounding while taking our order. She sounded unhappy, like she didn't want to be there. She was distracted and was not on her game. The food was good as always. I just wish her attitude would have been better so that a good experience at the restaurant and then at home would have made the entire experience. Two drinks out of five of the family pack had bugs in the drink. Called to advise them to check their soda machine etc. and they did not seem to care or believe us.
