July birthdays can be tough with the extreme heat, and in the past my guests would complain about other venues being too hot. Not this time! Everyone was so comfortable and happy, and I kept getting compliments on how perfect the hall was. From the very beginning, Cynthia was incredibly kind and attentive during our walk-through. She made sure everything was exactly what I needed. The hall itself is spacious enough that we were able to have: 2 jumpers and outdoor seating Taco catering and even our horse trailer bar outside Face painters and activity tables inside 6 snack carts, a balloon setup, and a photo booth--all with plenty of room to spare! My family and friends were blown away by how much we could fit without feeling crowded. The space truly made the party smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I cannot rave enough about this place--it's seriously a MUST if you're hosting an event. I will definitely be booking here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect venue!

Parking is very limited for guests and when it fills up (which it will), there is street parking but watch out for posted time limits. Considering how loud we all were, it's safe to say that you can host your next party here without worrying about noise restrictions.

Has a full kitchen w/warming trays, huge fridge, AC, private and street parking, raised stage, draped ceilings, tile floors, bar, another fridge here and ice machine. The only flaw I find is there's 2 single stall restrooms 1 men, 1 women other than that everything was perfect for holding a small event. We really didn't have major restroom issues although I say we ended up with around 200 people at our event. There were times it could be a bit of a line not too bad though. This would not detour me from leasing this hall again and again. You need a deposit to book, they do require 2 security guards and are very open to allowing you to set up a day before if the hall is not booked that day. They also do all kind of rentals you may need for your event at very affordable prices. We ended up renting tables and chairs from them. The owner of this venue also owns the party store across the street so they just bring anything you may want to rent or buy right over. They make balloon garlands at the store too although we ended up doing our own garland. I highly recommend this business all around 5 star service and experience. The only thing I would like to add is the need for a bigger AC unit and/or an additional large electric cooler (they have 1 already). We had our event 7/13/19 and that day was 100 degrees I believe the hall was cool when we got there and then it was just super hot. Which is normal I know with the door constantly being opened and as more people arrive plus the speakers from the DJ and so on. I do feel there is a big need for an upgrade. Hopefully the owner will considered addressing this area because inside the hall got to be pretty unbearable. Other than that this hall is perfect.

Our DJ pointed us in the direction of Events by "E" and I am so glad he did. She went out of her way to make it work for us and at such an amazing price. She was able to completely pipe and drape the entire music hall and transformed it into the most beautiful room I've ever seen. She even hung lights for us in the bar. It was MAGICAL to say the very least. I wanted to bawl my eyes out when I saw it. It was so pretty. I cannot recommend her enough! She had great communication and flexibility. The rental starts at $3,000, but once the deposit is paid, she adds numerous hidden fees: $150 for PGE, a $1,200 deposit, insurance for her ranch, and up to four security guards for events with over 200 guests. Julia claims the venue can hold 400 guests with plenty of parking, but the lot only fits about 100 cars. She also denied entry to some guests while allowing her own family to crash the event and help themselves to our food and drinks. Throughout the event, she constantly nitpicked and intimidated guests, making them feel unwelcome and turning what should have been a celebration into a stressful experience. She bragged about her private bathrooms near her home, stating she supplies extras like bobby pins, menstrual pads, and hair ties, but refused to let guests use them, directing everyone to portable toilets instead. In the end, the cost rose to nearly $5,000--far from the original $3,000 we were quoted. Julia is dishonest and will find excuses to keep your deposit. Avoid this venue at all costs.
