We ordered the club house sandwiches for lunch the next day and they were delicious. We also had to try the prawns, fried oysters, and clam strips. Unfortunately they were out of the oysters, but we will try again. I just wish they had a side salad option ;) I was told the owner is the cook - well 10 stars to you, because you care about what you cook. I should have taken a picture, but once I took the first bite, it was not on my plate long.

Wanted breakfast and thought why not Tim's…read more Well today should have need "Not Tim's" We got there at 8am and it was a little busy. But not so busy it took 5min to greet and seat us. Really lots of empty tables but a staff that seemed to not care or we finally had mastered the power of invisibility. Finally someone motioned just a minute. Like 5 minutes wasn't enough. So we got a table and reviewed the menu. We decided on a simple breakfast. Eggs, bacon, coffee, toast etc.... Simple right? It took 5 minutes to get two cups of coffee. Then we waited. Remember it was not very busy. Server was nice but nothing about sorry your wait was so long. Nothing! Well the two breakfast dishes (scrambled eggs and sunny side up eggs) still were a no show. And we like crisp bacon but not overly cooked bacon. Not a difficult order. I have whipped this out in my kitchen in less than 10 minutes for 3 people. So why did it take almost 15 minutes to get ours. And why no coffee refills? And crispy bacon is not drop already cooked bacon into a deep fryer and forget it and then serve it and it actually is sooo overcooked that just looking at it makes it break and charcoal would have tasted better. The eggs were under cooked scrambled as my wife likes done eggs and my sunny side up were two rubber disks and overcooked with no sign of the runny eggs I like. The rest of the food was meh. So lesson learned, don't think Tim's will be an option for any meals in the future. P.S.: even when we pointed out the issues the server didn't blink when she said "You asked for crispy bacon, and the kitchen was overwhelmed" Really!!!

I politely reminded her that I do not want olive juice in my martini. Instead of simply correcting it, she became visibly irritated, started giving me attitude, and was rude toward me. A few minutes later, she accused me of having an issue with her and told me that if that was going to be the case, I could leave. So I did. While I was in the parking lot getting on my motorcycle, two managers approached me and accused me of being rude, specifically bringing up the 3-star review I had left after my previous visit. Being confronted in the parking lot over an honest review was completely inappropriate and only reinforced my opinion of how this place handles customer service and criticism. Last time I gave them 3 stars. After this experience, it is 1 star. I will not be returning.

That was my only complaint though.

I went into Herfys today 6.13.12 and there was only one table of people (5) who had already been served and I still had to wait 35 minutes for 3 burgers and 1 shake. Although the food is good and the shakes are amazing, I think that the service time was not acceptable. read more

I also suspect they raise their prices for visiting the town center so the food is completely not worth it and I don't think it was ever intended that their quickie crummy chicken sandwich or smashed up nothing burgers would be over $15 each as it's very much a lower tier food truck vibe and menu. Would I eat there again? No, I did it twice just to give them a chance and support a new business which id hoped was a passion project of a young person. The owner stopped by to check in on how much money they had made but should probably be a little more engaged with the actual product because the food is so mediocre and even with light traffic the employees were behind. Seems the menu changes a lot as well based on other reviews so make of that what you will. But I smell flash in the pan cash grab. I give it less than a year.
